  1. Ibra's was from further out and had power, but he was all alone, besides Mexes' bustle towards him. Balotelli was decently marked, so that was Welbeck's was also really good, but I love the simplicity of Bender's goal too. But Sweden fought hard in all their matches whereas England and France were shaking in just about all of theirs. Okay, I think I am going overboard in my support of the "weaker" sides. I can't say I'm supporting either England or France in their next games, though, but I guess I'll need to see how they play. I am seeing a finals between Germany and Spain, or maybe Germany and Italy right now. Predictions will change with the games though and Germany could lose to Greece even.
  2. I was going to say this myself. What they should do though, is Guts and Dak sit back while Mr. Rone teaches Mr. Shadeaux the art of swordplay...or whatever. I can see it now. "Shadeaux look at your guards, then look at me," ad infinitum!
  3. Toby Rockford reporting for duty. Hi, all!
  4. There was another thing that I had mentioned in my rant. Croatia certainly deserved that penalty. Honestly, I think Casillas may have gotten to the ball before the Croatian dude, but Sergio Busquets was pretty nasty there. What was he trying to do? Pull the guy's arm out of socket? Seriously! Normally, I wouldn't give penalties for pushing in the box during corners, but that was exceptionally bad. Pah! Portugal! I hope Czech beat them. I am in full support of Arsenal's country heroes: Rosicky, Arshavin, and Bendtner. I still can't figure why they loaned out Bendtner instead of Chamakh. Bendtner can at least score goals, so I think they should have kept him as a replacement for Persie in case of injury, etc. ...or, maybe the lack of goals meant they couldn't loan out Chamakh.
  5. Yes. Well done to all you Dastan questers for staying calm and not jumping into and reading the other quests. (But do you if you did ) Honestly though, even with reading all the quests, I'm probably just as confused as any of you. None of you are confused?!? Darn! Am I the only one.
  6. I love these tiny creations. Such peaceful little scenes.
  7. Wow! I didn't realize that was how you made the trees. Very interesting.
  8. I have been wondering that for a while. We also hadn't seen Maurice in action for a long time in that quest.
  9. I made a long post on this subject, but then EB stopped working and I couldn't retain all that I wrote. Maybe it's all for the better as it was just a rant, but suffice it to say, I totally agree with you. Navas was offside when the ball was passed to Iniesta. So I don't think that goal could have been counted. Also I was absolutely stunned to see at the end of the game that the Spanish had not gotten a single yellow card when they did some quite horrendous tackles. But all that to say: Well done to Croatia. Really disappointed to not see them in the quarters, but hopefully this is a shadow of things to come from this great side. Poor Robben, he has not won a game in a while, by my reckoning. First the lose to Dortmund, then to Chelsea, then to Bayern (for Holland, and then the three in the Euro Cup. I hope this whips him into shape a little. Honestly, Spain have not really impressed me much this Euro Cup. Besides the win against Ireland, their performances were shaky at best. Ibrahimovic's goal was an absolute beauty, but horrendous defending by France. Horrendous playing all around. It said they got 24 shots and 10 or 11, I believe, on target. What they count as shots I wonder? They were definitely the worse team tonight. As others said, the goal would not have been enough, but it certainly would have boosted Ukraine's morale and then anything could have happened. I think this mistake has to have been the worst I have seen in football up until now. The fifth referee was standing right there, how could he have missed it. About France and Spain, I wouldn't be too quick to agree with you. France have a great record against Spain in recent times, and furthermore France often seem to be a team that only shows up in big games. They also are great and grinding out those idiotic 1-0 wins like they did in 2006 which took them all the way to the finals then. After their embarassingly lackluster performance today though, I think I will be all for Spain though. I don't think England deserved to be there anymore than France did. The match between the two of them was a humiliation for France, because they were the favourites to win, so the English considered it a good result, but England are ranked way above France in the world rankings, so that result, especially with the lack of serious threat on their part, should have been utterly humiliating for them. I think Ukraine and Sweden were the ones who deserved to go through. But maybe I'm just always standing up for the "smaller" teams.
  10. I was suddenly cut off last night. Other sites worked though. However, being that my internet connection is so unreliable and that there are a lot of pics on EB, I just assumed that it was still just some sort of odd connection issue, but...
  11. I had a similar problem when I installed LDD on two separate computers running Windows XP. It worked fine on the same computer when upgraded to Windows 7. Just for the record though, I can also only run SR 3D Builder on Windows 7, although I think it is supposed to be useable on XP as well.
  12. I think it's important to have some basic fundamentals for your character. Things that simply will not change. Certain beliefs let me say that he will never give up, but these should be fairly few. Apart from that I don't know how much future you should get into for your character because he should be able to change and adapt to what is going on around him, otherwise he loses interest. It also depends on the character. Arthur is only 20, I believe, and therefore has not had too much time to form to know what he believes, so even that could change somewhat. For me, I know what Monk Pretzel stands for. Also, he is around 450, so his believe system is pretty deeply ingrained. For example, speaking of "Advanced Classes" the only one I could see him going for is Paladin, but that is only due to his backstory. Sage is possible, but just...doesn't seem to fit him. Everything else is too "dark" for him. I think knowing how adaptable your character will be is an important thing to take into account. I hope this made sense. Monk Pretzel is more for the fun of it for now, and he will continue to be, but he will also develop more overtime. Besides, he has 450 years of history to learn about, so there will always be new things popping up, no doubt.
  13. "What the Hell is 'Khazad'?" is all I manage to say before I am struck and fall unconcious in my seat. I cannot say it is entirely unwelcome due to the noise and foul speech of those around me.
  14. Alright, fine, Monk Pretzel will go on your quest, but only if you give him 10 levels of free XP, hence ensuring that he will be able to become that witch by the end of it.
  15. "Demons in the hall, concocting such evil potions," is all I can mutter. Thankfully, I do not recognize the name "Durkon", nor know that this female is just as vile in my sight as the devil in the hall.
  16. No, no, stop it! Stop! Palathadric jumps in front of the band wagon and try to hold it back. Monk Pretzel cackles maniacally.
  17. Witch?!? How would Monk Pretzel ever become a witch? He hates witches. He's worked for years trying to destroy witches and necromancers so I don't see how he could become one...unless he becomes converted. Yikes!
  18. Monk Pretzel goes for a day-long stroll.
  19. Hoping for the impossible? Spain are not that good. In my opinion Croatia were a whole lot more threatening throughout the game and played the better football. Spain did not deserve to win that match. I really seem to be gung-ho for the Eastern Europeans this cup. I hope Ukraine gets through and gives a thrashing to whichever team they meet in the quarters. Ukraine for the champions. Shevchenko all the way!
  20. I guess it depends on what the game is. In general, I wouldn't consider Monk Pretzel a gambler by any means, but who knows? He does love money a lot. Can he convert the inmates? Also, will the inmates have gold on them. ...Answer the second question first.
  21. Could you remind us what was the prize for completing the quest and also let us know how long you think the quest will still last us for. In any case, however, I don't see much of a need for Pretzel to go since you already have a cleric. But if the rewards are profitable enough Monk Pretzel may consider.
  22. "Birthdays!" I snort. "Pagan festivals."
  23. 1. I played in Sandy's Bedtime Story: Mafia School and won as scum and then played in Masked Builder's Jedi Temple Mafia and lost as town. 2. Space is a vast expanse of nothingness containing a whole lot of somethingness. Space could also be a roomy-less car, if a "Wagon" comes after it. 3. 2 + 2 = 8 / 2 = 4 * 1 = 8 - 4 = etc. I'm afraid of blasting off into the stars, I guess I'll be on the scum team trying to prevent it from happening.
  24. And you'll still have at least one scum in your most trusted group.
  25. Happy birthday, Sandy and all! Hope you had fun.
