  1. #1 2639 is 4x4 but the only corner plate that is close. #2 is 4216
  2. PLEASE be a Class 37
  3. That will probably be because the clips for the rails are fragile. The rest probably had one part break off and the part was dumped.
  4. Are you building on a hard flat surface? Even a slightly soft one will allow the baseplate to flex slightly under pressure and could be making it difficult to place bricks
  5. I'm not sure where in the world you are but if you're UK based there's at least 1 builder who works in the Technic figure scale. I've seen him before displaying at Steam and at Wares The Brick. Photos are somewhat scarce and I can't remember his name - try here Newspaper, the second picture in the gallery shows some of it.
  6. It's not made up, rest assured. There's even two variants of it 3614a and 3614b and the wrist/arm it inserts into is 3613
  7. Try the Train, Track category on Bricklink perhaps. 4.5V Straight Track, inside curve, outside curve and various crossovers and switches.
  8. Would you advise going 6, 7, 8 or 10 Duplo studs wide for best scaling? The tunnel could be useful for strength and structure hidden behind a proper portal but will probably be expensive as a set and on PAB.
  9. For me, storage. What I would love is for a modular storage system - a system that can attach extra compartments on each side as suits the space, that have multiple compartments that can be combined to form larger sections in any direction. So I guess a back board with pin holes where you pick a hole for the pin and each pin can be connected to the left./right/up/down to an adjacent pinto form a side of a box. Form any regular sized box and then into this box a drawer. So for instance a 1x1 square could hold a drawer of 2x2 plates, when it is too full, expand the hole and the drawer to 2x1 etc. Then when you have so many 2x2 plates so it is becoming hard to find break it down again so a 1x1 of red, a 1x1 of black, 1x1 of grey etc. I would cover walls in this. Over shelves, under tables, if there's a gap I could use it.
  10. If you're going the magnet route then save the hassle and use blu-tack!
  11. You don't get many completely airtight bags... assuming you're just looking for storage and not some form of inert stasis like Mylenium implies then just get a bit of air out and put them away like that. As you fill up space with them they'll slowly let small amounts of air out as the pressure of other bags puts a light force on each and it leaks around the seal.
  12. Trains got their first banner 4 years ago now: Topic So change does happen :-)
  13. If you want to design a new one, feel free. But please don't say you'll only do it only if it will be used. Do it and if people like it then it can be considered.
  14. 60691 Jungle Explorer Base Camp Parts are mainly the geodes in new colours (each geode core is a trans version of the exterior, unlike the usual geodes,) and a Sand Green crocodile. All look brilliant I was hoping that the Dark Red 23405 would become generally available as they are a lovely recolour I could buy a ton of, alas not yet. I didn't notice any other recolours but may have missed some.
  15. I went with the easy option and used Amazon ( Amazon ) for the same sourced on this continent. <£20. No doubt also available cheaper from electrical supply stores but couldn't find the energy to look.
  16. Minifigure Maddness are excellent for full boxes. They currently have a limit of 1 box (72 figs) but that will change some time after release
  17. Yes, I got messages from my bank about a transaction they declined, most likely because it was made so long ago. Got to call customer services now and get another payment made. Last time they charged when ready to ship so should be on their way very shortly.
  18. That desk area reminds me rather strongly of the guild building in Goblin Slayer. Lovely scene, very well put together
  19. Looks nice but a little too shiny for my tastes - I prefer to see some studs, regardless of the reality of the object. Has anyone else had an issue with the Orion craft mating with the crew module? The nipple tile on the bottom of the crew module hangs just above the top of the 2x2x2 cone but is prevented from making contact by the 3x3 dish element contacting the inside of the 24593. Swap out for the blue antenna assembly and all works perfectly. Short of inserting a plates worth of parts on either the cone or the crew module the only solution I've found is to pull the 3x3 dish back up the internal bar enough to allow the lower half to join the cone. This feels inelegant but I do not appear to have done anything wrong?
  20. How are you planning on ensuring that the train motor and the technic motor drive at the same speed?
  21. There is no zip file, the quoted link in my post is to a Studio .io file
