Do you guys ever think this line will ever see the cars from Knight Rider and Back to the Future?

Back when the two Disney CMFs were released, Lego was making 18 in a roster. I just realized that around the same time, the Simpsons was only 16 instead? Perhaps because of the (cost of) exclusive moulds. Anyway, I wonder if Lego would even remotely consider going the opposite way, and making this Disney CMF 18 again instead of the current 12? After all, this is a Disney 100th anniversary special. (I personally would not mind paying extra for each minifig, given we have been so starved of all of these characters!)

Really hoping for Snow White and at least another princess. Thinking about it more, perhaps we could infer that Lego really would like to feature Snow White during the anniversary sets given that they even thought of having that Ideas set. But was reportedly canceled by Disney itself. I think a CMF figure would be the only 'discreet' way of featuring her.

I think it is about time Lego makes the Batwing in minifig scale - just like they did for the Batmobile. There could be dioramas as multiple separate sets, and ultimately, these could link/ assemble together, just like what they have for some of those Harry Potter sets.

Oooh yes! I love that idea. Didn't Lego release some Harry Potter sets which were semi-modular: separate sets/ dioramas that you could ultimately connect together. I really think it is time for Lego to apply this to a lot of themes, X-men and Marvel included.

Hi there! Might anyone have a suggestion for a frame that can hold a 48x48 baseplate? I don't think IKEA makes any square ones other than the Sannahed which does not even fit a 32x32. Thanks!

I am hoping as well!!! Looking at all the Disney BrickHeadz, including the upcoming ones, the ones that have not made it into minifig form are: Belle Beast Oswald Snow White Eve and Wall-E Cruella Moana Merida

Well, either make a CMF dedicated just to the X-men (very unlikely), or make some of those sets you mentioned as X-men-dedicated ones. That rather than feature two or three X-men in a CMF. Who will they feature if it were a CMF with only two or three slots? Wolverine, Cyclops and Storm again???

Yes, and perhaps re-make some scenes/ settings into a modular! Exactly! Someone even pointed out that the blue technic pins detract from the final image.

Me, too. I usually buy the modular first thing in the year. But not this year for me - read somewhere (rumor) that the Pizza Van *might* be tied to a modular purchase.

Why, Lego? Why? I wish they would release some classics as well.

Doing that would be 'repeating' those themes from previous CMFs/ releases. Although I don't quite mind if it will be minifig scale and with the introduction of more complementary characters, etc. Hopefully. I really don't care for minidolls!!! Microscale would not be bad as long as there are new minifigs. But prefer minifig scale! (Is it possible they will be releasing a much larger and more expensive Disney building that has not been leaked? Something much similar to both the Train Station and the Disney Castle?)

The most expensive Disney set rumored for 2023 is what, $150 or $200? I don't think that price point would cover a replacement Disney Castle (e.g., Cinderella Castle). What do you guys think it could be? A minidoll castle? With the Train & Station and the Disney Castle being discontinued in the couple of years, do you guys think Lego will make more minifig scale sets? It seems we are losing to the minidolls!!!

Will getting the JC allow you to get the Pizza Van GWP? I thought I read somewhere that the Pizza van will be a GWP with a modular purchase at a later date than VIP or actual release day of JC?

It would be really awesome if Disney would make a set out of Sorcerer Mickey. Brick Clicker is saying there will be 4 possible 4+ sets this coming year and they are possibly in the "Mickey and Friends" line. I am really happy that as much as those are for 'younger kids', the characters are in minifigure form. Pocahontas is really long overdue. I don't know why she has never been made even as a minidoll.

At only 12 minifigs, it is going to be hard to really do justice to the anniversary theme and include all the iconic characters! Some characters, I feel cannot stand alone - Beauty has to be with Beast - and that will take up two slots! Is it even possible for Lego to go back and do 18 instead of the usual 12? I really feel Sorcerer Mickey and Oswald should be included. Oswald, Snow White, and Cruella are perhaps more likely than others because as one Youtuber pointed out, they have not been done before and are now getting their Brickheadz versions. Perhaps also Merida? I really think Snow White was a big missed opportunity when they decided not to move forward with the Ideas submission. I think if she does appear in the CMF, she will be by herself and not with any dwarf because of that controversy. Or perhaps Lego will reconsider the Snow White house in 2024 when the film releases? (But how about the dwarves?) I think some of the other classic and Iconic story lines that are begging to be featured are: Pocahontas (perhaps will never be featured???) Pinocchio Jungle Book Snow White Cinderella Sleeping Beauty Lion King (how do they do a CMF of any of these animals???) Bambi (same as above) Rapunzel Mulan???

Yes, they need to make another building with a small hole in the wall. When you put the JC on the left hand side of the PC, the Pizza and the Donut shops "align" and look more balanced. That leaves the newspaper stand looking so "sunken" into an alley when placed beside a regular modular building. What else would work? Money exchange shop. ATM. Fortune teller. Potter's shop. Chinese food shop with hanging barbecued pork/ duck (these establishments are everywhere now so they are not specific to one location or continent!). Boba/ milk tea shop. Flower shop. Organic juice stall. Travel and Tours stall.

I'm tempted to buy the Table Football at the discounted price but even $170+ for that item feels too much! I could not get myself to spend that amount for that, as much as I like the minifigs. Great idea about the Hulkbuster! The Iron Man Figure looks like an emaciated model, and the MOC is just fantastic! But I guess the Hulkbuster is not on sale right now because Lego is probably still able to sell some, compared to the Table Football.

Had some further thoughts on this... If they make a comic store, they can reference some Marvel or DC sets for future production! Maybe we'll finally get some more X-men after that! LOL

Then no hospital then, but at least a town clinic? Dermatologist or Psychiatrist, even? They have offices in downtowns, blending in with many businesses. Perhaps even a massage therapist! LOL Oh wait, how about a full-blown spa?

I wonder if we will ever see a CMF series for classic Marvel characters? I would really like to see the comic versions of Thor and Iron Man! And perhaps some X-men that have not been made.
