  1. Wow, that's quite a rant there, Mask. And none of it is very helpful as sheepishness doesn't necessarily mean scumminess. Perhaps it is you who is trying to distract from what actually matters? And what are these "townies" and roleplays you keep talking about? I think you have your mind inside one of those books of yours. Nah, just kidding. Same here. It almost looks as if Crane was bitten to death. The prime suspect for such a kill would be Man-Bat, but I don't think that would be enough reason to accuse him of anything. Then again, the way Ventriloquist died last night pointed to him as well... By the way, I am growing more and more suspicious of Ra's Al Ghul's quietness.
  2. Again, I'm not saying the Creeper is scummy - he helped kill far too many agents to be scum - just that he made a mistake.
  3. Alright, fine, perhaps you weren't "sure" about it, but you must have been confident enough about it to vote for him yesterday. I'm not trying to blame you for his death; I'm just pointing out to all the sheep out there that even you can be wrong sometimes. Wait - Are you saying you killed the scarecrow? Me and Croc were supposed to calculate the number of guards that needed to be taken out, but it turns out neither of us is very good with math.
  4. The task obviously took place outside the lounge, in the military base, so not the same "rules" apply. And if you think I'm scum, consider this: This task was initially not mine, so why would I agree to help (and risk looking like scum) if I wanted the task to fail? And yes, shame about Scarecrow indeed. What's most disconcerting about this is that the Creeper was so sure about him being an Agent.
  5. That's true, I suppose. My task was it to take out the guards, but I made a miscalculation and wasn't able to hold them all off.
  6. Killer Crocs task was to kill General Vreeland so that we could steal the nuke, and I agreed to help, but sadly we failed due to incompetence. However, just because we failed doesn't mean we're undercover agents. Do you think the Joker and Penguin would have trusted us with such an important task if we were scum?
  7. You did it again, Legostein! You've turned a set that would usually not be of much interest to the average Lego Star Wars fan into an impressive variety of mini-models! If I wouldn't own the set already, I'd definitely get it now.
  8. I don't like customizing either, but no one said anything about modifying Lego pieces. Just cut a cape out of paper. I do. The jetpack and the newspaper tiles are the only things I'm interested in in the Catwoman set, so if the jetpack was included in the Batcave, the decision not to buy the City Chase would be much easier.
  9. No, I don't think so. I remember several instances from cartoons where Batman took off his cape or his cowl without taking off the other. I kinda am. I mean, you guys are making a really big deal over a cape. If you want a cape so badly and don't want to buy one separately, why don't you just make one yourself? Besides, there is a good chance that we might get the blue batman as a magnet or keychain from which you could use the cape for your Catwoman Chase Batman.
  10. What do you mean? I thought the Green Lantern Core is a fan group. By the way, this is my pathetic attempt at trying to capture the Green Lantern Mobile under a black light.
  11. Thanks. You say that about all my MOCs.
  12. Thanks, you two! I have something special coming up for this thread, so keep an eye out for it!
  13. Hi everyone. Sorry for being so late, but life is pretty busy for me at the moment. However, I was able to use the Thanksgiving holiday to finally shoot my next whack! Jammie was very jealous of the minifigure ice cube tray that I won in the Whack-A-Fig II contest (which started this whole thread), so I decided to use my new alter ego, Mr. Freeze, to make a minifigure ice cube out of him using that very same tray! Be careful what you wish for! Not sure how long we can keep this up as we both are running out of ideas, but JD said he was working on a big one, so let's see what he will come up with!
  14. Indeed, the amount of top-notch quality MOCs in this contest is mind-blowing (and highly discouraging at the same time ) and this certainly is up there with the best. A nice mash-up of scenes from the popular movie with an interesting forced perspective and excellent custom figures. That HL Joker is fantastic! The only thing that I would have to criticize is that the robbers should be zip-lining from rooftop to rooftop, not rooftop to window. Other than that, great work! Why so serious?
  15. Sweet, thanks, Clayface WhiteFang (and The Penguin)! Hopefully I can make it to this deadline!
  16. Hello everybody! As the title states, this is my entry for the Wheels of Justice contest on FBTB. Hal Jordan took it a bit too literally when he was asked to construct a Green Lantern Mobile and made a race car shaped like a green lantern. Made out of pure willpower, this vehicle is as fast as one can imagine! Of course Hal volunteered to be the test driver of his creation, so don't expect it to be in one piece for very long. It is almost entirely made out of trans-green bricks and features glow-in-the-dark headlights and hubcaps! Some profile views: As mentioned before, the vehicle looks like the Green Lantern symbol from above, kinda like the Batwing looks like the Batman symbol. My custom Hal Jordan sitting behind the wheel (of Justice). I hope you like it and that you'll vote for me. In brightest day, in blackest night, no evil shall escape my sight! Let those who worship evil's might, beware my power, Green Lantern's light!
  17. That's gotta be one of the groaniest ones in a while! Thanks once again, everyone! Seeing as it is Thanksgiving, let me give you some more funnies! Yoda vs. Yoda, OT vs. CW, Muppet vs. CGI! No Comic Sans. Hope you're happy now, Bane. Happy Thanksgiving everybody!
  18. Here's my entry. I hope it counts as a moc. Feel free to sing along! Happy Thanksgiving, and good luck in the raffle, everyone!
  19. Hm... I gotta say that I never really saw Simon as scum, but Creeper raises a few good points that hint at him being more hindering rather than just unhelpful. Therefore, I shall Vote: Simon The Pieman (Scorpiox).
  20. YAY!
  21. Excellent! Two more Agents learned that vengeance is a dish best served cold! Hm... note how Wesker seems to have been killed by having his arm ripped out by bare hands! With Bane gone, the only one here strong enough to do that is Killer Croc, so I'm starting to believe his claims of being a Criminal who acts behind the scenes.
  22. True, but I guess a theme where every character is a swooshable vehicle probably has more potential in TLG's eyes. Yeah, I gotta agree. Avengers is the new PoP/PotC, and John Carter is definitely NOT the most plausible next Disney theme. Brave, Wreck It Ralph, or even Monsters University would be more plausible than that in my opinion. And Cars is the cartoon license for 2012, at least the first half.
  23. Exactly. In fact, he was trying to make the Republic loose so that he would look good in front of the Sith, so him massacring all the clones made perfect sense. His revelation at the end explained the whole story arc, and that's why it was such a good episode (aside from the other things mentioned in our review).
  24. Really? That seems a lot considering the clocks are half that price and are bigger and include a clock and alarm. I think I'll pass.
  25. Care to explain why you thought it was so bad?
