[MOC] Black Pearl (Version 4 of the Elephant Knight)
NOD replied to Elephant Knight's topic in Pirate MOCs
Excellent! What strikes me even more is the change in your construction. Your Black Pearl is a combination of professional model building and Lego playability. The progress is clearly visible. Compared to 10365 Captain Jack Sparrow's Pirate Ship, your ship is an improvement -
A truly beautiful galleon, built down to the last detail! The colour combination and decorations are particularly successful. Everything is very nicely built and with the minifigures, it is one of the best and most beautiful Lego galleons! 10365 Captain Jack Sparrow's Pirate Ship also looks good compared to your ship. Of course I like your ship better. Based on your comparison photos, I ordered the 10365 ship. I also see many modifications. But the 10365 construction is very close to a realistic ship

José's Inn - Ye Olde BoBS Drinking Hole
NOD replied to Darnok's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
Discord is helpful and good for anyone who speaks English well. My English skills are too limited to understand everything. At "https://www.eurobricks.com" I can translate the entire website into German using Google Translate, but it's not possible with Discord. That's how it looks, but that's not how it should be! I can see that some members of BotBS are working on ERA III in their free time. The main goal of Era III should be to attract many members to the game. Competitions or cycles with only one month of construction time are good for professionals and people who have enough time to build. Think about it, with competitions or cycles of three or more months, more people can participate. The four factions Corrington, Oleon, Eslandola and Sea Rats should also be present again in Era III. You should not think for a moment about leaving out Eslandola. Is Eslandola the underdog in Era III? The role of the outsider is challenging and more fun! -
Many thanks to Mister Phes and everyone involved. I like the Pirate Forum and feel comfortable there. We should all take a big drink to that. I noticed that at Eurobricks the LEGO Pirates are the only ones that have an individual theme. We should all take another big drink to that. It would of course be better if there was an Imperial Armada minifigure included. Then, of course, another barrel of rum would have to be brought so that we could drink to the event.

1. I will be ordering it. 2. I really like the architecture. I would like minifigures similar to Lego Conquistador 8833. 3. I would exchange the hats for morion helmets during crowdfunding. 4. I would like to see the Imperial Armada return.

This is a very interesting construction project. It's good that there is already a sailor on the gun deck to get a better impression of the dimensions. I really like the ship's bow, the most difficult part so far. I enjoy following the periodically post updates. If possible, I would like to see a photo of the underside of the ship. I am very interested in how the ship's hull, which runs upwards and outwards, was attached and stabilized.

Freedom for Redbeard! A great diorama with lots of action. The individual buildings, fortress, pier, market stalls, execution site, streets and alleysare built with many details. It's really great how you dynamically positioned the minifigures.

A truly magnificent ship! Especially the interior view with details of the various decks. On each deck of the ship, the individual rooms were built in detail. Minifigures can be seen at work everywhere.

[Route du Rhum - Cat C1] Somewhere Else Entirely
NOD replied to _Salamander_'s topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
A good story and beautifully built harbor. I like the slope and arch design. The drunkard sitting in front of the door is already drinking the 2nd bottle. -
Luckily, I saw it in time and pre-ordered one. I should take the time to visit eurobricks site more often.

A very beautifully built frigate. It was very interesting to see the different construction phases. There are very nice details built in.

[MOC] HMS Sea Hawk. With motorized functions and lights!

A magnificent ship with the coral red color. The ship's bow with the beakhead is particularly well built. -
Tropical ports and islands display from Reading Brick Show 2025
NOD replied to Franco Clarke's topic in Pirate MOCs
A great diorama with lots of details! A lot is happening, especially on the tropical island. The steamship is very interesting and the 64-gun ship is impressive. I also like the city; a roofer is currently at work. -
A great story with 8x8 builds. The ship is well and beautifully built. The ship would be even more interesting with some minifigures.

[OL - FB - Nouveau Oleandia] St. Axel's Cathedral
NOD replied to KotZ's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
A magnificent cathedral. The windows are a real eye-catcher. I can imagine that you spent hours placing the triangles in the correct position in a window. Building this physically is probably only possible if you happen to have a superglue and a brush on the table. -
[Route du Rhum - Cat A] the Sunset over the Empires
NOD replied to Professor Thaum's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
A very well-built ship with lots of detail. I really like the main deck and the railing. -
Very well done, the way the worker stands knee-deep in the lake, shoveling salt.

An interesting invention. It's a fun build, and the minifigures fit in very well. -
[Route du Rhum - Cat C1] Stopover on Wullham
NOD replied to Brickwolf's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
A beautiful and peaceful build. -
[Route du Rhum - Cat B] Three Sheets to the Wind
NOD replied to _Salamander_'s topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
A clever idea to make the ship faster. -
[COR TRRBS CHALLENGE CAT A] Octan Tanker 2
NOD replied to Brickwolf's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
The famous Octan Tanker, probably made more profit in the MRCA than I did with my pirate armada. My losses were usually higher than my earnings. The Octan Tanker 2 has a simple and good design. -
[Route du Rhum - Cat A] The Golden Frog
NOD replied to _Salamander_'s topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
Well-built ship, it even has a ladder to the quarterdeck. -
Beautiful, especially the diorama at night! The motorized scenes are very well done. Without a doubt I and the visitors are excited with your diorama. Everything is perfect and peaceful. How about one or more funny scenes next diorama? Maybe two soldiers are being chased by a bear (does this sound familiar to you). Maybe explorers (pirates) are digging up a treasure chest. Perhaps some soldiers are pursuing a borrower (thief) who has found (stolen) a sack of doubloons. Someone slips on a banana peel.
