  1. Why do you keep ignoring my warnings?! This is the second time you are asking for “info”.
  2. That is rather quick indeed. Maybe they had to fill the line-up and they chose one of the alternatives for the previous one.
  3. I have asked there, but I didn't get a response I will try again, but I am sure Hanso will shed a light at some point.
  4. Yup. These are very valid reasons.
  5. Don't ask for pictures. I have posted a warning earlier. This goes for you too. Nice of you to join EB, but this forum is not to ask for pictures. And you can use the PM system after 10 posts.
  6. Eurobricks member shadow_elenter has created this wonderful model.Click on this link or on the image to visit the topic.
  7. Help me @Hanso-one Kenobi, you're my only hope.
  8. Asking for pictures is not allowed in this topic. It will flood the board with useless requests. You can send someone a PM (after you have reached 10 posts), but don't ask here publically.
  9. 50 is more than 20/25, but I still think it’s worth it. And are you sure imgur will remain free? I think there was something with max picture resolution, but I am not entirely sure.
  10. Or pay 20 bucks per year for a reliable photo sharing service ?
  11. Hi, What exactly is the problem? Your Widows 10 doesn't see your SD card? So the problem is more related to Windows than Lejos, right? Just to be sure
  12. I would like to split this post into a separate topic and move it to our newly created Mindstorms forum
  13. And no, it won't be a drag racer contest
  14. Hi Thorsten, The focus seems to be on EV3 because the active members here are using it. And of course because it’s the latest version. But other techniques or older versions or other solutions are more than welcome. That’s why I added the Robotics part to the forum. Would to see what you can do with an EV3 though
  15. @Hanso any thoughts? You have dealt with Daisy Chaining in EV3-G before
  16. Agreed. We live in an age of online whining and complaining. I notice this a lot. I really like TLJ and Solo btw
  17. We are preparing the next contest and it will be a straightforward one. No team builds or complicated stuff.
  18. I have moved the topic and split it into two separate topics. I think it's better to create a single topic per MOC.
  19. Please provide a link. I’m not going to search for topics
  20. I have seriously thought about such a concept too. I guess the LEGO brick kinda pushes you in that direction.
  21. Sweet! I will take a close look tomorrow
  22. While I was working on my Robot project, I stumbled accross a problem with daisy chaining the bricks. For those of you who are unfamiliar with daisy chaining; it basically is linking several bricks together, with a maximum of four. In the EV3-G software you can select daisy chain mode, which allows you to control motors linked to another brick. For my project this boils down to having two bricks, controlling a total of 8 motors, so 4 per bricks. One brick is master and the other is slave. It is important to turn on the slave(s) before the master. So, the last brick in the chain needs to be turned on first. My setup is working, but I have encountered a problem. When I use motor blocks to control the slave motors, the blocks don't end their operation. When I let the four motors on the master run for one second, the blocks end their operation after one second. When I do the same for the slave motors, they run for one second, then they stop, but the blocks keep running. Funny thing is that actually one of the four blocks (in parallel) stops running and the other three don't end properly. I have Googled the issue and found someone who basically had the same issue. However, I have yet to find a solution. Any help is appreciated.
