  1. None. TLG just called the ARC an Elite Trooper instead of the accurate name. Nice review mutley777, I can't wait to army-build with these!
  2. Dak's keen senses kicked in, and he whirled around, eyes searching the Hall for danger. Almost everyone was asleep or drunk, except for the person in the metal mask at the bar. Dak could sense his attentiveness, but he didn't let it on. Insted, he spun again, this time to face De'kra. "I agree with your sentiments, but something tells me that there may be more consequences of both our decisions than we may know. Hopefully they won't happen until we are long dead, though." In a whisper so quiet only the Shade can hear, Dak says, "Look out, De'kra, someone at the bar is listening. I won't tell you which one, but be warned."
  3. Same here. It is kind of wierd, though, to stagger the release like that. Oh well, at least my 4 favorite sets are the first to be released.
  4. Argh! Stupid Iphone auto-correct!
  5. Man, I didn't expect this thread to take off this quickly. Really nice ideas here.
  6. "Even if you don't want to forget, others will. A hundred years from now, you will not be remembered as the one who started the war, nor will the rest of the Heroes on the Quest. The Brobric Elves will be remembered first and formost as the war-starters. We all turn to dust eventually, De'kra. It's better to live life while it's worth living than continue to be in remembrance of your bad decisions."
  7. Yes, please! I have been needing a template for the Z-6 cannon for a while now.
  8. Don't know if this has been posted, but the Kingdom Joust is listed as $119.99 in the 2012 LEGO catalogue I got yesterday. There are 5,575 parts, too. Nice price-per-parts value.
  9. Unfortunately, in the LEGO catalogue I got yesterday, the prices of SW are listed as follows: Y-Wing $49.99 TIE Fighter $54.99 X-Wing $59.99 Anakin's JSF $39.99 Overpriced, as usual.
  10. There have been a lot of people in the LoTR discussion putting ideas in, so the ideas might as well have their own thread. Put all your future LoTR set ideas here. NOT in the LoTR Discussion topic.
  11. The first design is from the Geonosis arc of TCW, the episode I saw it in was 'Weapons Factory' I believe. The second design is the standard 501st Trooper from the TCW movie and the episode 'Duel of the Droids'. Glad you liked the Shocktrooper, it took me a while to figure out how to make the designs on his breathing filters.
  12. "Don't take it on yourself. I learned that long ago, in a place far from here. I made a decision that led to the death of someone very dear to me, and I blamed myself. The regret nearly destroyed me. I learned that what has been done, cannot be undone, and that is the way things are. It was not your fault. If the Brobric Elves took it upon themselves to start this war, so be it."
  13. Double damn it!
  14. "I was living in Mopag at the time. When you passed through, I saw my uncle and panicked. I left without a word to the people I was staying with. Then I came here, to become like you and your fellows. Don't worry about it De'kra, people are working to stop the war right now. Besides, it wasn't your fault. It was your guide's fault, since he was the one that arranged it all."
  15. Seconded. By the way, here are the rest, as promised: Finished: Shock Trooper (Phase II - Coruscant Guard): 501st Trooper (Geonosis) (Phase I - 501st Legion): Appo (Phase II - 501st Legion): 501st Trooper (Phase II - 501st Legion): 501st Trooper (Phase I - 501st Legion): Updated: Captain Rex (Phase I-II, 501st Legion): Dogma (Phase II, 501st Legion): Cody (Phase I, 212th Attack Battalion): C&C welcome, and pics are links to Flickr pages.
  16. "Hullo, De'kra. Yeah, I was in Quest 13. It was okay, but we were tricked by our guide, and that made me a little angry. I read about your Quest too. Did you know that it was you and your party that inspired me to become a Hero? Well, that and my uncle, who was your guide. I hear he tricked you too. Maybe we can get on a Quest together sometime. I think you and I might make a pretty good team in battle."
  17. Dak walked back into the Hall, signed up for every open Quest, and saw a short Rogue sit down. He sat down at the same table and decided to start a conversation. "Hello there, what's your name? Mine's Dak. Nice to meet ya."
  18. Dak casually walks into the market and strolls to Anwyl Smokebeard's shop. "What d'ya want?" "I'd like to upgrade my knife to WP:7," Dak said with a smirk. "That'll be 180 gold, boy. D'ya have that much?" Dak hands over the gold and the knife is upgraded. Then he walks to Gnomeo's Toolshed and buys a shovel for 10 gold. That transaction finished, he buys a potion for 5 gold and walks out of the market. OOC: 234 - 180 = 54. 54- 15 = 39.
  19. I have to agree with you here. The sets all seem to have battles and ambushes in them, and though that is what makes LEGO 'exciting', there are many other exciting scenes that don't involve fighting in the series. Take the Hobbit, for instance. The scenes with Smaug would make great sets, no matter most of them don't involve fighting.
  20. OOC: Sorry about the double post, but since no one else posted, I figured I could just show you Dak's new look. IC:Dak jogged up the stairs to his room, flew around a corner, and jumped through the door. He slammed the door and hung up his cloak, he would wash it later. He was walking across the room to find himself some new clothes in his bag when his foot hit hard leather. He looked down and picked up the item his foot had hit. It was his old fencing gear. He smiled. This was what he would wear, now that his cloak was ruined. Dak walked down the stairs in his new clothes. He then went to the market to upgrade his weapons.
  21. Can't wait. Already working on my entry, with the few parts I have.
  22. More exellent work, ADHO. Here's one of mine, more will be coming later today. Finished: 41st Elite Corps Trooper (Phase II-41st Elite) C&C welcome! (By the way ADHO, I hope you don't mind if I use your style of telling their phase and their corps. )
  23. Dak walks back into the Hall after his first Quest feeling refreshed. He looks down at himself, and gasps in shock. His cloak, once clean and pristine, is torn and bloody. He runs up to his room to find some new clothes.
  24. First of all, I would like to thank Rumble Strike for an amazing Quest. The storyline was one of the best I've seen, and the photography was beautiful. Second, I would like to thank everyone who was in the Quest for allowing my role-play to go on (mostly) unhindered. Third, I would like to thank the dice, which gave me all those beautiful Mugs.
