    Thanks! Some of these pieces were used in Exploriens, Aquazone sets. The point was to create something any AFOL with a decent 90s Lego collection could recreate.

    Your point is valid. There's something about the octagonal panels that gives that particular futuristic look to futuron. Thank you so much! I wanted to create something to inspire 90s AFLOs so they could recreate it at home using pieces from their collections.

    Thanks. Futuron spanned between 1988 and 1990 as the evolution of Classic Space. I'll post more pictures in the future, and also you can go to my Facebook group and see any updated there. Thanks.The angle gives the illusion of that. Also one of the "Towers" on the back is a rocket.

    This is my Futuron city created using only 90s existing pieces. Why Lego group never made a Futuron base with a Monorail track so you could add it to the 6990 monorail set?     What would happened if Blacktron 1 theme stretched all the 90s decade? The world might never know... It has a 3 section spaceship, a rover, a robot guardian, a flyer, an elevator on the back, working diagonal garage doors, 4 diferent space era baseplates and many more stuff! 1320 pieces. Only the spaceship windscreen and the hinged side panels of the spaceship were never made in those colors, but it looks so great I leave it like that. Where's the mop?

    Thanks for the comment. It missess the "legs" when firing on seige mode. If you like this, please don't let it die. Please share with fellow 80s space AFLOs. Let´s have a decent new Blacktron set! Thank you! I hope the word can be spread with all Blacktron fans outthere so Lego could take this design to the shelves!

The sides into track bikes Gets air support with an exploration drone The main cabin can become airborn. The turret unit deploys droid troops The Cyber Bounty Hunters are heavy armed robotic troopers. Finally, The Enforcer is a small Space Police armed vehicle.     Hello. I have a question. How to restore the black color on 1x2 plate with ladder pieces 4175? It seems some of those black pieces start to look white with time. I tried soap and ithe whitening t gets worst. Thanks.

    Yes to all that. To me, everything Looks like Lego Group is paving the way for an official Classic Space return. My glass is half full.

    I hope so. It is more sad to see Classic Space AFOLs loosing their faith. Lego space city theme moved from NASA designs to SCI FI stuff, we got 10497 and a new Invader sets, two new color classic space astronauts and some classic space fans still want to see the glass half empty.
