What are your pitches for DCU projects? Here’s a couple of mine I think something like this one should be done, it would do a lot of world building. World’s Finest (Animated anthology series akin to Invincible) Episode 1: World’s Finest (Batman, Superman and Robin (optional) vs Magpie) Episode 2: Hard Travelling Heroes (GL and GA vs Clock King) Episode 3: World’s Fastest (Batman, Superman and Flash vs Rogues) Episode 4: Odyssey (Wonder Woman and Aquaman embark on a mythological adventure) Episode 5: Who wants to be a Billionaire? (Batman and GA infiltrate Lex Luthor’s gala) Episode 6: Speed of Light (Flash and GL fight a Yellow Lantern Reverse Flash) Episode 7: Into the Deep (Batman, Superman and Aquaman vs Floronic Man) Episode 8: Beacon of Hope (Remake of the STAS GL episode) Episode 9: Trinity (Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman solve a case on Themyscera) Episode 10: A League of their own (all characters vs Eclipso/ Despero) Now something I’d to see as just a one off special because it’d be funny. Screw logic. Sector 2814 (Brooklyn 99 parody) Captain Holt = Ganthet Terry = Kilowog/ John Stewart Jake = Kyle Rayner Charles = G’nort Amy = Jessica Cruz Rosa = Simon Baz/ Jo Mullein Hitchcock = Hal Jordan Scully = Guy Gardner. Gina = Two-six Doug Judy = Sinestro

Does that mean I’m here because the writers forgot about me? Or did my love interest get fridged? Oh no… Mara, Jessica, Merrin!!! (Being in a prison is unironically the reason DC gave for Kyle’s writer-forgetting-about-him induced absence between the end of Hal Jordan and the GLC and Dark Crisis) It’s a chilling thought. Wow, he was Soldier Boy before it was cool.

I’m actually interested in the Death Star’s reveal, not because I have any intention of buying it (I don’t), but I’m currently building my own imperial base so I’d like to see what the most Lego compatible imperial door shape is. I got tired of waiting for Lego to make one. So I’m using spare parts and pick a brick. Just need to find an efficient way to garrison it. (army trooper or JFO trooper BP pls Lego!) -

So Mattel is regaining the DC license in 2026. Combined with the news that the Mattel Brickshop is coming into existence, I wonder if Lego is going to lose the DC license entirely. Or whether they’re going to step up their game. -

Personally I see Peacemaker Season 2 as something that was already going to happen before Gunn took over. Same for creature commandos. He just retooled them to fit with the new vision but they’re the equivalent of Moon Knight and Moongirl with Marvel. From what I’m seeing it appears that Gunn’s direction is a focus on Superman and Green Lantern. Which I think is a good idea after Flash and WW (to a lesser extent) were tainted by their previous actors and the current need to pivot the brand away from being over reliant on Batman. Yes I know I may be biased. The cancellation of Monolith’s WW game is extremely disappointing though. I was thinking that was going to be her DCU debut as Gunn did say that he planned to make an overall story through Movies, TV Shows, Animation and Videogames back in that slate announcement video almost exactly 2 years ago. Wow. Arkham somehow keeps getting worse the more we hear about it. Are WB executives in charge of WW the same guys who oversee Lego DC? -

You forget that Jason Momoa, Kyle Chandler, Nathan Fillion and Alan Tudyk have all been casted. Also John Cena is being carried over via peacemaker. And likely Margot Robbie. There are also rumours that Daniel Radcliffe has been cast as clay face -

I think I spotted an ITT in the Andor S2 Trailer. (Vehicle that gets blown up on a road by the Tie Avenger) It’s crazy that it’s never gotten a set (bar the undersized Battlepack) seeing as its now featured in Andor, The Mandalorian, Rebels, JFO, Outlaws… Same goes for other faction military vehicles which have had loads of screen time in various media such as: Imperial Patrol Gunship, Rho Class shuttle, Tie Reaper, Separatist Shuttle (the long one), any non-Red rebel X-Wings, etc…. I’d personally argue that 2015 stormtroopers, 2016 BF troopers and 2018 patrol are also good contenders. Boy how I’d love a remake of 2016 (without battle damage) -

Don’t do that. Don’t give me hope. Price points have been mixed up in the past (2022 AT TE and Scythe Shuttle). And let’s not forget the ISD debacle. So it’s unlikely but not entirely impossible. Well. The UT AT only showed up for 2 seconds before it exploded in ROTS. The TX-130 on the other hand featured heavily in Battlefront II and also has precedence to sell well. I’m actually starting to think my joke of them doing a Buildable Mando and calling it a day will become reality. Thank the maker I’ve decided to allocate my resources into building a DIY imperial base using spare parts and pick a brick. Hopefully there’s a mass-able imperial Battlepack soon so I can properly garrison it. (Night troopers aren’t a versatile unit!!) -

Lego’s really trying to gouge prices this year aren’t they? I really hope this doesn’t signify the end of cheap BPs. Keep at least one £20 a year please Lego. In an ideal world there’d be 2 normal and 1 ‘mega’ BPs a year. -

Rings hot corpsmen. The dark ages are over. Ryan Reynolds can’t hurt us no more. Can I get a hell yeah?! Where are you getting the Jessica Cruz info from? I’ve only seen the announcement of My Adventures with Green Lantern being in development. Never mind. Found it. Kyle and Jess buddy cop series please Gunn! And my life is yours!! Nope. This improves our chances of Lego producing a GL mech within the next 1-2 years exponentially. (DON’T TAKE THIS FROM ME!!!) Also. It looks like new kids project is coming along called DC Superpowers. Superhero High school with the main cast being: Plastic Man, Green Lantern (GL mech chances = 📈), Flash, Black Lightning, Aquagirl, Terra and Principal Martian Manhunter. Also there’s a Krypto seasonal short film series in development. Lego’s running out of excuses. -

I’m actually mad at Lego for ignoring the Avenger. We could have gotten a new Krennic and new Tie Pilot. What’s with the music? I’m getting The Boys vibes. Maybe Lego made the right call. I don’t see any Death Troopers but lots of stormtroopers. Granted I don’t see a U-Wing either. Also the critically acclaimed stuff— either Lucasfilm and Disney are really desperate for viewership or they know how much we want this. -

Sounds decent for a ATSV line-up. I just have one problem. Well, technically two. Where are Jessica Drew and Ben Reilly (Scarlet Spider)?! They should deserve to be in here more than Sun Spider, Werewolf and Cyborg Spiderwoman who don’t even have voice lines. Not to mention we’re already getting a cyborg spider person this year -

So Marvel and DC are doing a crossover in the near future. I wonder if it’ll translate into Marvel vs DC sets (similar to the Ninjago epic battle sets) like how the mechs were brought in after the marvel mech strike comic. If so, I hope these are in the first wave. Superman vs Thor/ Cap Green Lantern vs Ironman Wonder Woman vs Captain Marvel Batman vs Spider-Man -

We got some piece count updates from Stonewars the other day. $150 MTT = 980 pieces $150 UT AT = 813 pieces $90 K2S0 = 850 pieces Those had better be some really big pieces. Also, may I point out that it appears to be the Clone Wars sets specifically which are overpriced for piece count this year. Horrible price per piece (yes I know it’s not everything but this is an interesting angle to look at it from) is most prevalent in: Ahsoka’s Interceptor, UT AT, 327th BP and the MTT. ARC 170, V-19 and U-Wing get passes because they obviously have large pieces within their wing structures. -

Ya’ll are mad that Lego’s not making tie-in sets for Thunderbolts. I’m mad that Lego’s completely doing the wrong wacky things to tie in with current comics. We are not the same. Why does Lego drop the ball and make 50,000 spider cars when they could be adapting peak? -

As in TLG is bigger in relevance than ever. Whilst Star Wars, and Lucasfilm itself, are a shadow of what it used to be. Right? I will defend SW and Lucasfilm as a cultural icon with every ounce of my being until I’m nothing but dust. But you can’t deny the evidence: Indy 5 sucking and flopping, Acolyte, SC’s poor viewership, production hell for new SW movies, Outlaws flopping… Meanwhile TLG increases its sales and variety of appeal every fiscal quarter. Exactly.
