[OL-FB] The Altonian Commercial Mission
NOD replied to Keymonus's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
An interesting and instructive story. I like the architecture of the building. The warehouse is filled and is equipped with everything that is required. The faces of the two chili pepper testers are very funny.- 4 replies

Welcome to Brethren of the Brick Seas! Interesting action scene! The Oleon Port is attacked by pirates. The minifigures are well positioned in their movements. If you are interested: Your first small property license, excluding forts and mines, is free. You could license your build as Small Commerce.

A simple but well-made Battle of Queenston Heights diorama. The Americans cross the river with everything they have at their disposal. On the other side of the river there is a hill and houses. This area is defended by regular troops, militias and Indians.

Very beautiful diorama! I also really like the decorated window frames. The defensive wall with the battlements built on the rocks is interesting. The minifigures are also great. On the right I see some visitors who want to say “Hello”.

[OL-FB] The Ferrer Family Commercial Enterprise
NOD replied to Keymonus's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
Great, exciting and interesting story! Don Francisco Ferrer is a shrewd representative of the company. I think that it is not forbidden to give the governor and commander a gift for their birthday or a similar occasion. It is of course just a coincidence that the Ferrer Family Commercial Enterprise has the largest building on the street. An excellent selection of furniture. I really like the books on the bookshelf and the scales. Very good choice of minifigures.- 4 replies

Very interesting story about Foreign Merchants' District. The scene with the guy who found a pocket watch is funny! I like the Essian Trading Company building! The matching shieldwith the raven above the entrance gate and in the office the shield with the oak tree. The rest of the equipment such as the furniture and decorations are also well built.

Very beautiful diorama full of life! The houses look great. The interesting thing is that every nation has its own building style in this district. People from this nation are also standing right in front of the house. There's a lot happening on the street. Various merchants sell their products. Many residents can also be seen.

Era III and a call for New Leadership!
NOD replied to Garmadon's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
I like your view and ideas. Under no circumstances should the empty islands disappear! The maps should remain as they are now. The economic system should definitely be improved. For long-term gaming fun, the account summary should be maintained and continued! Starting over at 0 gives new members (this is only a short-term success) but existing members may no longer be there. This was one of the best and funniest competitions in which many participants took part: At Era III, the goal should be to retain existing members and attract new members. -
[OKT] Annual Oktoberfest mini-challenge -- WINNERS ANNOUNCED
NOD replied to Capt Wolf's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
How about there being a vote on various competition proposals? My suggestion would be Olympic Games. The construction time should be at least 2-4 months. The 4 official factions and all nations in Jameis Farstrider's Guide to Halos are eligible to participate.- 13 replies

[OKT] Annual Oktoberfest mini-challenge -- WINNERS ANNOUNCED
NOD replied to Capt Wolf's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
@Justsomebrix I congratulate on your win and thank you for taking part. I always had a lot of fun, for several years since my participation in Brethren of the Brick Seas, with the Oktoberfest challenge. It's a shame that it probably won't be happening next year.- 13 replies

I would be happy to see a new account summary appear soon, because it is a very important part of Brethren of the Brick Seas.

The samurai a is exciting and continuation of the story! It's really great how the minifigures are positioned in their movements. It is very difficult to defeat the samurai in a sword fight. Good thing it didn't come to that. The samurai is an asset to the group.

Thank you! The idea of a mine behind the waterfall came to me while I was building the landscape. After that I still had free space to build the rest. The children also have fun at Oktoberfest and build a moated castle. Thank you! I could have divided the whole diorama into different properties. But complete Eslandola gets a Royal Property and fulfills the requirements so that Punto Sur can become a city. It is the first city on the New Haven Sea.

Era III and a call for New Leadership!
NOD replied to Garmadon's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
First you choose a faction. I don't want to influence you, but the Sea Rats would be a good choice. -
Thank you very much, I'm very happy that you like it. The miners not only want to work but also want to take part in the Oktoberfest. That's why it has lots of activities and people have fun. I post a link in the same replay under Mine Prospecting. Thank you very much. It is common for a lot of drinking to take place at barbarian festivals. I thought the mine entrance through the waterfall was cool. The light from the mine somehow created a sparkle from this angle. It was interesting to build a crane.

Categories: Royal Factory The prospecting was successful. Salt the white gold was discovered behind the waterfall. Salt can be used to preserve meat and fish. The pretzels also need salt. If you eat pretzels then you can drink more beer. This is perfect for Oktoberfest. Prehistory: Cascada de Oro Okt 2023 A02 by Philippe, auf Flickr Boxes of tools, lanterns, clothing and drinks were transported into the mine on rafts. The salt is chopped from the rock, crushed and shoveled into boxes. The box is then covered with logs and transported out again on rafts. The boxes are then lifted up from the beach using a construction crane. The salt is taken to the factory where it is further processed and then sold. The factory also produced and sells construction cranes. Cascada de Oro Okt 2023 A03 by Philippe, auf Flickr Everyone is looking forward to this year’s Oktoberfest. The festival is very popular and is always attended by many locals and visitors from other nations. It is also very popular with pirates who usually take part more or less unrecognized. It would of course be better if the flag was changed before sailing into the harbor. Luckily, the city guard is very tolerant during the celebrations. It is a peaceful festival where everyone has fun. Cascada de Oro Okt 2023 A04 by Philippe, auf Flickr There are different attractions in many places in Punta Sur. Something was also set up on Cascada de Oro beach. There is a festival stand with beer and one with bratwurst and pretzels. There are many hungry and, above all, thirsty guests here. The helpful city guard is currently delivering some beer barrels in a rowing boat. The miners are particularly looking forward to this. It means finished work. On this day they only worked for a short time so that the mine could be visited. Now and in the next few days they are taking part in Oktoberfest. Cascada de Oro Okt 2023 A05 by Philippe, auf Flickr There are 78 minifigures in total on the diorama. If you want to see more details, the photos on Flickr have a resolution of 4096 x 2304. Era III and a call for New Leadership!
NOD replied to Garmadon's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
Thanks to everyone who keeps this great, fun game alive! I'm looking forward to Era III and hope a lot of good things come. I like fun competitions like Oktoberfest or Faction Flavors. I had a lot of time for Brethren of the Brick Seas during the 2 year corona pandemic. Now I have less time but I'm still active. If I can help then I will help. -
This is a very beautiful and well built ship! Really nice how you built the bow and stern with custom ship hull.
-
Very beautiful diorama! I like the ship and also the commerce building. The sombrero guys are a good change. I'm still impressed with how you were able to build the wave technique with nets in Studio 2.0.

A very beautiful landscape with a stream! I like the Continental Army Headquarters with the regular soldiers and militias.
-
A beautiful diorama! It was interesting to see how you built the sloping wall, the angular tower, the windmill and the landscape. I also like the ship and the carriage.

Great! This is a very beautifully built diorama and a great photo story. When I see the faces and movements of the minifigures, I understand the story even without reading a lot of text.
