    It`s nice idea but be ready for many challenges. Some first pieces looks interesting and others, some other not so versatile as at looks for me. I`d try to do some "missing" parts and shapes that lacs in LEGO but may be looking and be as much in tone and coherent with standard LEGO parts list, but it`s me Hope your be all right and you project do good!

    Originally want to made a train from new Wicked but went somewhere different. But i love and adore streamline design running gear? you mean my approach for motorization ? made some dummy for new L motor and add two of them for this. If needed i may show in details gearing in here (sadly i got well very small experience in motorization)

    1) Options for motorization (but here you need to put information on with of system you may use for it (powered up/ power functions or from third party like pybriks etc...) 2) I`d done coupling rods more compact to fit 8std wide scale not 10 (but its not so important) 3) Looks kind of blunt with only total black (for me) try to add another color for accent (red, orange, yellow, white, grey, maybe sone green/blue) to make it more coherent and non so monotone. Do some striping on boiler, or use color to emphasize some parts of engine/it parts. Model is solid looking.
