Indeed, as quiet as the falling snow. Much like Man-Bat, whose name is very reminiscent of that of the one person who is even worse than the undercover agents.

Looks like our South American friend is having a bit trouble with the English language, eh? Or perhaps it is that wrestling mask that muffles his words. Sorry, Bane, but your pathetic attempts at defending yourself leave me cold. So, what tally are we at? Who are we still waiting for?

Thanks for all the kind comments everyone! It really thaws my heart of ice. Oh please, Lex's puny tin can on legs is no match for the Batmech! Hehe, but maybe I'll post a pic here with them together here once I get that set. As for the head... yeah, it came out a bit larger than I intended, but for me it still works. Probably because people are lacking the minifigures to do so. Except for Batman and Joker, all characters look very different from their usual incarnations. Would be great if you could make one though. It's a giant robot bat! How much more Bat spirit can you get? Just kidding. I know where you're coming from. Yeah, me too. I'm secretly hoping that the real reason for the Superheroes contest is for TLG to get ideas for what kind of sets to produce. How so? Because of the way it transforms, the way the mech looks, or just the controversial idea of Bats driving a Transformer? To the Batmobile! (Gosh, I miss Batbrick! )

Not bad! But yeah, the faces are indeed too happy. The use of the mermaid hair on Katara is brilliant!

Well, I gotta agree that no matter how you look at it, Bane seems rather scummy. Therefore, I say we put him on ice, unless someone has a better suggestion. Vote: Bane (Masked Builder)

Does anyone know the secret code from the September 2011 LEGO Club Magazine for unlocking the wallpaper on Lego.com?

Brainiac Attacks Brainiac is attacking the Daily Planet and Lois Lane is once again in peril! This looks like a job for Superman! And no, this has nothing to do with that terrible movie of the same name. Brainiac Attacks! by okayaraman, on Flickr

What a magnificent and original entry! I didn't expect anyone to make a home for the henchman, and you really give us an in-depth look at the personal life of this overlooked character! There are so many stories being told in this little 8x8 vig! I love how you have included all of his various uniforms. And the best part is that the vig looks good and very "gothamy" from all angles, which is not an easy thing to achieve! Your presentation is very good too, which is always a plus. I hope you do well in the contest!

No, I can see a Joker logo on the front, and you can see Joker standing in the boat a bit later on in the commercial. If anything, this will be the set that Harley comes in, along with the Joker presumably. IF this is a real set, that is.

I may not have said much, but at least I am trying to be of some help. Yesterday, Calendar Man simply made some of his typical remarks about time, jumped on the bandwagon against you, and finally jumped on the Catwoman bandwagon, all without adding anything to the discussion. I, on the other hand, didn't vote for Catwoman as I was not completely convinced by the evidence against her and went with my own instinct instead. And I am still suspicious of Killer Croc. I'm not really buying his story.

Perhaps, but it is time to start thinking about who else might be scum, and just sitting back and letting a badwagon develop for you to hop on (which you have been doing until now) isn't very helpful. In fact, it seems quite scummy to me, so watch it, buddy. You're on thin ice.

Excellent. We have found our first traitor, although no thanks to me. I feel one step closer to being reunited with my dear Nora already. I shall try harder today to find the next Agent! However, Ras Al Ghul's disappearance is quite disconcerting. Something tells me that whoever took his body will have taken him back to the Lazarus Pits in order to bring him back to life. It would make sense for him to have the ability to arrange something like that.

Wow, Harley looks great! Nice to see that they gave her accurately colored hands this time around. Her torso print is also an improvement. The head is good too, although I wish her two faces were a bit more different. For example, it would have been great to get a scared face for her, or something whacky like her sticking her tongue out, but oh well. The only thing I'm not crazy about is her eyes. I liked how they were blue on the first version, and it looks a bit strange to see her eyelashes, but it's certainly not bad. Now if only we knew what set(s) she and the Riddler come in...

Boy, I have got to get out of my lab more. Sounds like a lot has happened, but I don't think it would have influenced my vote much anyway if I would have witnessed it. Let's see what tomorrow will bring.

What is it with you and always assuming the role of female and/or pink characters? :D
-
Thanks, that works. Indeed. If only now we could make some progress in actually playing the game and make up our minds on who to vote for.

Hm, I think the Power Miners wheels might work, although they are a bit thick. If you want to use a thin wheel, the large Technic wheels might work, although they are quite spikeless. The best solution, as usual, would be to brick-build them, but that would require a lot of parts which I assume you don't have. As for the Firebender, well, that's a tough one. The Vladek visor was the closest thing among existing parts, and that one was already horribly inaccurate, so I would suggest to just make your own out of paper or something.

I wouldn't mind taking over after AC. As for dividing the two Clone Wars series, I'm not sure that's a good idea. As much as I like to differentiate the two shows, they are pretty similar after all. They mostly share the same look, characters, locations, vehicles, and even story lines, so dividing them would be redundant. There is only one EB!

Excuse my absence today; I have been a bit busy with cryogenic experiments, but rest assured that I am trying to find those scummy Undercover Agents just as much as the rest of you. I have been pondering about who to vote for, and while there has been some slightly suspicious activity lately, there is not enough evidence to really convict anyone for me. I usually don't trust anyone, much less a little girl, but in such situations a good ally can be quite useful, so I am inclined to believe Miss Doll. I talked to her in private this morning, and we agreed that the most likely suspects are the quiet ones. Therefore, I think I share her earlier sentiment for Killer Croc as he hasn't said much, and what he has said wasn't very useful. Vote: Killer Croc (Jedi Anakin) I may change my mind if there is any further development in the investigation. By the way, has anyone heard from Man-Bat? I haven't seen him around at all. He might be up to something... or maybe he's just off looking for prey. That furry freak does seem to be more bat than man. What a waste of a scientific talent...

Gordon: "Come in, Batman, we need you! The Joker is terrorizing the city with giant toys!" Batman: "I'm on my way, Commissioner!" Hello, everyone. This is my entry for the Superheroes Unite contest and the Wheels Of Justice contest on FBTB. It's the incredible transforming Batmobile, Batman's latest means of transportation and crime fighting! It is loosely based on the one from the cartoon series Batman: The Brave and the Bold. it features a large bat head in the front and a powerful thruster in the back. It's very long and sleek, just like a Batmobile should be, and the windscreen opens up for Batman to jump inside. Here's Bats at the wheel, ready for action. Why is it called the Transforming Batmobile, you ask? Well, by moving a few piece around... ... it can turn into a giant Bat-mech! The thruster of the Batmobile becomes the jetpack of the Batmech! The Batmech is highly poseable! Here are some action poses: "Bring it on!" Batmech, ATTACK!! Flight pose! "Up, up, and away!" And finally, Batman posing next to his sweet ride! Here's a video of it transforming! I recommend watching it in HD or at least on fullscreen. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DbPOZqbShsY And for comparison, here's a clip of the Batmobile from Batman: The Brave and the Bold: Well, that's it for now. If you want to see more pictures, check out this Flickr set. Any C&C would be appreciated. Tune in next time for my next Bat-MOC! Same Bat time, same Bat channel! To the Batmobile!

I have no problem with the way Scarface talks. In fact, I think it's great and that you do an excellent job at playing both characters! But I do find the Impact font hard to read, so I would prefer it if people who use it would use a different font or just a different color instead.

This is pushing the concept of a home quite a bit, but it's so beautiful that I quite frankly don't care! It looks very nice and museum-like, but the best part is the micro Gotham and Batsignal behind the window! Too bad you can hardly see them. Good luck!
-
Agreed. This face surely makes up for the rather strange looking other side! Not so sure about Catwoman. I liked the sassy expression of the first one. Riddler looks good, yet disappointing. I hope that his hat is just a prototype and will be a different color in the final sets, and that there will be a question mark add-on for his staff, but I'm not too hopeful, seeing how final all the other figs from that seller look.

Yay, finally another update! Small as it may be, it's a nice and humorous vig. That sumo body is perfect for Iroh. That's the benefit of working with yellow figs, I guess, that you have a larger library of pre-existing parts to work with. Looks like I haven't commented in here in a while, so let me catch up: The Unagi does look much better with those teeth. The Kyoshi warriors look good too. I got two of the Geisha for the very same reason; to make custom Kyoshis. The war-balloon looks awesome! The only thing that bothers me a bit is that the bottom part (don't know what it's called) is too boxy. The Fire Nation ship is pretty good too. It's still underscaled, but unlike the set, it seems spacious and has some nice details on the interior. The tank is also good. I like all the play features you've included, and the scene with Katara is very recognizable. However, this, too, feels like should be bigger. Keep up the good work! These Avatar MOCs always make my day!

Indeed. That also explains my sudden craving for vanilla-flavored ice cream. Hm, yeah, you're probably right.
