    Good point. Now that I look at the older version, makes me realize how hideous and unexpressive it is EDIT: oh nevermind, Dobby is actually reeeally ugly lol! This one looks like a cute puppy.

    Hah just when people where surprised we weren't getting any leaks for these They're great!! except for ron, hermione, harry and draco. Ron's face makes him look like he's 40 years old, Hermione doesn't look like Hermione, and Harry's hair... well... And Draco looks like a plain waste of a spot to me lol. Overall these 4 look like customs someone made with already existing pieces. BUT I do like the best friends' uniforms. I feel like the 2005-2007 harry, ron and hermione's faces captured the characters muuch better. As for the FB figures... they look very good but I don't care about anything FB. Moody, Dumbledore and Trelawney are my favorites. It's exciting how many detailed and accurate teacher minifigures we're getting in this wave!!! (And from several movies not just 1) So now they all finally fit well together!

    The idea of Hogwarts having interiors is a game changer for me, considering the price and the rumoured 36+ minifigs it's possible. That would vanish any disappointment for me hah.

    I hope that the voldemort leaked isn't even a prototype, he looks funny not creepy. He deserves a makeover like the dementor did (which I liked)

    Diagon Alley? Oh I seriously hope not. I would rather have Hogwarts with classrooms like defense against the dark arts, probably more accurate dorms and their respective areas, iconic scenes from the first movie, the moving stairways, the bridge etc.

    I had said these sets looked too basic because somewhere in my mind I remembered the 2010 sets as better, but oh boy I was wrong. So many characters and improved sets, it just seems that we can finally get a huge HP world in just a year. And that toys r us exclusive got me excited. Plus how many minifigures are left to reveal? The 22 from CMFs and maybe like 15 from the D2C?? Holy shizz! I will either buy everything or nothing ha ha.

    This was a nice surprise, but I am probably the only one who thinks these sets look too "junior" and/or basic. It's probably just the kid minifigs haha. Let's see how the CMFs and hogwarts set turn out though, I feel like they wil be the highlights.

    I'm an employed 22 year old graphic designer, and I bought my last LEGO sets in 2013. I moved for college (left all my lego sets behind) and lost interest in it, except for the disney minifigures which was like a small comeback for me and it's the only LEGO I have with me now. However, this year I feel a biit different, all of a sudden I find myself searching this forum for new stuff, and I noticed my taste has changed too. I only like licensed sets (and focus less on figs although I only like the very detailed ones) and feel something nice when looking at pictures of sets, I don't know if "desire" to get them but I just feel something burst inside me, like trying to find a reason to be closer to LEGO. Makes me wish I could be 9 years old again and spend endless hours playing with the sets, it was an amazing feeling. Of course, as I grew up the excitement decreased and the only reason I kept purchasing lego sets from 7th grade to high school was to make stop motions, I wouldn't do anything with it outside of it. I know (or at least I'm 90% sure) that if I start purchasing sets I'm going to have a blast building the sets but I will likely leave them aside after a little while and end up feeling veery guilty for spending so much money on something I don't use. What do you young adults/adults like to do with your LEGO toys? Have any of you gone through something similar? Is this called the "dark ages"? Many of you will probably find this pointless, but I just wanted to share how I feel and probably get some opinions on it.

    I'm a huge fan of the Sanctum (exterior and figs), but the interior is extremely dull :(

    I hope this Harry Potter wave is very successful so it can start working on its own and soon we will be having many revamps of previous sets, new characters and new scenes (classrooms, Death eaters attacking Quidditch World Cup, Yule Ball, room of requirement, Sirius Black's death scene, Grimmauld Place, Ministry of magic, etc) Do you guys think this is possible? Obviously it wouldn't be as successful as star wars, cause the theme is naturally more appealing to kids for obvious reasons.

    These look soo good together. My faves are all the batman variants (except the ballerina perhaps ) And why do all the ladies have beauty spots? LOL. Barbara Gordon looks so much like Wildstyle, probably made by the same designer.

    I love the change in these characters! That car is super, but I'm not a fan of the joker's face in that set, I hope he has another expression. And I agree with whoever said that Harley's hair doesn't look like LEGO.
