Don't discuss the specifics of the game until it is over, please. The metagaming rule doesn't mean you can't accuse people without evidence, it just means you can't use the roles/results of past games to justify your voting in this one. -

I haven't received anything all year despite renewing my membership. I might send them another email about that... -

That's a good price for the Tantive, I grudgingly paid the full $259 several months ago. It's a decent price considering the original RRP is $350. -

I think we are all well acquainted with my sanity. It hangs around the forums occasionally, looking for love. If you see it, don't hesitate to shoot on sight. Did someone mention potatoes? I haven't shown them much love recently. It's like nobody cares anymore. Oooh, a test. I love tests. 1. Space Ninja. BOOM. 2. Screaming babies connected to some sort of machine. 3. Fire. Corporations. Robots. 4. This one has to be a puppy. Easy. 5. Invasion. Kitty! Too right it does. -
This is a well-deserved Front-Paged MOC in my view, I'm glad I took the time to look at it. The exposition of the entire MOC is beautifully done, there are some lovely details in here that really make this creation. From the mosaic in the floor to the design of the train, there is a lot to see downstairs. The lighting is a great touch, and makes for some neat photos. The multi-levels give lots to look at, and provide an excellent contrast between the underground and the street scene above. As Skalldyr said, the street lights are awesome! Nice work man, good to see that quality MOCs are still out there to be found.

Red Scare Mystery - Chapter Five

That isn't particularly helpful talk, he just lost his wife to the communist insurgence. Have some compassion. Indeed, only communists don't believe in the dear Lord. -

Damn commies killing one of our own, they will pay dearly for this when we catch them. Someone here is not who they claim to be, I have a right mind to take you each aside one at a time and try out some of those new interrogation methods everyone is raging about back at the office. Matt looks around suspiciously. I concur, let us finish what we started at the town hall. A lot can be learned from the recent actions of public servants, I intend to discover exactly what they've been up to. -

Indeed, and it makes for a refreshing game for those of us who do! -
Yeah, that has been said already. Several times... Rather than having lots of people metaphorically punching Brickwild over and over, let us await his response, okay?

Right, keep up the good work everyone, I've been so busy writing down notes about all the suspicious evidence we've found I've had hardly a chance to say anything! Goodnight! -
New Zealand: "Where to find Lego"
Dragonator replied to Legoman's topic in Buy, Sell, Trade and Finds
I come bearing bad news people. Apparently NZ will not be getting the Pharaoh Quest sets at all. Not even a single flying mummy. I spoke to my store contact today from ToyWorld who was ordering sets for next year... not a thing. It would seem NinjaGo is meant to be a big seller, as well as Cars and PotC, but no PQ. It was one line I wanted a lot of too. On the plus side, there is a single retail chain in Australia which will be stocking it, so perhaps that is an option. Also, we will be getting all of the exclusives, including a new modular building simply called "Pet Shop". The Space shuttle is a TW exclusive, not sure on anything else yet. We will be getting 3 series of minifigs next year, 3, 4 and 5. One accordingly has a dragon in it!! I look forward to seeing what that looks like, I'm so excited. -
Well done everyone, we have discovered some excellent clues here. The situation is worse than I thought, these commie bastards were planning something big. I'm glad the mayor and congressman are back safely, we should try to avoid going off on our own in future. You lot decide where you want to go next while I make some notes on what we've discovered.
-
Are you trying to steal my dinner!? Oh, umm, wait, this isn't...? Oh. Congratulations Pedro! Close call there.
-
Nothing stands in the way of democracy, break it down! I'll be ready to grab the communist if the dirty bastard comes running out at us.
-
Ah, well in that case open the damn door and let's get inside please! My suit is starting to get wet. Right, who the hell is stealing all the people in charge around here!? Someone go check under that damn tree or something, people don't just disappear into thin air when in a group this large. Blasted commies are at it already, but they won't get me! Matt looks around suspiciously, waiting for a commie to jump out and try to grab him.
-
You don't need a warrant, we're investigating communists with the authority of the HUAC. We will find them no matter the costs, the safety of our country is at stake here. In the mean time, I'm going to be getting under cover. The key to upstairs must be around here somewhere, so I'm going to search under any pots/mats/crates that are near the door, that's the most likely place it'll be.
-
For goodness sake, no need to jump down the first hole you see man, the commies aren't going to bite with all of us out here. Alright, which one of you commies ran off with the congressman? Let's have a head count please, I want to know where every one is, right now. Matt looks around and counts who is present and who may be missing from the group. Opening up a notebook, he begins scribbling furiously while trying to protect it from the rain. Weather like this is not favourable to investigations of this nature at all... Alright Tim, once you've got that briefcase open let's see what's in it, it could give us some hint as to why he disappeared so quickly. I would also suggest one of you lot has a look at that fountain, since the footsteps appear to have come from there. If this storm gets any worse we won't be able to make much progress out here, so we better be quick about it. By the way, Dieter, save me some of those sausages for later, those were delicious!

Wow, this has to be the smartest move I've ever seen a town side make in Mafia history! -
These communist pigs just don't give up, do they? You'd think they'd learn, but still they come back looking for more. Well, I won't stand for it, I'm going to turn this town upside down until we've shaken out the filth that is festering here. Matt looks around suspiciously. I wish to look for suspicious or hidden objects in this room! ...what's that? Oh, right. I would like to open the drawers of the cabinet! Those blasted commies could be hiding anywhere!

Goodness, why on earth are they having such a big sale!? That's crazy for a toystore, they won't be making anything off that. Are they closing down, or just trying to move stock? Insane, 50% off is a dream we see fulfilled very rarely.
