Absolutely. Feels like things have really started with the leaking of the 2 figures. I imagine they will keep coming from now onwards. Wasp looks good, though hope she comes with wings too.

I think the leak was phrased as "contains at least 22 figures" so I imagine it's an additional one! I like it, think it's a good inclusion.

You're right about scale. I'd rather they didn't bother with a qunijet than provide a tiny one that scaled with the building but not the figures. I think that would look off. For the pad, I'd be happy if there was a portal generator build with Eric selvig fig and a conveyor belt for iron man to land on like the mark VI in the Avengers.

There was a November set officially unveiled today (Mario plant) so hopefully not much longer But I think avengers tower is being released around black Friday weekend. Which is late November. AT-AT was unveiled on the 9th Nov and went on sale 26th Nov. Can't remember what last years big black Friday set was but i imagine dates were similar. Not sure how many leaks to expect with these. Thye have been pretty good at stopping them lately.

That's the kind of thing that would have made a good GWP.

I imagine we'll get a small chitauri flyer as well. I'd have thought there would be lots of those clear bar prices to have figures and things flying round the tower

Sorry to hear that. Hoping it is the last option as I've just ordered 2 full boxes! I'm hoping to sell 5 sets and keep one for myself. everything I've seen elsewhere suggests its 3 sets per box.

That gwp could make buying the tower on day 1 very tempting. Double vip points and probably 3 gwp's for the black Friday weekend.

Nice to get an unexpected gwp. Can't work out what's going on though. Racking my brains for when outriders were in a scene with a yellow car but can't come up with anything 4 figures in a gwp is great though. Especially compared to the Hoopty

I think mtdbricks has been good in the past. As you say it's quite a weird link so we'll see how it pans out. My first reaction (if it is true) is that it will be a junior version, but looking at the previous figures in the Sahaf theme have been pretty good so fingers crossed its a decent fig! Though looking at the ig picture it might be something buildable rather than a fig.

I'd like a Knowhere modular, similar in style to Ninjago city or City Markets. It would be a great way to get some of the GotG figures we're missing and could be crammed with easter eggs and references. Lego do keep returning to the guardians of the galaxy so there is a small part of me that thinks this is possible! Hank Pym's house in the films would also make a good modular. It's not an iconic scene, but would appeal to modular fans in general and MCU fans if it had some decent Ant Man references/figures.

No one is expecting it. @GonzoTheGreatjust asked the question of whether its a possibility. Considering the low number of mcu projects coming up next year it wouldn't be a huge surprise if lego revisited older films. No idea if MoM would be one of them, but the illuminati scene would be a good set.

What are the options for buying a complete cmf box in the UK? Anyone got any recommendations?

Where are you seeing the stuff about Ronan? I haven't seen that anywhere. The SDCC set had 145 pieces and the upcoming one has 290 so its double the number of pieces. I'm imaging it will be something similar to the ship in the ravager attack set. Maybe a bit bigger or with a side build.

Well put. Price and quality do feel a bit all over the place. You're definitely right about tempering expectations. Well just have to wait and see what the good value sets are.

Ah great thanks, hadn't clocked that. Luckily gotg3 is out tomorrow on Disney+ so I'll have a closer look. You're right to point out the price is the same as the baby Rocket ship. Shouldn't get our hopes up. Hopefully we'll get at least 1 figure we haven't had before.
