[COR - FB - GOC] Primary School, New Haven
Bricksbypidy posted a topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
Corrington is known as a bastion of knowledge and learning. The youngest residents of New Haven are also involved in education at an early age. This classroom can accommodate 24 students who are taught by Friar Louis Bertrand, head of the Brethren of the Golden Triangle. The friar teaches geography, biology, music and language, among other things. The students have just completed their dictation. One young student has cheated and is serving his sentence in the corner of the classroom. --- Education building will be licensed by @Bricksbypidy in New Haven. Completing GoC task 5.1 Higher Education with this build. Completed 3 out of 3 for this task. Property type: Large Education Dimensions: 43 x 53 studs Total parts: ~2,700 Credits: - Design piano and wood stove: @ Marinbrickdesign (Instagram), piano is modified by @Bricksbypidy --- With this build I've achieved: - a total of 2 builds in New Haven (6% of all my builds) - a total of 4 Education builds (12% of all my builds) - a total of 16 Large builds (47% of all my builds) - 3 out of 3 tasks for GoC Higher Education; awarded with the title 'Patron of Knowledge' - a total of 8 completed GoC tasks, awarded with 8 GoC titles.- 2 replies

I know, you're right. @boeing_787_8_dreamliner also has a version with open sails, but then you don't see much of the ship. That is why I chose this variant on purpose. Technically maybe not correct, but the design is more visible.

I want to introduce you to a new guy in Terra Nova. His name is Willem van Baarle. He is the captain of the beautiful vessel HMS Phama. This vessel is a masterpiece by William Parker (@boeing_787_8_dreamliner). The HMS Phama is a class 7 vessel with 48 guns, 26x 24lb longguns and 22x 18lb carronades. The frigate can accommodate approximately 300 crew members. William van Baarle will use this frigate as the flagship of his private fleet, currently based at Port Woodhouse in the East Prio Sea. Willem now has two higher class vessels under his command, but a third will be added soon! --- Collab build with @boeing_787_8_dreamliner. He did a major part of this build. The ship just arrived in Port Woodhouse. Class 7 Vessel "HMS Phama" is bought by Bricksbypidy from @boeing_787_8_dreamliner, and will be licensed by @Bricksbypidy Property type: Ship Dimensions: 122 x 72 studs Total parts: ~21,300 Credits: - Design vessel: @boeing_787_8_dreamliner - Design killer whale: BrickSmart Workshop (YouTube), slightly modified by @Bricksbypidy; - Wave technique with nets: Tips & Bricks Technique # 647 - Design minifigure Willem van Baarle: Brickmaniatoys (Instagram) & Theminifigco (Instagram).

Really cool @Captain Braunsfeld! Thanks for the frontpage! And definitely a great shoutout to @boeing_787_8_dreamliner who is the creator of the ship!

Bricksbypidy replied to Bregir's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
To Commander-in-Chief Rear-Admiral Fletcher (@Bregir), I have received your message and I join in the need to put our fleet in order. Here is the list of ships with which I have connections and which can contribute to the safety of Corrington: 1 El Cisne - Class 1 (currently @ Nouveau Oleandia (51)) 2 HMS Atropolis - Class 4 (currently @ Fuerte Unido (32)) ( @Bregir, this one isn't licensed right. It's still on DeathCaps name, but it's mine - I've bought it from DeathCap). 3 Sémilliante - Class 6 (currently @ Port Woodhouse (35)) 4 HMS Phama - Class 7 (currently @ Port Woodhouse (35)) 5 HMS Melampus - Class 7 (currently @ Port Woodhouse (35)) 6 HMS Challenger - Class 5 Not licensed yet, and is reserved for my A-MRCA; planned @ Arlinsport (6). The ships above are led by naval officer Commander Willem van Baarle. Do you also want to receive the home ports? [added] In Her Majesty's Service, Sir Peter Nash OC, Baron of Swanley, Knight in the Order of Corrington -
The Adventures of Edmund Cooke | S01E03 'The Basement' We ended our story at Edmund Cooke's house: "You need an ocean-going vessel to make a voyage to these western reaches of the Great Northern Ocean!" replied Jim. Edmund looked at Alexandre. He gave a little nod and said, "I know the right person in Arlinsport for this job... His name is Parker." The story now continues... Click here for previous episodes: Click here for more info about the characters: A few days later, Edmund and Bernard came to Alexandre's basement in his house in Arlinsport. Alexandre had a man cave in his house where he spent many hours devising strategies, preparing new expeditions, enjoying a good glass of whiskey or dusting off his trinkets. Alexandre was bent over the table. The table displayed an image of the map of the Northwest portion of the continent of Halos. Alexandre pointed with a stick at the white cross on the map. "Here," he said. "This is the area we're going to, the Kingdoms of the Great Raider. According to Jim Corbett, there should be polar bears. As I mentioned recently, I know someone who can build us a vessel to brave the Great Northern Ocean." "As I mentioned recently, I know someone who can build us a vessel to brave the Great Northern Ocean However, I recently spoke to the Arlinsport Harbor Master, who indicated that we have reached the maximum number of vessels in our fleet. We will have to pay an additional fee of 250 db to expand our fleet!" Edmund looked at Alexandre: "What do you think, are all these costs worth this expedition? A new vessel is already costing us a lot of money, and we haven't even left the harbor yet!". Alexandre shrugged: "I don't know, my friend, but sometimes an experience makes you happier than money..." Edmund nodded: "Okey, let's go! Arrange the extra contribution for our new vessel! We're going to Parker's Shipyard!" To be continued... --- Will not be licensed, because I've reached the maximum for this month. Build is made to increase my ship level from 10 to 35. (+25) No GM input needed at this time to continue the journey... Property type: Medium Residence (but wil not be licensed) Dimensions: 50 x 34 studs Total parts: ~3,700 Credits: - Design minifigures: @ Ktownbricks, @ Theminifigco, @ Brickmaniatoys and @ Lego (Instagram) - Design furniture: @ Nortonsevenfour, @ Brickdesigned, @ Marinbrickdesign and @ bricksbypidy - Design custom parts (carpet): @ Briquestore_officiel (Instagram) --- With this build I've achieved: - a total of 13 unlicensed builds (mostly because of reaching the maximum for each month) (36% of all my builds) - a total of 7 Medium sized builds (22% of all my builds) - a total of 3 Residence builds (9% of all my builds) - a total of 3 builds in Arlinsport (9% of all my builds)

Thanks @NOD, if you ask me, I can make a contribution in Royal builds to other factions too. The price will be the licensing costs for a royal build (mostly 3,000db). (Prices will be excluding any faction discounts). 1/3 of the incomes will go the Crown of Corrington, 2/3 to myself....forts are excluded from this offer.

Corrington is known as a bastion of knowledge and learning. Science, mathematics and literature all flourish under Corlander patronage and Corlander schools and universities are world renowned. Thus it is only natural that this passion for education is transferred with Corlander settlers in Terra Nova. Also in Spudkirk. This beautiful, modern botanical research center was recently realized here by the renowned architect Baron Peter Nash. Spudkirk is a bit isolated from other major islands, thick verdant jungle covers the entire island interior, sitting on a plateau atop 100 m high cliffs making up the entire coast. The research center is located on the edge of a cliff with a beautiful view of the sea. Although the sea looks peaceful, dangers always lurk in these shallows and the rocky coastline. --- Royal Education building sold to @Spud The Viking, and will be licensed to the settlement Spudkirk. You take care for the bank transfer and licensing? Completing GoC task 5.3 Higher Education with this build. Property type: Royal Education Dimensions: 100 x 100 studs Total parts: ~15,100 Credits: - Design Botanical Research Center: Freely based on LEGO set 41757 'Botanical Garden' (A really good LEGO Friends-set, in my opinion!) --- With this build I've achieved: - a total yield from licensing my builds of 1,000+ db’s each month/MRCA (88% for the Crown/settlement + 12% for Bricksbypidy); - a total of builds in 15 different settlements of Corrington (15 / 20); - a total of 9 Royal builds (29% of all my builds) - completing 24 tasks for the Glory of Corrington Challenge (divided into 9 challenges).
