Yeah man I dont like doing modifications to official sets so that is why the only thing I changed is roof colour. I think 2021 sets match with 2018-2020 sets pretty well if you get rid of sand green. What I am worried about is leak info about Hospital Wing/Clock Tower coming in winter because I have no idea how it will work with my layout so it stays at least a little accurate but I will try to do something with it when we get official pictures.

Thank you man, I appreciate your opinion on my layout model. As other people said here, yes that piece doesnt exist in real Lego as this model was made in studio program. But that is not the issue as you can just use regular cone piece (3942c) to replace it which is what I am gonna do. Btw I am still missing like 2 sets to complete this layout in real Lego but when I do I will definetely post pictures here.

Yes but 2021 Great Hall is much smaller than 2018 one and also when you connect it to Astronomy Tower it looks very much like the Long Gallery. Sure I will try to find place for Hospital Wing but it wont be as easy as to pretend it is something else than Clock Tower.

This is actually pretty valid point which I didnt realise. For sure it wont look as detailed as 2019 version but at least it could have the basic shapes of Clock Tower then.... but it still doesnt solve my problem which is where will I put this into my Hogwarts display so it will stay somehow accurate and wont mess with 2019 Clock Tower.

Well yes, the lack of OotP, HBP and specially DH sets is so disappointing and I would rather not believe that it is designers choice because they are hardcore fans.

Okay those are just two characters you woundnt like but there are plenty of characters that fans who want to get every character as a minifigure would love Yeah and I didnt include super obscure characters and some minor characters from DH movies... Yes we can because we talk about entire theme and even tho they dont want to make DH sets they can include those minifigs in CMF and besides those there are plenty of minifigures missing from movies 1-4. I recommend to you follow minifigs.psd on instagram, he makes some great custom models of minifigures we could get in the future.

You cant be serious with this :D Here: Lee Jordan Fang (not rly a minifigure but we need him) Fat Lady (Perfect for CMF) Percy Weasley Bill Weasley Marge Tom (questionable but I love obscure characters) Werewolf Igor Karkaroff Rita Skeeter Barty Crouch Sr. Mermaid (from 2nd task) Aberforth Dumbledore Narcissa Malfoy Xenophilius Lovegood Rufus Scrimgeour And those are just unique characters we havent got as minifigures since theme came back in 2018. If I made this list with all different versions of characters we need to get it would be much much longer.

I was excited just to get some regular good old classic playsets, turns out only one of them is.

I agree with you on this one. 2021 sets even improved connectivity of 2018-2020 sets by simply adding more volume to it so it doesnt look like long line of random towers. That is why I made my own model in studio where I put them togather but I really dont know where I am gonna put some cheap looking Clock Tower...

Yes, this is how I imagine it... Lets say it more softly, they dont look the best on exterior display :D

Because Clock Tower is one of the big dominants of Hogwarts castle and you simply cant make good looking version of it from 500 pieces if you are focusing on mainly on interior.

I wish we had pictures already because I cant see good looking Clock Tower for 40$... dont get my wrong I love that it is POA based, it is my favourite movie but that piece count cant make justice to that building. Yeah these arent the best in terms of exterior.... unpopullar opinion but for me 2018-2020 was best in both. Interiors werent that big as in new line but they were detailed.

This theme is not always accurate in terms of room placement so yeah I didnt expect that.

Well then I guess I will just buy figures from BL as Guyon. Because I have no intention to have 2nd uglier and smaller Clock Tower in my Hogwarts display. With Chamber of Secrets Great Hall it was different because that one can be connected to the rest of the sets in a way that it doesnt even look like Great Hall.

I realise it and thats why I dont understand how it is supposed to represent Clock Tower. Even if the Tower will be made of 3 of those 16x8 sections stacked it will luck details with that piece count.

Yeah but Chamber of Secrets Great Hall is like 140 dollar set while this one is only 40 which is weird if they want to make Clock Tower. I dont think this part of the leak is correct. Oooof :D No tbh they are fine but this I simply cant imagine it

Why they keep making these book sets? They suck because you cant connect them to rest of the Hogwarts sets and therefore they are difficult to display.
