1:10 Porsche 992 GT3 RS

Model looks really nice, I like really like the details and GT3 looks great in stone grey. Kinda funny to think that it's been almost 10 years since LEGO's original GT3 set and the 911 platform is still one of the most popular cars to make MOCs from.- 5 replies

I like the concept and was thinking of doing this myself for a Bronco or Landcruiser eventually. I have a few suggestions: Given that it's such a large scale, you might want to try using a bunch of angled connectors or some flex cables to make the wheel arches. Raptor arches are massive and can fit the whole wheel. It would be cool to see a front suspension setup where the springs/ coilovers connect to the lower control arm as opposed to the uppers. Most people don't do this in their models for good reasons, but it's always nice to see some realism when it comes to mechanisms in models. Overall, it looks like a really nice model so far. Do you have any pictures of the rear axle?
