    I’m very interested in Hagrid’s hut and Forbidden Forest creatures sets. I’m totally into molded creatures! But if Forbidden Forest. Sets turn out to have a bunch of brick-buildable creatures then it’s a hard pass for me. I never own the flying car from since 2018 so I would be glad buying it!

    Nice! Personally, I’m not a fan of Freinds-es que animls but I’m little jealous that Freinds has giraffe & zebra while City doesn’t havee them. Hopefully City-esque giraffe and zebra will turn up in a few years.

    I’m. Sure Assembly Square and Bookshop will be upgraded to “Last Chance” status in US eventually. Anyways, is this set sort of anniversary? If so, what for? Boutique Hotel is the 15th anniversary set and Jazz Club is the 18th building in the modular lineup. So I wonder what’s so speical about the 2024 Modular Building set…

    It could be possible for hopsital but there are other possiiites, such as ost office, museum, library… I’m leaning toward both hospital and post office tho. I feel like museum could be a 20th annivesary set becuase it holds so many references the way the hotel has. That would bee very nice! We shall see.

    I’m really curious about the 4,014-piece Modular Building set… I mean, that piece counter is higher than Assembly Square (10th anniversary set). Something odd but I’m excited to see more infos Turing up soon or later. Side note: if this is true, I guess Assembly Square has to dethrone and allow the next Modular Building ascend!

    There are so many (and long) posts for me to read even tho it is only a few pages here. Nah to catching up. I will throw my thoughts out anyways. I have been thinking lately…. I acutally preer Lego to come up with NEW designs for old themes, NOT remake (new design for old sets). I mean, somehting new and different that we never saw in old themes before, yet there could be some references from old sets. For example….Johnny Thunder discovers a new hidden tomb not in Egypt or in Amazon rainforest. I don’t know how to describe that right. Maybe I have another example - some new spaceship for Classic Space? No remade spaceships. Aain, I am not sure if I describe it right…

    I only own the most recent Modular Buidlings (from Downtown Diner to Jazz Club) and I am not a fan of these older buildings either - kinda same reasons as you have.     I like that burnt cinema! However, I can’t do MOCs becuase I’m visually impaired. It means I don’t know what colors I need to swap or how can I remove or add some pieces without person’s asssistance (even if they don’t know what I want to MOC exactly). That being said, I preer following the offical building instructions since person can look over pages while navigating me to build Modular Buildings. So…I’m saying I would like to see a burnt-down modular building right from Lego. Of course, it won’t be likely for Lego to produce that… Thanks for your bes suggestion, anyways, I appreciate that.

    I am builidng Z-Blob the Robot set and I like it more than it looks from the picture. Can’t wait to build Bunche the Bunny set next.

    You are right that are no drugs, no display of violence. Maybe minifigures manage to stay looking “nomral” when they are drunk? Sory it’s a bad joke! Probably that’s true about a burnt-down buidling disappointing Modular fans. Once again I think it would be cool to have two sections - one burnt down and one renovated/renovated for that building. Again, Just like Daily Bugle, it has some damaged parts of that building. There are alternative “restored” parts to switch ht damaged ones. it may not work well for nomral Modular Building Collection. We shall see! I feel a modular homeless shelter could be more safe for Lego to design and expand our cities. Something charitable we need in Modular. Hehe… you know i did say “court dismissed…” :) I would love to see a courthouse someday as well!

    Keep in mind that Modular Buildings only target AFOLs, not kids. Recently, there are alcohols in both Boutique Hotel and Jazz Club. Of course, some AFOL parents would let kids build those Modular Buildings with them. 1.) I would love to see blackended, destoryed top section of the building. If there is no fire, then why we have Fire Bridage then? How about this: if it burnt down, what if it includes a play set - replacing it with a rested/renovated top floor (just a secondary building). It may not work but I love that idea. 2.), 3.) and 5.) A cracked sidewalk can be seen everywhere in cities. However, I LOVE haunted houses. This modular could appear to Halloween- and/or paranormal-loving audience. Cracked sidewalk is often seen around and in cities. 4.) and 6.) I guess Lego wants Modular Buildings to be a “happy, perfect, orderly” city… This doesn’t reflect the reality we live in. I get that Lego tends to avoid ANY way that involves death. For example, Cedric Diggory from Harry Poter movie died in that graveyard and there is no Cedric minifigure in the graveyard set. Death is too dark, I guess. Maybe you make a good point about homeless people camping in alley. How about a modular shelter for homeless people to sleep in? I guess Unkitty wants to convert Modular Buildings into New Cloud Cuckoo Land. P.S. I’m not so great at explaninign in writing becuase English conflicts with American Sign Language (I’m deafblind AFOL her) so please excuse lack of clear responses I made…

    FYeah, we do need seafood market and restaurant would fit together very nicely! A bait shack as a small business would be nice. It needs some Seattle-vibe market, like Pike Market. :) I guess a rain coated minifigure coming makret wiht coffee then! I still like to see another coffee shop sine I don’t have Cafe Corner as my own.

    What is your prediction for animals in Series 25? for me, it would be raw, pigeon and sheep (obviously not new but seriously, I want shepherd with a crook!).

    It looks like no one has made a guessing game for CMF Seires 25 so I guess I’ll go ahead (Itaria, I hope you don’t mind!) You put out 12 minifigures that you think may’ll happen in series 25, scheduled Jan 2024.  These are not minifigures you actually wanted but minifigures you think that can happen. Gender doesn't count. If you write a policeman and in Series 25 we have a policewoman you however get 1 point. If you write a police person you do better. If your guess is nearly right, you would be awarded 0,5 points. Like if you say "An hockey player, without mask" and, in Series 25, you get a masked hockey goalkeeper, 0,5 points are yours. Try to be specific. Please no "some sort of person with some sort of animal": that will give you 0 points. This time it will be hard, because we don't know if they are going to theme it or not.
