  1. To further expand Corrington’s grip as the greatest imperial power, a Trading Company enlisted the services of renowned architect, Peter Nash, to construct infrastructure to facilitate the rum trade based in Jameston. Mr. Nash quickly designs and completes an office building to serve as the headquarters for the rum trade, a warehouse to store rum before it is shipped, and an inn to house local workers. From the balcony of the newly constructed office building, Mr. Nash appears satisfied with the work completed ashore. Before the rum can be transported, vessels are needed to convey the cargo. Two vessels cruise into port. Coincidentally, HMS Carolina was in the vicinity, sailing to fight in the ongoing Lotii War. Feeling a sense of national duty to bolster Corrington’s commercial endeavors, HMS Carolina dispatches Lieutenant Palmer and Sailing Master Bowles to survey the vessels. Having been in the service for less than a year, Lieutenant Palmer relies on the experience of Mr. Bowles to properly survey the ships. Gazing at the shore, Palmer takes in the bustling activity on land. Large, ow-driven carts move the copious amounts of rum to the awaiting ships. An off-duty soldier indulges in the abundant rum just outside of the inn. Several curious citizens of Jameston marvel at the new ships in the quay. Mr. Palmer: “All is well Mr. Bowles, we must make haste to our ship before the war against the Lotii ends” Mr. Bowles: “Aye aye, sir” --- Collab build by @DeathCap and @Bricksbypidy! 2. You should - but I've forgotten to transfer you the money. Which build was it that I've missed and how much? Let me know and I'll fix it. These are the two builds: Large Education Queenston (2x 75db) Large Artisan Queenston (2x 75db) I don't know which of the two I've already had. But the fee is the same...
  3. Hi, I have one small question about my builds for GoC 14. Rules below. Of the 3 builds, you may keep 1 as a personal investment, but 2 must be sold to Corrington : 1 to Queenston; and 1 to the Crown. There are no property size limits, Corrington will pay ×2 the licensing fee for the purchase of your builds. All builds must respect Queenston's aesthetic (see settlement page for examples/inspiration). Tag @Ayrlego in builds to be donated to the crown. I donated one build to Queenston and one build to the Crown. Should I get x2 the licensing fee for BOTH of these builds? Atm there is just one doubled in fee. Besides this question, well done @Ayrlego! Our Excel sheets are the same!

  7. Thanks @NOD and @evancelt!! @Justsomebrix and @Captain Braunsfeld, Building digitally is much faster than with physical bricks. I also have a large database of elements that I have made before and can add to a diorama: trees, custom pieces, accessories, etc. My main goal is to add something new in every build. I also have a lot of experience in making digital builds (about 3(?) years now = 250+ builds).

  21. Peter Nash (architect) was still in Elizabethville. After winning the horse race in the hippodrome, he was now visiting an old friend deep in the woods. The weather had turned. A lot of snow had fallen. This did not stop his friend from going about his day job. He, Richard Lynn Carpenter, was a forestry worker near Elizabethville. Elizabethville was known for the best horses in the world, and these animals were also used extensively in forestry. They helped the lumberjacks transport chopped trees, also known as horse logging. Meanwhile, Peter Nash enjoyed a well-earned whiskey by the fireplace in Richard's wooden cottage. You may have seen his hat and scarf hanging next to the front door... --- Will be licensed as a Large Artisan in Elizabethville, by @Bricksbypidy. Completing GoC task 9.3 Equines for Elizabethville with this build. Finished 3 out of 3 for this task. Property type: Large Artisan Dimensions: 66 x 66 studs Total parts: ~10,500 Credits: - None
  22. Great massive digital build! Love it! Sometimes it feels a bit too much repetition. My advice would be to let the minifigures be a little more unique, for example the pose: arms, legs, direction of view of the head. But overall, really cool build!
