Nice job! Looks great!

I'll be another one to say "I don't see it either." Still think the Safari Tourist is closer, though it would be nice if she had a unique face print. But I'm sure that The Orient Express has lots of parts that would fit right in with The Adventurers theme.

Is it possible to change my name to "autumn" (no caps) or is it taken? I don't know how to check. I was playing Doom when I came up with my current user name and think it is a little silly now.

Cute and goofy! (Are orcs meant to be cute?)

That has to be intentional! No other face print has come close enough. I'll have to get that minifig sometime to have a go at recreating him.

Is this controversial? I really don't care about trans-neon colours being retired, especially trans-neon green. They were good in their prime but these days I think they tend to look gawdy especially when practically every space set in the 90s was adorned in trans-neon green. The non-neon replacements look similar enough without being too overpowering and look a lot better in my opinion.

Which Lego YouTube channels are best these days?
Autumn replied to Lego Mike's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Most Lego Youtubers don't do it for me, but RR Slugger is great. He mostly covers older themes from the 90s and has a knack for finding interesting things to talk about in set reviews beyond "It looks cool" like unusual or exclusive and rare pieces and the last time they were produced, weird building techniques, colour palettes, and some Lego history to give context behind the set which makes it so interesting and fun. He also has an obsession for Rock Raiders which I find so entertaining to watch even though I have never been into that theme. A short while ago he made a review about a set that had a studless baseplate which I had never heard of before that also came in an extremely rare colour. -
The Turtle Van looks so cute it's hard to resist I will have to pick it up at some point.

What next vintage set could be recreated by TLG ?
Autumn replied to Khargeust's topic in General LEGO Discussion
I've been praying for a remake of Sphinx Secret Surprise. It's definitely on TLG's mind as it got a miniaturised recreation in 90 Years Of Play and a homage in Haunted House but The Adventurers have yet to receive any kind of proper remake like Classic Space, Castle and Pirates have. -
Oh nice! I'm still learning to use Bricklink. Added to my wishlist! Me too, I love to look at what people have found. Sometimes I wonder what I have, or may have had when I was younger, that is super rare or next to impossible to find but you would never guess because it looks so innocent. I also like parts that were simply never released like the bison, or my favourite which is the Seatron alien minifig. I don't know if the buildable dinosaurs were poor sellers or not but they may have been. Lego did a lot of weird things back then that didn't take off too well like buildable figures. Never owned any of them either but as a typical child who liked dinosaurs they always captivated me.

Hello! First time posting here, so I hope I am posting this in the correct place. I was looking at Dino Island and Dinosaurs sets from 2000-2001 and became interested in unique parts and variations when I looked at the part 30464 on Bricklink and found it came in five different colours: green, dark bluish gray, metallic gold, red and tan. The first four were released officially in sets with tan being the only unreleased one. I couldn't find any info about where it comes from but it seems fairly common otherwise so I assume they must have been exclusive to Legoland at one point since that is a common story I have heard about other parts. Confirmation would be appreciated though. Moving on. While doing some reading I found this image from Brickipedia: This is the only image and mention of it existing in sand blue anywhere on the internet, even Bricklink doesn't list it and the person who uploaded it hasn't been online since 2010. It could be fake but I doubt it as the baby t-rex made its first appearance in Dino Island in 2000 and sand blue was a dominant colour in the Dinosaurs theme the next year in 2001 so it would have fit perfectly within that line. My guess would be it was created in this colour for some sets which obviously never released, maybe a dinosaur's nest. I would really appreciate anything anyone knows about this or advice on where to look as I've become so intrigued by it. It would be so cool to own it!
