Pocahontas's hair from the Disney CMF in May will be in a minidoll set in June. I think we can probably put to bed CMF exclusivity. If anything, we can still be thankful that the CMF's seem to drive new molds, regardless of whether they're exclusive. -

I dont think that's necessarily true, especially for hair pieces. In particular the beanie with pigtails that came with the horse groomer has been used 2-3 times in the last year, and the same for Monica Rambeau's hair piece. That said, I dont think CMF was ever (or at least it isnt now) marketed as the only way to get certain pieces. Moreso its just high enough PpP that we generally expect new ones in each fig. -

Honestly this is such a 180* turn from Marvel sets in the last year or two that I'm having trouble believing it. Particularly Kang is what stands out as not making sense... a complete Disney+ CMF with Kang from Quantumania? Do we have any credibility from this leaker? -

*chanting* Beast bigfig! Beast bigfig! Beast bigfig! I'm sure it's the Disneyland castle. I really doubt they'd do a second castle just because they did the Disneyland castle in the past. It was expensive enough that few people have it, and this one is a lot more palatable to consumers. -

What did I miss? So far Marvel hasnt been a W at all... the D+ minifig series is my only hope... -

I'd agree Warlock's is overdesigned, but Eternals' armor was all basically flat armor with the circular patterns... not really much to them at all other than the various cape styles, and the patterns are consistent with the exposition in the movie. -

If Marvel is specifically announcing this character despite rumored What If postponement... we definitely will see her in the cmf -

At this point the CMF might be buildable figures What If came after the CMF last time too. I'd still bet dollars to doughnuts it'll have What If characters, if not more of them than last time. -

A Devil Dino build with even a single fig would be great. Imagine the printing in that blue/yellow schema :O -

From a lego perspective its great and from an MCU perspective AT VERY LEAST it has great figures. Even if you dont like the set, its probably top 3 best Marvel sets last year. What else, Sanctum? Domo? -

Valid. Since the piece count is so baffling, they could very well swap out half of the pieces for the Ninjago mech joints. I mean from a minifig theme perspective I agree, but then there's Iron Man, Wolverine, Cap America, Spiderman x2, and Venom. -

Right now there's no female buildable figures, not even Ghost Spider. IMO everybody who's not considering a buildable figure three pack for the Marvels are the ones being unrealistic. I say this with pain in my heart. -

I guess maybe the silver lining of the Marvels set being a "wait for a discount" set is that the CMF will hopefully be enough to keep us all occupied for a while 😅 -

The duplo castle is on lego.com for $99. Is this the $99 set we knew about? -
It's probably more of a Nintendo decision than Lego- Nintendo is always far more willing to innovate in a space than join the ranks of other IPs. I'd love to see it, but I really doubt Mario ever gets minifigs.

Yea if you don't like the Eternals I guess I get it, but the Domo is an amazing build. I'd go so far as to say it's the best build in the theme over the last few years regarding building technique. Like the Sanctum and a few other sets have some good pieces and figs and easter eggs, but I don't think I had as much fun building anything as much as the Domo. -

I sincerely wonder how many times lego fans would need to be scorned to ditch the theme. Like if the Marvels are three buildable figs, and the D2C is the Quinjet, and the CMF is like completely What If/Xmen 97/Moon Girl & Devil Dino, will people give it up then? A full year without new MCU figs? -

I mean realistically we can expect: -Reprint of Ms Marvel or most of the same pieces in the CMF -Spectrum with reused hair and head, probably no leg printing (lol if shes not even in the set) -Captain Marvel -no villain (lol) -A small backdrop build? 400 pieces is pretty small for a ship, which is what I think most people expect -

We dont know the process but 100% Disney would be involved. Given interviews and whatnot though, it doesnt seem like Lego's Superheroes team are fans of the MCU, so fan-desired sets like Guardians 2 may not be in the cards unless Disney requests them? Example: The Lightyear director made Buzz's spaceship windshield yellow in the movie so that Lego would reprint the trans yellow piece (he's a huge lego fan I guess) -

https://imgflip.com/i/7bt8xj I'm still optimistic. The Superheroes theme cant just be 3 Guardians set, a Marvels set, and a bunch of buidable figs for the whole year. The Infinity Saga wave was a massive hit, why would Lego just forget about it. -

I still think it's very likely a Kang variant is in the CMF from Loki S2, and if that's the case people are going to go wild with customs anyway. It'd just be cool to get a ton of Kang minifigs.
