  1. I agree, and I keep thinking that they have integrated lights too, but now that I think about it, I don't think they were ever shown to have any in any material that is considered canon.
  2. Good point. I'm not sure if we ever will. A jedi weilding two double-bladed lightsabers was a silly idea to begin with (even though it does help make him look like a coward, just like the Sith) and it would probably be hard to show him using them effectively in battle. And those few short moves that he did in this episode hardly count as fighting. Like KDM, I still prefer LaPR, mostly because it doesn't have Krell in it, but also because it shows more strategy and shows Obi Wan, one of the most untouchable characters in the entire saga, getting injured. Yeah, I noticed that too, though I'm not sure I like it. It's always acceptable and cool when clones do that to droids, like they did in the old CW, but it was kinda odd seeing him do that to another living being.
  3. Actually, he was, but in his Gremlin disguise. I know, it was a long shot hoping for him to be included in the Oil Rig, but it was the only set I could imagine TLG to include him in, and seeing how they love to include random characters in licensed sets sometimes, it would have been possible, but oh well. And I agree, they certainly could have done a better job on that TRU promo set, but it was probably easier for them to construct him out of basic bricks than specialized ones. Sheesh, you sure are obsessed with those wheelbases... Well, I don't think this is the place to discuss wishlists, but the likeliness of all of them being made largely depends on how far TLG is willing to take this theme. We don't even know if there will be any more sets after the January wave. But even if they keep the theme going for a while, I think it's unlikely we'll get all of them, unless maybe they make another large racing set with all of them in it.
  4. FINALLY a decent episode! There was almost an abundance of action, and some interesting character chemistry too. Sure, Krell is an annoying, prejudiced coward, but he is meant to be. I just don't get why everyone seemed to look up to him at the beginning of the episode. I mean, how could such a jerk ever get a good reputation? Anyway, this was much closer to what the show should be like than the last 20 or so episodes, so there is still hope for this series.

    Misprints

This would have been better asked in the General Questions thread, but yes, it's the same. The misprinted piece is yours to keep and sell for a fortune on bricklink.
  6. Where, where? Thanks! I love you too! ... Err, you know what I mean.
  7. Happy Birthday, Pepper! Here's a yummy Steampunk cake for you:
  8. Thanks, guys. I'm sorry if I sounded rude, I didn't really mean to. I guess you have a point about this forum being less popular than the SW one. I always like to hear comments and criticism, but if you don't have any, then it's probably better if you don't post at all. Glad to hear you like them though! And don't worry, as long as there are still ideas in my twisted mind, there shall be funnies! And with the Superhero theme coming up, a whole new world of possibilities is opening up... Hehe, yeah, but when I do incorporate SW then I usually post them in the SW thread anyway, unless I feel like they belong more in here, like my Speed Racer funny. What we really need, though, is a Lego Licenses blog, or at least a Flickr pool. Perhaps I'll create one...
  9. I don't know why I keep making these, seeing as hardly anyone seems to care for these licensed funnies, but here you go anyway:
  10. Oops! Sorry, I thought we were talking about Lasha. There are indeed too many snakes in this theme!
  11. Not with a tail though.
  12. Didn't we already know this from the leaked snake tails from that one Chinese auction site?
  13. Well, it's a reference to the ending of the first TFU. Thanks! I'm waiting.
  14. Hahaha! Nice ones again, LuxorV, although the second one is definitely the better of the two! Your wish is my command! And here's another one about Palpatine's luck with apprentices. It contains spoilers of the ending of Star Wars: The Force Unleashed, so I have put it in spoiler tags:
  15. Interesting. Over here, I've seen more Batgirl and Supergirl Tees than WW ones. I think the problem with WW's lower popularity is the fact that she is the butt of so many jokes. I mean seriously, a strong woman in a skinny outfit and with a lasso of truth and an invisible jet? It's almost impossible not to make fun of her. As J_Bro83 said, this theme is obviously aimed at boys, so it makes sense for them to just include Diana as a Damsel in Distress in a Superman set rather than base a set around her. By the way, does the box art remind anyone else of this?
  16. Hm, thanks. That does clear things up a bit. Sounds to me like this is the work of some weird artist.
  17. Well, it's kinda hard escaping it on the internet nowadays. It is thanks to Emperor Claudius Rome that I first heard about it. But that's a story for another thread.
  18. Happy Birthday, Hinck! Have fun on this very special day of yours, you crazy sonofabitch! Happy B-Day to you too, Corvus. Have a nice and CW-free day! Still getting used to that new username by the way.
  19. Another report of people finding a giant minifig washed up at the beach! http://games.yahoo.com/blogs/plugged-in/giant-lego-man-appears-florida-beach-214642517.html This is starting to get scary. The invasion of the minifigs has begun!
  20. Is it just me or does this theme seem like it was inspired by the success of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic? I mean both are about a group of five or six girl friends with distinct personalities, with the story emphasizing their friendship, and 3936 Emma’s Design Studio reminds me a lot of Rarity's Carousel Boutique. Heck, even the logos look somewhat similar: Or maybe I just have too much ponies on my mind.
  21. I think because it's a requirement for the DC Superheroes contest.
  22. Wow, this is starting to feel like an unofficial Superheroes month! Thanks for the review. These sure are two great figs, and I'd love to win them! Just one question: What's the deadline?
  23. Basically it needs to be smooth. I'd say don't have so many random pointy thing sticking out of it and cover as much of it with tiles and slopes as possible.
  24. Very good point. So how about my question about the scale?
  25. Aw, that AT-AT looks down-right cute! The rest of the scene isn't bad either, although it's apparent that you ran out of bricks. Perhaps you could add flames on top of the generator to make it look like the missing pieces were blown off by the AT-AT. As for things to add, aside from the already mentioned AT-ST, how about a micro Taun-taun? Might be a bit tricky to design, but it should only take a few pieces to make, so I'm sure you can do it. By the way, I have taken the liberty to brighten up your overview pic a bit. Feel free to use it in your first post:
