  1. This is great 'economic friendly' addition to the original. I like it!
  2. Wait, does this mean our #bringbackLEGOPirates constant nagging actually works?
  3. Cool find! This is excellent.
  4. I like how they decided to use original skull on the hat There was a discussion somewhere about skulls in pirate theme... can't remember where, anyways I prefer the old 'rounded' skull instead of the modern bulky shape.
  5. If you'd like to build it yourself the instructions are available on Rebrickable
  6. @Master0889 your stunning build has been on the Classic-Pirates.com Great write up @Mister Phes
  7. Nice! Although, they can avoid unnecessary redesign phase and simply make a deal with @SleeplessNight for his version HERE.
  8. This guy is making some impressive BIG pirate builds: https://www.instagram.com/legocounty/
  9. @Barbatos your deadly privateer ship was on the Classic-Pirates.com
  10. Better still, ask him to join Eurobricks Pirates section
  11. How about BoBS Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/brethrenofthebrickseas/
  12. I'm interested if AI is capable of making classic backgrounds for MOCs like in the old pirates sets. Example: Anyone tried this?
  13. Lovely, lovely, lovely! I can echo the comment before, this was also my favourite set while growing up. Actually, it was the only pirate set I got, other one being formidable bluecoat's Clipper. @CaptainDarkNStormy am I reading this correctly, this MOC consists of 2367 parts? If was to replace sea-base with the old 32x32 baseplate from the original Forbidden Island, do you have estimate of total parts then?
  14. Yes, this is much better! Looking forward to see more of your progress in the future.
  15. Ahoy there @Robinson 2nd You are off to a great and promising start, but we need better images to see more details about your fine work so far. Since Eurobricks does not allow users to upload huge number of HD images directly to server, to post images here you need to use Flickr or BrickSafe or any other image hosting platform out there. Lets say you have Flickr, here is simple and short tutorial how to do it. Click Spoiler If unsure, you can go to training ground for new members here-click and practice your posting pictures skills. And welcome aboard!
  16. @Barthezz Brick your stunning, mind-blowing, most awesome diorama was on the Classic-Pirates.com
  17. Supported! But... where is HD image of Pamela?
  18. Glad to hear you liked it, and I hope this will push things forward the next 5K milestone! Don't forget us (Classic-Pirates) during the mandatory 10K interview
  19. @boeing_787_8_dreamliner your wonderful ship was on the Classic-Pirates.com
  20. You better add Barbatos, that guy kicks ass rear-bricks
  21. Well, you were forced to do more with less, and looking back and forth the original and the final version, I say you have certainly done excellent job during the downsize.
  22. Captivating intro and nice storytelling. 23. Sails tend to block a clear view at both ships... but truth be told, I was lazy to make custom digital sails for Barracuda so I found convenient excuse instead
