Totally agree with you. The cliff and fire are quite magnificent. Be careful with adding the facial hair to Prince Phillip. The dragon may take him more seriously if he looks so manly.

Darn it! I wanted to work on the Western sets once I was done with the Castle ones. You can avoid the black background by using fog or by making your background transparent entirely as I did in my renders. See C3POwen's guide for rendering models in POV-Ray. Your renders are looking good though.

Jedi Temple Mafia - Conclusion
Palathadric replied to Masked Builder's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Now, I just need to find the time to read through the scum writeboard. I was fairly pleased with my performance. At least it was much better than Bedtime Story. I think I was a bit too random in my accusations though and didn't really fix on a specific target. I was pretty convinced of Tammo's scuminity after the lynching of Euna, but oddly enough, I somehow misinterpreted R2's PMs or something, and understood that R2 was becoming more sure that Tammo was a jedi. Because I trusted R2 enormously, I followed along. What surprised me in some ways was that all the scum were quite frequently on my radar. And theboywonder was my top suspicion for SK apart from Flare. Sorry, Flare, I read a bit too much into your PMs to me and when you started joking around so much I thought maybe you were trying to avoid suspicion, especially after you seemed very panicked when I first got into contact with you. I should have trusted you more. We really should have gotten our act together better on Day 5, especially since quite a few of us had, at least somewhat, caught on to Tammo. The problem was, I think, that all of us were too suspicious of each other. I would like to say that it was a pleasure playing with you all. I would very much like to commend the sith, whether purposefully or not, for having always managed to kill the right jedi's or rather the one's who seemed to be "on them" the most. At least on the last few nights it seemed like you chose your kills well. I really need to read the scum writeboard. I had some other things to say, but I've forgotten what they were right now. It's rather late. -
And who's to say Sorrow isn't? I also wouldn't poke Sorrow physically without a sharp pointy object doing so for me.

Which reminds me. Where the devil is Daxus. Haven't seen him around the hall recently.

I see a new quest being posted on the quest board and rush over to look at it. As it turns out, it is only a notice saying that the quest I had previously signed up for was not to be continuing for the time. As I despair, someone rushes into the hall and posts up a new quest. Before reading the description, I sign my name up under it. I, Monk Pretzel and My 99 Pieces sign up for Quest #36: The Voracious Vault. I then read the quest pitch: Hmm, for some reason the writing and reminds me an awful lot of that demon in the hall. I hope we won't be meeting anymore demons on this quest. They are asking for a healer, it seems like I'm the perfect one for this quest then, eh? I wonder if this man killed his father and God Himself sent those beasts to prevent him from succeeding in looting the dead man's treasure. I shake my head.

This is a truly fantastic MOC. A bit cluttered, but for some reason I always liked the cluttered look.

"Well, if it's half a year in our time, then she'll be returning on the 22nd of October.

"I am beginning to wonder if you are just utterly ignorant to whom you are and what you're dealing with. Either that or you're the slyest demon I've ever known to have existed."

Nice house. The scenery looks too peaceful for that nasty to be around.

Big medieval landscape: BIG UPDATE on page 26
Palathadric replied to maydayartist's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
I really like the way you build it that the rock is running right up to the rounded wall. This has to be one of the awesomest rounded walls I've ever seen made out of bricks rather than plates. -

Monk Pretzel would say, "If just being undead wasn't bad enough! Now he can raise is fellow fellons to join him in his evil works!" -
I wasn't sure if this was half a year in our time or half a year in Heroica's time. Unless they are indeed the same. I believe there was a discussion about this a while back.

"You cannot tempt me, evil one, with your cards of witchcraft and deviltry. They are but a witness against you and you are too blind to even notice or rather, you are attempting to make us think that you do not notice while you seep your poison into the minds of those who follow you. No, I will not play with your cards. He that tinkers with the works of devils will surely burn with them in the end."

What if the quality was so good that you wouldn't be able to tell the difference?

I had one version of Skyrim, but then I found out that my PC's graphics card did not meet up to the minimum requirement level.

He probably wouldn't recognize it aa being related to his book at all! -
Thanks, Sergio! I was just wondering: how come sometimes pieces that used to stick together fine do not do so anymore in the newer versions. I am downloading the latest version now, so I don't know how it is, but let me use it's predecessor as an example. In earlier versions the regular wall piece (panel 2x5x6, I believe) used to connect with other pieces just fine when putting it on top of another piece, but in the version preceding this new one, it could only properly align itself if connected to a piece above it. I was just wondering why this is.

I find the colours very difficult to decipher when looking at the instructions of newer sets as there are so many varieties of reds, blues, etc that I don't know which one to choose. That's why I have been a bit hesitant in working on the newer Pirates and Castle sets. Is there anyway that I can know what the colour is for certain?

Sandy, is Elphaba (I think that was her name) coming back to town? I don't know if she comes in and leaves regularly or what the exact arrangement is with her.

I roll my eyes as Sorrow tries to get the barbarians to participate in a card-game with him. "Witch's game!" I snarl. I then notice a shady character slipping out of the hall. "God save us! Have we another of those undead monsters? Is not two enough!"

Zeigfried and Shadeaux quests? Why these two specifically? Have we had any Jei-Pi quests yet? -
Does anyone know when Sloop's quest will be up and running? He hasn't logged in since over a week's time.

OOC: Okay... "Who has been brainwashing you into thinking not all undead are demons? You are the oddest devil I have ever met in truth. I am pleased that you will not be cursing the hall, but who can trust the word of someone such as yourself? No one, but yourself." With that I enter the hall not wishing to hold any more conversation with the ghastly creature.
