this is something I've been working on for about two or three days now. the second and final version of a lego Motobug from the orginal Sonic the hedgehog game on the Sega megadrive. He is the first enemy or "badnik" encountered in green hill zone act 1. he moves very simply by using his two claws to pull himself along bit by bit the rear exhaust ports normally puffing out smoke as he rolls along this one is a bit more carbon friendly. the wheel doesn't really spin very freely but I am still quite happy with the results. the wheel is is well guard by the under carriage which is what I wanted after the first versions wheel wound up extending away from the main body. I have a minifig of superboy with the black shirt and jeans he was a limited edition of some kind and I bought mine on ebay. When I got hold of him I realised his alternate heat vision eyes face print isn't fully opposite to his normal face print. here we have superboy and MOS superman with removed hairs and very similar face prints and faces lined up nice and straight. Then when you turn them round you see that even the normal faces are looking forward superboys looks slightly off to the side. Does this make the figure especially rare or collectible or are they all printed with this mistake?

gotta be honest I really don't like it very much. what you've done is cut up and mangled some lego pieces into whats basically a lego technic figure. the figure is well painted and the details like the extra armour are well sculpted but the second you try to pose in anything other than a straight legged standing position you get those horrible gaps in the knees. I like the general idea of what your going after but I think you'd been better off use a technic figure as a starting base which already has allot of the poseability you worked so hard to put into your moc or maybe going for something brick based instead. incase your unfamilar with technic figures here's s an image that shows off their poseability range. I think the wheels are pretty good match. If they dark grey they'd be pretty much perfect.

I'm looking for some dark blue sloped corner plates not the brick the 1x1 1 plate high sloped stud. Unfortunately it does seem to be available in lego but I was wondering if you could get in megablocks or one of those lego imitations brands that are all over ebay?

Is that chest piece from an iron patriot set I don't know about or is it a custom piece?

needs more black but I definitely want it. that head alone is awesome.

Doesn't look like my kind of set but then again bionicle scale lightsabers is very appealing.

I like the tank tracks but I'd sooner have real wheels over fake. Also I think it should be in general much bigger. big front wheels with big guns keep the tracks though they look cool.

Can you show us pictures of the hand design

does it have any motors for movement or any motorized functions?

Its cool. a bit basic but cool. only thing missing is a couple of bat symbols. Otherwise it kind of looks like a black sports car more than a batmobile. Also don't forget the rear thruster

are then any sets which have white versions of that bone joint piece?

ok My only gripe is that Donatello should be at the computer station other than that great mod.

I went into smiths toys super store and found three new spiderman sets including a set with carnage and miles morales and it was only twelve quid so I promptly snapped it up.

I've got a custom minifig in mind I wanna make but to make it look right I wanna use brasso to remove the red web patterns from the miles morales black spiderman minifig but leave the white eyes and only those intact. I'm just wondering if anyone has tried anything similar and can recommend any tools that will be useful. the only thing I have right now is some cue tips which are too big for the precision detail I'll be removing. only thing I can thing of is protecting the eyes with blu tac or plasterscene.

I was looking at some of the chima sets today the hero factory style ones I think. and I noticed a figure which had what looked like those little grey T shaped pieces that were used in hydraxon 8923 set but the base with a cross axle connected to the bar were the fingers or claws could clip on to. Xan some someone post me the set nuber with that part and what its offical name is when trying to bricklink or ebay a few?
