Heroica RPG - Quest#13: The Darkstar
Darth Nihilus replied to Rumble Strike's topic in The Heroica Archive
"Alright, but don't blame me if she hits you with her staff or something." Listening to Sarick, Dak steps back and begins applying venom to his knife,so as to prepare for the next battle. -
LEGO Superheroes 2012 Rumours & Discussion
Darth Nihilus replied to Hinckley's topic in LEGO Licensed
Agreed. If Arkham is a set as has been rumoured, then Nightwing, for me at least, would be a necessity. -
He wants all four ninjas with shoulderpads, and Jay in the Storm Fighter doesn't have any.

I think that if his are better than mine, I had better start taking drawing lessons. Yes, I do have a commando template, but I wanted to try something new.

I want the Fury or the Phantom. Though with TLG's 'pro-Republic/Rebels' policy, neither is likely. -
Heroica RPG - Quest#13: The Darkstar

"Dammit, Guts, why don't you listen? If she wanted to tell us, she would have done it already! If you continue to pester her, I'm pretty sure bad stuff will happen! And I'm not a kid! I am almost as old as you, and I've had a lot more training in my years. I wasn't allowed to be a kid, they stopped that from happening. I would still be here, in this mine, if I was thirty years younger! If you won't listen to reason, then I will. You and Sorrow can quarrel all you want when we don't have the danger of someone slipping a dagger between our ribs if we stay still too long!" Dak gestures at the inanimate skeletons. "They could come back to life again at any moment, and I really don't care to fight them again!" -
O_O ADHO, you've really outdone yourself. Do you mind if I use your commando template for some troopers that I'm working on? Btw, congrats on having this thread reach 100 pages.

I am not being a spoilsport, and just because you're my older brother doesn't mean you can order me around! I am simply voicing an opinion and/or an idea for TLG to expand upon.

"Guts, we can discuss this once we're out of the mine! We could be ambushed at any moment, have you thought of that? Now let's move! I don't care if she's the leader of the Hinckwells, we need to keep moving! If we don't, we'll be animal bait!"Dak feels wierd ordering Guts around like that, but it needed to be done. If Nerwen and Sarick wouldn't handle it, he would. -
I don't mind. Hey, bro. Didn't know you were on here. Welcome to the community! (For those of you who don't know why we know each other, he's my older brother.)

Alright, I have two Quests in the works, though they need quite a bit of work before I send them to Sandy. So, I had a few questions for the experienced QMs out there: 1)I want one of my NPCs, who the Heroes meet at the beginning of the Quest, to interact with my Hero. So, I was thinking of waiting for my character to be back in the Hall before I start the Quest, so that I can say that he accompanied the party of Heroes. Would this be acceptable? 2)I was thinking of a fighting-based 'hunting' quest, that is made with the interest of the Heroes gaining XP and items. Then, there would be a large boss battle in the end which, in actuality, would be multiple battles. I mean this like waves of enemies where the Heroes would have time to use 1 item between waves, then after about 3 waves of relatively weak enemies to the final battle, where the large enemy would be surrounded by several weaker enemies. Would this 'wave' format be acceptable? 3) How powerful should enemy's specials be? 4) If I want to have a very powerful enemy, would it be better to have a large, mixed-level party or a small, high-level party? Those are all the questions I have, and I think that my Quests will be finished in a few weeks or so. Thank you in advance for your answers!

Dak, with the speed and grace of an elf, recovers from his miss and swiftly draws his dagger, then attacks the Bearded Skeleton from the front back row. -
LEGO Star Wars 2012 Pictures and Rumors

Two reasons: a)The print could be preliminary b)bad lighting The reason I say this is because the print on the TIE Fighter Pilot's face is perfectly normal. The only other reason I can think of for the bad printing is that it is a custom, which is all too likely. -
Those dark green 2x2 Angled with Ridges parts will be very useful in a MOC I am working on. I also like the tecniques used to close up the head, and I may use them on same aforementioned MOC. All in all, 9455 looks like a great parts pack, and an easy way to get the Kendo Cole figure. Even though I still hate Fang-suie.

I concur, they look amazing.

"Right! I'll change weapons as well as targets, so I'll attack the Red Scorpion from the front row with my whip. -
Alright, I'll figure it out and post it in about an hour.

Hmm, it would appear that that is almost exactly the same head that the TIE Fighter Pilot in the 9492. I say 'almost' because there is no stubble on this face. Still, the faces are a welcome change of 'face', if you would excuse the pun, for TLG. Something like this hasn't been seen since 2002(2003?). I can only hope this means that the EP2 Clones, if we get any, will have faces. -
Yeah, but in my reference, S3 version had no triangle on the chest. The only markings on the chest were on the right chest plate, where the entire plate was colored in. Wierd. Maybe I'll update the kama and legs, but the face decal seems to be the right size to me. The other thing I might update is his goatee.

I checked there, but it would seem that Fives from Season 4 is different than Fives from Season 3. I just checked the episode 'The Citadel', and he looks different. Maybe it's the bad lighting, but I'll fix him, unless I find a better reference for the S3 version, in which case I'll have to make two ARC trooper versions, in which case I just confused myself. EDIT: Fixed Fives: C&C welcome, and as always, pic is link to Flickr page. Also, something new: I'll be taking suggestions for my next projects, so if something comes to your mind that you want me to make, tell me and I'll do my best.

"What the hell?" Dak shouts, finally coming out of his trance." They chose to mess with the wrong Hero. I'll attack Skeleton With Hat from the front row with my knife!" "Gorg, this might be a good time to use that Holy Bomb, the undead are weak to light!" -

These all look good . Especially "Brothers", in which Savage Opress meets Maul. @Scorpiox: Oh, and Grievous isn't like Opress? -
Whoops, dammit. I totally forgot to put that, even though I clearly saw it in the episode. (I attached the pic to this post because I'm too lazy to put it on Flickr.
