Pretty common amongst bricks of a certain vintage. Just dug one out of my "crap brick for filler bag" https://www.dropbox.com/s/ncuobu3af5avisp/20230410_173831.jpg?dl=0

Dark Blue is sw0832 from First Order Officer in 75166 and the Dark Green one has had arms swapped but is from sh383 Mantis in 76079 -
I'd suggest choosing a colour based on the era of track you're building to. Older tracks (heritage lines or historic layouts) go with Reddish Brown with occasional old Brown or Dark Brown thrown in if you have any for a bit of variety in your wooden sleepers, for more modern setup go with LBG/Black for a more concrete/industrial look.

Lego Licensed Parts available from Bricks & Pieces

Because 200 is the limit per element for what is now called the "Standard" PAB, the one that is shut down over Christmas/New Year. Where most of the more interesting parts live. The "Bestseller" does not have a 200 limit and is available all year. -
There's a heart inside the base of at least one valentine animal set. They're nice hidden steps that provide interest to structural supports and a little reward for the person actually building it

Xtra 853921 you pictured included pretty much all the city stickers you mention as well as road signs etc. It was on discount for a while so presumably hadn't sold very well. I picked up 4 or 5 near the end of its life and was impressed

(LDD) The LEGO MOVIE-Octan Transport Ship
CastleRail replied to lyonfish's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Have a go at reverse engineering it? The disassembled photos provide a good insight to how it was put together and there may be newer parts that simplify parts of it? Good chance to upskill in LDD (my choice) or Studio. -
If you're using sandpaper, use the finest you can find and only use it for an initial rough levelling. Look at plastic polishing paste after that - the significantly finer grit will still manage to wear it down but will provide a much finer surface. You never know you may one day want to have the back side visible!

From the shape it looks like it could be a Playmobil belt? Seems to be a reasonable fit for their torso. Not 100% though -
Are you using the "Easy Buy" button? I don't think there is any way other than manually when doing that. Once you've purchased each cart you can apply it to the wanted list but that's no use if you want to see before you buy. Use Buy All from in the wanted list and as Yoggington shows, make informed carts. You may also find that the 3 missing parts are not available, either due to no sellers or not being a production part. Particularly relevant with things like plates with clips, heads and wheels where colour range is different between each a b c etc variation. Do note that Easy Buy will give you some awful orders and no idea of the final cost.

The same sort of treatment as Stranger Things has gotten - one excellent set and one Brickheadz then just sit on the license. Fingers crossed that doesn't happen but don't be too surprised

It looks like you have part collisions along the entire roofline apart from the lowest tile? Have you tried mounting wedge plates 47397/8 on their side for an angle of ~10° and then filling the space between them with tiles as per the existing roof?

Could you not replace the 1x4 rack and hinge setup with 2 #24121s for a much more rigid base?
