  1. Thank you mates. :D Hope that TLG show much improved Boss month later.
  2. Thank you for congrats. Iam happy to win this competition. Yes, this model has the same seats and side mirrors. it also was built the same scale. May be it looks like original, but its body was built from the SCRATCH. No, it no a pickup, but at first I want to build something like Chevrolet El Camino. Everyone who owns 9398 and who have tried to make something other than 9398 on chassis will understand me. It is hard to build something bigger on that chassis. Posts about that "we lost possibility to have something different (big?)" - for me sound like empty words of 8 years old boy, sorry. Or may be it is just a dreams to receive set with 2 times more details than original 9398 but the same price?! Tell me truth, you dreamed? I am 99% sure that we have no chance to receive after optimizing something big and heavy even if it is a limited edition set. Lego will not produce set, that is worse than original 9398 by design and by performance. The only way to make crawler succesful on crawling and stability - is to built it similar to original - low body with about the same count of details. So, do I have to built lambo or ferrari crawler? No. There is not much variants to built. Yes I can built station wagon body, but it will be heavy. Ask efferman - he goes the same way. First - big "unlimited class" van, and then lite and low Snake. Anyways, thank you for support. I believe that TLG will make my entry better;)
  3. that s not funny Ondra, stop that jokes please. Go build something good. If you think that 1500 - all russians you are wrong, wrong as those who say that that boss is the same as original 9398.
  4. Cmon, give us better photos of you Mog:)
  5. Keep building bro, cause watching cars, construction machines every day is boring....;) Just realized:D I can make blender or mixer for my wife and present it at 8th March.:) best present from husband Legoholic:)))) Bad news - I have to use rare buggy motor for that...but I love my wife:))))
  6. Thats not statisics - i have no comparison, but thats a rule of trading. May be you can count PPP for smaller set, just for info. Use the same source of prices. Your comparison is not correct. 8070 and 9397 contain electrics, that raise the PPP.
  7. I mean electrics and motorizing non-propulsion functions: there are many such sets and electrics (m motor and AA bb) I have too much M motors an big BAttery blocks, so I am glad that 42000 is free of that... (Remebering "supercar" 8070, and its "gearbox") I believe that 2nd half 2013 sets give us L motors But price seems high, agree with all. Larger set - cheaper price per part.
  8. Electrics - we have it a lot in previous sets. So adding stupid motorizing function like raising body or setting spoiler - is not that we want pay for extra money.
  9. As I understand, you like retro japanese cars. Keep going. Your models are really cool model team mocs, that I want to hold at my shelf as scale models;) hope we will see another cool JDM cars:)
  10. Looks awesome! Unimog WIP by Dikkie Klijn, on Flickr Unimog U400 WIP by Dikkie Klijn, on Flickr I have to buy that tires!
  11. Why? I think it contain many panels, white beams, tires, hubs and small actuators. And it do not contain electrics - that is plus i think. May be the price is too high?
  12. Look, we have organizers that looks very similar:) I also use this: It's transparency and rounded bottoms helps better find small details.
  13. there is no steering yet.steering is locked for tests
  14. I like building awd remote controlled cars in middle and small scale. Building big scale cars take much time and details. And the second problem of big scale - it cant drive duo to high weight. My Middle scaled mods/mocs of 9395 and 8081 have very simple transmission with diffs, that cannot be locked. Now i am going to make new middle-scale chassis using new 2xL motors with some advanced features: 1) live axles 2) possibilty to run fast or slow with more torque 3) lockable rear diff 4) awd/ rwd switcher (not realized yet) 5) wide of axles 13-15 studs max. In my mind middle scale is 62,20 wheels or 68,8 balloons. Iam going to build on my chassis scale model look cars. But first I want to develop strong and effective chassis. First I began from rear axle. As you can see diff can be locked. Next step was making middle part with motors and gearbox. After that front axle appeared. For now I have: Front axle suspension kinematics needs improvements Up p: motors work from 12 to 20 teeth At the bottom L shaped black liftarm - is gearbox gear holder. After previous gear (12:20 from motors) next gear can be manually selected again 12:20 or back 20:12. Low and high modes. Low gear mode for obstacles High gear mode for faster speed Changing gear stage: L liftarm is dismounted, after that I move 12 and 20 gears on the axle left or right for needed gear, and then fix gear by L liftarm. I have made some test with big (96's) and small (62 and 68) wheels. transmission is strong with such big tires, so I hope it will be strong enough for 1 kg weight (with body) with fsmaller tires. Dromt wheels dpfall down because U joint axles is too short to hold such big and heavy tires, but good for 62 and 68 [/img]
  15. Vfracingteam, You are liftarm-maniac:D You better build lego system:))) Very very good work
  16. You need many many 50cm pf-9v cables ;) the man that makes lego fly:)
  17. My last video with standard tires and still without diffs and with 8:24 at hubs.
  18. Look what I found at mall:) Google for "hot wheels muscle", thats awesome little cars:D
  19. Yes, but it cost its price;)
  20. May be two buggy motors with 2 receivers will be better? Do you have such problems at gelandewagen? As I remember it also used 4 L motors with two receivers? Where is your G? Is it still alive?
