  1. Here's to hoping the open-able helmet is on all of those suits and not the newer printed one!
  2. I'm horrified by the thought, but the "helmet" that Thor has that has been shown in some of the alleged "leaked" artwork would explain why the other set hasnt been revealed. I honestly think it looks so terrible I cant imagine how it could be in the final film, but if it is, it might also explain why Wolverine's mech is coming and his cowl is back in print- I can see that piece being used for Thor's helmet.
  3. Maybe I'm mistaken, but isn't that the Valkyrie hairpiece from T:LAT? I thought fulcrum or somebody had posted it as a new hairpiece with some other cobbled together fig.
  4. I don't mean to rip on that set, especially because it seems like plenty of people like it, but I'm just super disappointed with the way the Iron Man looks. Maybe it's a pretty fun build? I didn't even notice the low shoulder joints before, honestly, and I can't believe that it was released like that. Is the helmet a new print on a piece used for something else? I think that may be the biggest reason I think it looks so ugly, though admittedly I may have a bias against lego mechs after the last few years.
  5. Honestly, I PRAY that it's fake. Thor's costume is horrible looking and absolutely ridiculous. Far worse than anything he had in the comics, and those got pretty silly too.
  6. I have sympathy for DC fans in this regard, but for perspective, Marvel fans have been begging for a CMF for years and finally just got one (and a D+ CMF is very different from an all-encompassing CMF like the DC CMFs have been). Lego makes Marvel movie sets because they are immensely popular, and I feel lucky that we've gotten as many DC sets as we have. The $100 set being DC definitely isn't a surprise to me, given how much Marvel Studios love is going around, and how many comic-based DC sets we typically get. I mean, we're getting a Klarion set/figure allegedly... Lego hasn't gone ANYWHERE that deep into Marvel comic-based sets. We have I think only 4-5 xmen so far, for example?
  7. This may have been talked about, but what is with the "-1" on the end of the Gargantos set number? I dont recall seeing that before, does that mean another version of the set?
  8. Is the "Shuma Gorath" set out tomorrow? It seems really early but I swear I saw that somewhere... Edit: looks like it's on Lego.com... my bad!
  9. Are there examples of other Superhero sets with characters on the box that don't appear in the individual theme's sets? Someone already pointed out that having her on the box implies she may be in a set, which isn't necessarily true, but it's also pretty suspicious for the artists to go through that amount of work for no reason. Maybe a 2nd set or polybag or even the accessory pack could be itMoM related. Honestly some of us here are inflating Wanda's importance quite a bit here, but we're all on the same page in regard to why Lego made the decision they did if Wanda doesn't appear.
  10. If we had to choose between a Dr. Strange set including Wanda, or a Disney+ CMF including her, it makes more sense the way it was done, and I have no complaints. I'm honestly thankful they did her new costume at all in the CMF, rather than the casual wear or Halloween costume. Dr. Strange and Wong are the stars of their movie, I don't know why this is surprising to anyone. There STILL hasn't been a decent Wong figure and I'm also grateful this set includes him. Dr. Strange is a given and otherwise I think this is a perfect set for the movie. Sad that Dr. Strange still isn't big enough to warrant several sets like Thor or Black Panther, but what can you do...
  11. The way you laid this out, it really would make sense for the battle pack to be Hawkeye and Kate + 2 Tracksuit Bros. Assuming all of the things previously discussed don't come to fruition: the 4th CMF isn't DIsney+ Marvel, no Disney+ shows premier before Ms Marvel in June, more sets are dedicated to What If S2 and Infinity Saga; Hawkeye (the show) is left in a weird lego-less void, that could be perfectly filled by a set, which we haven't seen a leak for thus far. We do know about the battle pack, though...
  12. With Agatha getting her own TV show, it makes sense now that she was excluded from the CMF. I'd expect if Hawkeye gets the same treatment, we may not see Echo til the year her show runs. If I had to guess, I'd say a CMF would include Hawkeye, Kate Bishop, SheHulk, Titania, Moon Knight and a supporting character, Ms Marvel, Red Dagger, Kamran, 3-4 What If S2 characters.
  13. I absolutely think so. Disney obviously waited a long time to pull the trigger on a Marvel CMF, and the lack of D+ sets really makes it look like it may be a recurring thing. Lego changing the number of figures in each CMF to allow for more sets per year also really makes it seem like the plan to have an annual set of some theme was created pretty far in advance.
  14. When do leaks usually start showing up ahead of Jan/spring waves? I'd love to know whether I should pick up the Sanctum set or I can wait for another potential NWH or itMoM set.
  15. I went back to look at set numbers after the mechs info was released... will Lego fill in the first half of the year with other sets? I have a hard time believing that only half of these sets will be released until Summer/Fall of 2022, with Thor pushed out to July and BP pushed out to November. Seems Marvel moving their dates may impact Toy companies pretty significantly 10781: Spider-man Techno Truck $9.99 10782: Hulk & Rhino's Truck Duel $19.99 10783: Spider-man at Doc Ock's Labratory $29.99 10784: Spider-man Webquarters $49.99 76202: Wolverine Mech $9.99 76203: Iron Man Mech $9.99 76204: Black Panther Mech $9.99 76205: Dr. Strange itMoM $29.99 76206: 'Buildable Iron Man Mk43' $39.99 76207: Thor: Love and Thunder $19.99 76208: Thor: Love and Thunder $49.99 76209: ??? $100.00 76210: Hulkbuster $200.00 76211: Black Panther: Wakanda Forever $49.99 76212: Black Panther: Wakanda Forever $9.99 76213: Black Panther: Wakanda Forever $29.99 76219: ??? $19.99
  16. Is there a comprehensive list of the unreleased Marvel sets with the numbers and prices somewhere? The last I saw it, it was mostly unknowns. The Black Panther sets are looking more like "must haves" compared to the rest of what's releasing soon...
  17. I think you're right, but his yellow poncho torso is so hideous :(
  18. We're all begging for a good, affordable Wong, and America is a must. Dr. Strange is a given, but do we need a Wanda after having her in her new suit in the CMF? If one doesn't make it, I hope it's her, honestly.
  19. I don't necessarily agree the warg mold should be used for the hyena's nor would Lego do that, but Lord of the Rings movie franchise is owned by Warner Bros, so it may not be a licensing issue after all!
