Hi, Back from my holiday, which means back online again. This is a message to inform you that voting will be a little bit different for this (and maybe future) contest. Voting will consist of a public part (members) and a jury part (undisclosed group of selected professionals ). More information will be disclosed in due time. The purpose of this voting scheme is to give people who build in the spirit of the contest a better chance to win (instead of high scores for things that simply look cool). Another benefit is that people are not able to calculate the winner beforehand.

Here's my queue: Vacation (now), finish MF review (lot of work), finish Boost review, Process interviews. Maybe I will switch the last two. Really sorry things get in the way.

I'm on holiday so I haven't followed the topic. Excuse me for possibly double posting this info (from a Dutch site): -
The greebling is indeed very different on the new and old one. Makes you wonder which one is more accurate. I'd bet on the new one Hehe I thought you overlooked that fact I should have put the new one on the top of course. Not sure why I didn't do that. Edit: I switched them
-
Not sure what you mean, but it's the 10179 vs 75192. I built both using official instructions. The 10179 is Bricklinked, but the greebling should be okay (Except for black instead of grey levers). I haven't had time to do a movie comparison. I plan to do that for the final review.
-
Yup definitely. The interior (even though they are small) really add value to the build. And the use of different colors (without actual color vomit) is also an improvement.
-
Mine is 90% done, but I'm leaving for holiday tomorrow. So unfortunately, it will be published in three weeks. I can give you this though. NEW 75192 OLD 10179

What @Robianco said. Well explained
-
That is indeed allowed. But please be aware that it's sometimes better to post one or two bigger main images than 12 smaller ones (3x4). I'd recommend using at least one main big image.
-
@wwwmwww this is exactly why posts like yours don't belong here on EB. Nuff said, lesson learned. Back on topic.
-
That is not something you want to openly communicate on a forum with LEGO fans. Doing this is one thing, but advertising it here on EB is not wise.

Dude, you made my day. Your wacky function is awesome! Nice work. Glad you joined the contest. I do agree that the function seems a bit useless with the double wheels. Might want to reconsider. -

Our golden reviewer @makoy has taken the time to write this wonderful review of the Ninjago Ice Tank! It's a fascinating vehicle

Better select CSV and import it into Excel. Emailed you an Excel file! -
There is a separate topic. It's the press release topic. However, it's hard to ban discussion from this topic.

Nope. When there are official pictures, you will see them in the first post of this topic. Official news will most likely come from the Toy Fair in Nuremberg (31st of January) or a few days/weeks before that. -
Happy 40th Technic !

I never said it wasn't -
That might very well be the case. Indeed, let's respect each other and possibly respect TLG too
-
TLG's laughably poor ability to factor fan interest....seriously? It would be way cooler if you showed some respect, instead of blurting things out. There are tons of factors involved in releasing Star Wars sets and I'm sure TLG is doing the best they can to produce as many Falcons as possible. Okay, let's get back on topic!
-
Let's keep it friendly, shall we? The Falcon is what keeps people busy at the moment, so there will be talk about it. Since this is the 2017 topic, it's not off-topic.
