  1. Why isn't there a picture of Cendox? Boxarts and Toy Fair pics can be found everywhere. Here is one:
  2. You can't join a series of animations. If you're talking about the Star Wars Comic Game, that one ended some time ago. If you would have a sigfig, Jammiedodger could work that fig into the series somehow, but since you don't, there is really no way for you to be in this series.
  3. Yeah, I know. I just thought it might be a different reason. Thanks. Really? That's funny! Having a schooled eye for Lego Star Wars pieces, it never looked like a a bear to me, always like a helmet.
  4. Thanks for this great review! I am really, really liking this set! It's my favorite out of all the known SP3 sets! Both vehicles look really cool, seem well designed, and have some interesting parts! And you just gotta love the skull twins! :skull: The price might be a little bit high, but for about $10 less, I'll be sure to get it!
  5. Aha... I still don't get it (Why the "bear" part?), but oh well. It sure is. I hope I'll get a new, shorter one soon.
  6. Very nice. My parents come from Istanbul, and I have been there many times, so it makes me happy seeing a MOC based on this great city. This MOC doesn't exactly remind me of anything I have seen over there, but it still looks good. Do you have any reference pics that you used to make this? I have not heard the song before. I might have to check it out.
  7. I'm curious about that too. As for me, the only title I ever got was my current one: "Mr. DIA, GAT Maker and Royal Steamship Designer". You can find the explanation of this title here.
  8. I must say that I'm not so excited about this Luke figure either. Don't get me wrong; it's a nice figure... but only for collectors. I mean, the fig isn't very reusable for anything other than in recreations of the ceremony scene (except maybe for making a Mr. Lovegood fig as Matn suggested ). I'm not so sure if I will get this book now. I will have to wait for a review to decide. However, I do like that Dark Side magnet set! One can never have enough Shadow- and Snowtroopers, and getting the rare battle-damaged DV with it is the icing on the cake! This is the one magnet set I am really considering to get.
  9. Cool. So, which ones will you still need me to do? That's great! Can't wait to see them! I just remembered: Wasn't there a thread about that at some point? About what qualifies as a minifig? Perhaps you should just dig up that thread and look what we agreed on (if we ever agreed on anything).
  10. You know what would be really cool? If we had a group photo of every minifig from each index. That's one group photo for each index. Of course these would have to be updated all the time, but I think it would be something neat that would make this index stand out from the others. At some point, I might be able to provide one of all the Clone Wars figs, but we'll see. Btw, I was kinda surprised to find that the old Dwarf Spider Droid qualifies as a minifig. If it does, why doesn't the new one? And If Dwarf Spider Driods qualify, why not the Homing ones? Or Hailfires or any other brick-built things with droid brains for that matter? Just curious. I can provide some pics of the medical droid from Episode 3 if you want. I can also provide pics of all the missing droids from the Clone Wars index (except for R7A7 ) and Yoda. I noticed that the ARC Trooper (the one from the Fighter Tank with dark bley accessories) is missing from the Clone Wars index. If you need them, I can provide pics of that one too. And there is still no pic of Rex without his helmet! If you want, I can take that pic as well. I don't mean to rush you, KimT, but wouldn't it be time to start indexing the figs from the summer line-up? When you do, don't forget to include the chrome stormie and Yavin 4 Luke.
  11. Uhm, yeah, this is pretty old news. Still very exciting, though! I can't wait so see some pics!
  12. Very good point, KimT! I'd like a chrome skellie so that I can use it as a Terminator Endoskeleton! Or at least a chrome Policeman with biker helmet so that I can use it as a T-1000! In fact, a whole Terminator license would be nice! But that's getting off-topic...
  13. A silver stormie doesn't make much sense, but it sure is nice to look at! This would go nicely with my EB Stormie! I really hope that these will be available in Lego Stores outside of Legoland. What does the helmet look like from underneath? Is it silver on the inside as well?
  14. Dude! That is freakin awesome! It looks perfect! I really hope they will have one in the Lego Store in Downtown Disney here! Man, I would do anything to have one of those for my home!
  15. I meant the unnamed farmer with the cap and the weird grin who says "Don't you look at me! It ain't mine!".
  16. Sweet! Thanks! I hope you don't mind that I modified it slightly to make it more identical. @ Arthas: Yeah, it'll be pretty hard making decals for the dog fig, plus it'll be a pain to put 'em on. And it will be pretty much impossible to get the mouth of the dog right. I think it would be much easier if you would just order an extra dog off of PAB and paint it. That would look much better too.
  17. Well, the theme is called Pirates, and Lego always names their themes after the protagonists, so - Duh! - of course the imperials are supposed to be the bad guys! However, Pirates is one of those themes where you can easily side with either faction, I believe.
  18. Well, I guess it's possible, and I can see the possibilities, but I don't think it'll happen. The only set based on a videogame that TLC ever released was the Rogue Shadow, and that was only because TFU was a big "multimedia project". Staff of Kings is not; it's just another Lucas Arts game and is not even available for the next-gen consoles. So it's quite doubtful there will be any sets from it. Besides, I have a feeling that the Indy license is coming to an end, but maybe that's just me. But I agree that legoindy01 should get an "Indy Expert" title.
  19. Could somebody please make a decal of this torso?
  20. I think he was just talking about the Ben 10 Alien Creation Chamber action figure sets. After all, the Ben 10 Lego sets aren't even produced yet, not to mention not being available for purchase to 10-year olds. Therefore, I don't think that that quote had anything to do with the Lego sets.
  21. The "50 New PSOne Classics" for the PSP sound promising! I would love to have the original Crash Bandicoot games for my PSP! Those were awesome, unlike the new ones which are crap. And I'm praying that some of the old Star Wars games are among those too, but I doubt it.
  22. Wow! Thorn looks amazing! Such a striking resemblance! The rest of the bunch looks good too of course. Great work! PS: Where did the head of that unnamed farmer come from?
  23. Hello there (again). Just thought it might be a good idea to revive this thread with all the nice episodes lately. Here is what I think of them: Night of the Huntress: This episode was hilarious! Just my type of humor I guess. But Mrs. Manface sure is a strange character. Menace of the Conqueror Caveman: To be honest, I'm disappointed with this one. I though Booster Gold would be a cool character, being from the future and all, but he turned out to be just plain annoying and useless. I had hoped that he would use his knowledge of the future in his favor at least once during this episode (which is supposed to be the only thing he is good at), but he didn't. I liked the villain of this episode, though. The Color of Revenge: Was this episode great or what? It started off with an awesome classic Dynamic Duo sequence and then went on with a good episode about Robin trying to get things straight with Bats. A really nice episode! Legends of the Dark Mite: This episode was... interesting. It was pretty much what I expected it to be: Batmite shows up and warps reality until it all ends up in a weird, nonsensical chaos and Bats has to talk him back to his senses. And what is the result? I still don't like these 5th dimension characters. The sequence where Batmite's imagination runs wild was stretched out way too long (although it was nice seeing the good old Bat-villains again) and that comic-con spoof scene was just awkward (although the idea behind it was pretty funny). That Loony Tunes reference at the end was a great punchline, though, because me and my friend were joking about how much these 5th dimension characters remind us of the Loony Tunes during the episode, and that bit just perfectly proved our point. Hail the Tornado Tyrant: This episode was pretty good! It touched on some good ethical themes such as family, the evils of humanity, and whether or not an independently thinking robot who can "feel" can be considered a person. Also, nice re-appearance of the Jokermobile at the beginning! I'm looking forward to the next episodes! On a side note, my theory of Equinox being the center of this season's continuity seems to be right as episode #23 is supposed to feature him and the last episode of this season is called "The Fate of Equinox". Boy, I sure wish TLC would pick up the license of this show. Since they made the deal with CN for Ben 10, there is a slight hope. But we'll see.
  24. Interesting topic, but I don't think there is a definite answer. I'm pretty sure, though, that spongebob is a goner. And although I hate to admit it, I have a feeling that Indy is going to end soon too. Not sure about the Ferrari and Lamborghini ones. Never really cared for those licenses.
  25. A Buzz fig with short legs and insectoid mask? Are you crazy? No, no, no, they better give him normal posable legs and make a whole new piece for his jetpack and helmet! Just look at the picture - Buzz doesn't have short legs; Woody's are just freakishly tall, plus his head is bigger. They could resolve this problem by having Woody be a Jack Stone style fig, but I doubt they'll do that. If Woody is a normal fig, I can see TLG giving him Indy's hat, tough, since it's very similar. Toy Story quote of the Day: Zurg: No, Buzz! I am your Father! Buzz: NOOOOOOOO! (Have you ever noticed that this is the only pop culture reference in a PIXAR movie? I guess they just couldn't help themselves on this one. )
