I just use rebrickable set comparison for that. Takes 2 minutes once you have uploaded the moc parts as a custom list

You mean it’s discoloured? Has it been exposed to Much sunlight? mine isn’t in a case And looks fine but this sort of thing makes me worry

when you buy the instructions from brickvault it gives you a parts list for everything and also one for using 75292 as a donor

I’m definitely in the camp of smoother looking end product. I will absolutely be modding mine with extra tiles. There is no way to 100% conceal a Lego set due to certain pieces always having exposed studs so I think even with max coverage there are always giveaways that it’s a Lego model. That is enough for me

Yeah, it’s very Lego looking. I think the first thing I will end up modding is adding loads of tiles to clean it up

No way. Mirko prides himself of making these affordable to build and in my experience I would agree. I’m not sure what U and TS project clock in at but I was able to build K-Project for I think £290 which for 3200 parts worked out at 9p per piece. I would expect this to cost around £400-500 With careful shopping
