That Ernie Prang minifigure is amazing! Too bad I've never cared about the Knight Bus. I really don't like Krum's hairpiece but a buzz cut sounds impossible in lego! I wonder if a round headpiece with dots printed on it would work, lmao! And I hope Fleur gets the Padme bun in bright yellow for the Yule attire. Reusing the first task ponytail would be too lazy. But I guess producing a piece in a new colour is much more expensive than just "pouring the existing color into the existing mold" ???

Have any of you disney castle owners grown tired of it? I don't know whether to get it or wait for this year's reveal.

I'm on the third-task-included-in-the-graveyard boat as well. But I would prefer a second task as it would deliver significantly different outfits and minifigs (We would have elegant, uniform and swimwear at the end) Plus the shark head, mermaids and gillyweed harry, instead of a monotonous variation of minifigs (Because the champions in the third task don't look as unique as in the second task)

Nice leaks! Fleur's dress piece does not look backwards to me :/ (The edges look the same as Dumbledore's) So since there is no printing on the dress I hope she at least has two hairpiece variants. Dumbledore, Harry and Hermione look great though!

55? I agree that's a lot for that set with such a small setting. Unless they somehow add the third task, but I don't see how, perhaps with a maze play feature, indiana jones temple escape style.

I don't see why not as there's some action in that scene! It would probably be called Fleur and Bill's wedding crash. But who knows if they will even get past Order of Phoenix/HBP sets...

With all honesty you should just go message LEGO your opinion, and I mean it in the friendliest way possible. Your frequent complaints here won't make everyone agree with you and say "Hell yeah let's protest to TLG so they change things up and stop the production!". You of course, are entitled to your own opinion, and you have the right to say you hate them with a passion. And while I don't like the faceprints either, saying it a thousand times and saying the designers have no morals truly gets you nowhere. Let's focus on the solution instead shall we? What can be done will be done, and what cannot be done, won't. There's no way around it. You can't change what is done. So what can you do? Either wait to see the final product (Though I believe this is it) customize your own decals, use other heads/hairpieces, and/or keep supporting the theme with enthusiasm so they keep bringing awesome stuff. Personally, swapping heads and hairpieces would be something fun for me, but since I am a purist FREAK, I don't even like changing official figures lmao. Can't wait to see these at the store, I'm ready to feel 9 again.

We need to remember that these sets were probably finished and parts/prints choices made way before TLG knew how well the HP sales would do! It's all business in the end! Next time they will probably invest more in prints and pieces now that they realize they have a good market for it. Let's be thankful that we're getting something as UNIQUE as the yule ball minifigures! We were all pretty surprised! And woah, new stag and buckbeak molds, horntail and several other sets, not just a couple of them. You go TLG!

Rofl no way. Maybe on online department stores 2 years after they were released. Wey pay approximately 2x the equivalent of the price a united states citizen pays, can you imagine that? Lol. Still, the lego stores in Mexico are a huge business (even with no VIP point benefits or crazy promos). Do you guys think maybe we'll get miniature brickbuilt dragons for the other 3 champions?

Man these figures overall are pretty nice! It's crazy to finally have official figures of the four champions. That harry minifig is amazing, the hair fits perfectly. Love the back printing on all four. I have to say Viktor's mini Fro ruins the likeness of the actor (as if the face hadn't done that already lol) Also I could see why they probably chose that tan color for Fleur, but TBH it looks more silver than anything in the movie :/ I wouldn't mind her face if the mouth and eyes weren't too close.

Eh, can't see anything new. It probably got removed in a heartbeat.

Now you made me really want a second task set with everything you wrote! I think it would have Shark krum, gillyweed harry, one mermaid... and I'm not sure about the "chained victims" and Fleur/Cedric, including all seems unrealistic, but it surely would include ron and gabrielle! Both with messy hairpieces. The 2005 merpeople and graveyard set retailed at 20 and 30 dollars respectively. If we think about it, both the graveyard duel and merpeople scene have a small setting, they could easily be the same size if LEGO wanted to, so I don't think we will be getting both of them as $55 for either sounds too pricey. The 2005 shrieking shack was $50 so.. this one seems more plausible. I mean yeah the graveyard set was a lot bigger than the merpeople set (because it had the amount of background props they just didn't give the merpeople set) But I don't think it can get bigger than that, not for $55. So, as the mermaid told Harry Potter during the second task.. "OoNly oOne!" *points trident at neck Man this graveyard/merpeople talk gets me right into the flashback train. I remember being at toys R us when I was 9 y.o. deciding between those two sets, and picking up the bigger one? Which I do not regret, I loved building houses with the fences later on!

Ooh if this theme keeps going then the possibilites are endless! Room of requirement, a bit of the ministry, classrooms, gilderoy with the pixies, bathroom with Myrtle, remake of privet drive with the 3 megablocks, Dumbledore's office, the Lestrange Vault, etc etc. Not to mention important scenes from the first two like the chamber of secrets, Fluffy and the bathroom troll. I reckon the scenes must have some action or important role in the movies. That's why the Yule Ball sounded weird to me (all happy, no action) but I guess that's why they added more rooms to the set with other scenes (as rumoured)

Is anyone else more excited for this wave than the previous one? I am lol. I wish the stag would've gotten head mobility but oh well. I am heaps excited to see the new Sirius. And more dementors are welcome, I looove the new design but I haven't bought the Hogwarts Express.

Hopefully TLG will acknowledge the early disgust towards these minifig heads and decide to change them mid-production like with peter pettigrew in the 2005 sets Jk.

Lol we can only hope it is just a preliminary. Someone had commented that Lloyd's hair would suit Harry, I would very much prefer it over the Anakin version but the latter is accurate too! Also, browsing bricklink for accurate hairpieces and heads, I realized Barbara Gordon's ponytail would suit Yule Ball Hermione perfectly! All brown/light brown obviously.

I did, and penny's face for Fleur! She could also use the genie girl's hair. Krum's hair is alright although it bothers me how it looks like a small fro, which Krum does not have.

Lol! just what I feared would happen! That face for Cedric is inconsistent with the CMF head (I get it they can't reuse it, but really?) Krum does not look like him at all, it's a shame that a version from 14 years ago is better! And the hair, well, we were sort of expecting that weren't we? And Fleur looks like a cavewoman, especially her 2nd face. As for the hair, they should've used Emilia Clarke's ponytail at least just to change things up a little. Hate to be on the whining train, but man, these figures had a ton of potential and I figured they would give them a bit more importance considering they've uppped their game. I hope this is all just preliminary, and if not, I seriously hope that the sets and remaining figures do justice, cause apparently these are all just a waste. (I hate being a sucker for character accuracy sometimes)

Which heads do you guys think would be the most suitable for Krum and Fleur? Don't know if the license thing hinders the reuse of some heads, but IMO, Mario Götze's head is what I think comes closest to Viktor Krum's mild goatee. As for Fleur, Penny's head looks an awful lot like her! But maybe they will use Mera's.

I wonder what hairpiece they'll give Krum, is there a buzz cut already? As for Fleur, I hope she doesn't use the nurse ponytail or she'll be a waste.

Well I had missed the old faces bit. I must say I'm disappointed I haaate when they do that with important characters.
