[SR - FB] Raising troops (part 7), Poppy Port
NOD replied to NOD's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
Thank you for the idea. An extension is a good option. I built Paraiso Bay on April 1, 2021 and I still like the gun emplacements today. Thank you very much. I am very happy that you like the buildings and landscape at Paraiso Bay. You're right, a disciplined looking group of sea rats are really funny. I know Sea Rats don't officially have soldiers in uniform. That's why they are NOD (Brotherhood and Sisterhood of NOD) soldiers. You were successful at Corrington and change to The Empire of Eslandola. My respect you have cojones! -
[COR - FB - GOC] Semana Santa, New Haven
NOD replied to Bricksbypidy's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
You built Semana Santa well and I like it. I think the Commemoration of the passion, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ fits better with LEGO Historic Themes.- 2 replies

Herlock Sholmes - Second Adventure Ch4
NOD replied to Captain Braunsfeld's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
That's true, he could also work as an accountant for Count Mesabi and the WTC. I'm sure Hallcroft Py only got the job because he looks like someone else, that's why a picture of his head was drawn. With that, Fantomas can make a mask. The Bank of Pontelli also has something to do with the further course of the story. -
[ESL - FB] The 2nd Maldria Expedition
NOD replied to Yperio_Bricks's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
This is an exciting continuation of the story and interesting builds. Meanwhile, they've found a clue about a friendly tribe. The statue and sculpture are well constructed. I didn't realize before that the 30136 Brick looks scary from below, that's fitting for the statue's mouth. -

NOD replied to NOD's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
Thank you very much, I am very happy that you like it. Paraiso Bay is one of my best dioramas, maybe one day I'll build something similar but bigger. Thanks very much! A faction that is powerful and rich should also give something to the poor Sea Rats. -
[ESL - FB] Carrot Farming, Ceniza Bajo
NOD replied to Lord Buckethead's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
This is a nice little carrot farming. I like the house from the architecture and color combination. Also, the scenery and the handcart are well built. -

2 Company NOD Grenadiers: 60 Men Commodore Kane, the hero of Mooreton Bay, has decided that additional troops are needed to defence of liberty. Raising troops (part 7) on Poppy Port 02 by Philippe, auf Flickr The recruitment was made at Paraiso Bay: PB01 by Philippe, auf Flickr Many volunteers have signed up, because they heard, that they can visit cities and get free souvenirs: The recruits currently wear a blue uniform (In real Lego Bricks it's probably a Revolutionary War American Soldier that will cost my a lot of money). After passing the training, they receive the coveted black uniform (I buy them for little money from a Lotus tradesman).

This is a beautiful little beach diorama. I like the tree, it is built very interesting. The brig in the clouds is creatively built. Elizabeth Stockton wears a LEGO Minifigure Hair 28432 that looks great. I didn't realize beforehand that I didn't have these yet, so I put it on the list for my next order.

NOD replied to Captain Braunsfeld's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
Good that Dr. Sonwat has survived the journey and no longer has a green head. It's really interesting that it's right next to the Bank of Pontelli. I think Hallcroft Py looks like someone who works in the bank. Is there a lab behind the door where masks are made? Because a few days have already passed, it is possible that money or something else valuable has already been stolen from the bank. -
[COR - FB - GOC] Chapel, New Haven
NOD replied to Bricksbypidy's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
A very beautiful chapel and great landscape! I really like how you recreated the Chapel from Anno 1800. This time I noticed the barred windows. On the top of the tower, I clearly recognize the sword Excalibur. The priest is holding a simple wooden version. Therefore, it conforms to the rules.- 5 replies

Great! A beautifully built remake! It has many very nice details. I really like the statue, the hut, the throne, the boat and the landscape. The big crocodile looks scary. I would buy this set.

Well done! I like the sword and the clothes.

You were the first Eslandolean to reply to this this post. Maybe you're not a sailor (yet), but you're a discoverer. You write a sequel story and explore new lands. You belong to Brethren of the Brick Seas! The MRCA is not easy for a first-time participant. But it is also possible that your ship participates in the MRCA under the command of another member. Your ship could sail in a black flag fleet of @NOD, Kane the Hero of Mooreton Bay. But he's no longer a Mardierian. He is now one of the neutral, good and just Sea Rats! Don Antonio is a Company Head Directors Free Traders Association.

First! Colonel Don Antonio (Barón Antonio Slavik de Mendoza) is nearly an Eslandolean: @Yperio_Bricks that would be a very nice and good ship for you. It is possible that anonymous investors pay the license costs.

Very well built two cannon deck ship with Lego boat hull. The most difficult part of the ship's bow and the ship's stern are well built. I like that the hull slopes outward at first, is straight on the lower gun deck and inwards on the second gun deck. As far as I can ses the height of the lower- and upper-gun decks is 4-5 bricks high. I like that and it's good.

Herlock Sholmes - Second Adventure Ch3
NOD replied to Captain Braunsfeld's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
I am happy that Alberto & George da Pontelli are also part. It's interesting to see familiar people from other stories. The Spirit of Eslandola is a magnificently ball-hover! Funny portrayed as Dr. Sonwat has a green head. -
[ESL - FB] The 2nd Maldria Expedition
NOD replied to Yperio_Bricks's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
I am very excited to read a follow-up story about an expedition. Informative is the map where I can see where the expedition is at the moment. A very beautifully built and mysterious monument. I like how it's overgrown with plants. A photo with the names of the people taking part in the expedition would be nice. Readers want to know who was bitten by a mule and who lost his cigars. I think it's the people that are at the Punto Sur Waterfront in one of the photos. The idea of telling everything in one thread is only good in theory. The advantage of a new thread is that people notice that the expedition is continuing. If everything is in one thread it might not be noticed because the thread is pushed to the back. -
[SR - FB] FTA Heros of Mooreton Bay Memorial, Poppy Port
NOD replied to NOD's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
Thanks very much. Building digitally also has disadvantages. The minifig posing was very time consuming. There are also squirrels in the trees. Thanks very much. I thought just a monument on a pedestal is too boring, it looks better with a fountain. -
[COR - FB - GOC] Primary School, New Haven
NOD replied to Bricksbypidy's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
A nice and big school. It has many interesting details like the school desks, curtains, clock or the piano. A good selection of different minifigures. The student who cheated and now has to sit in the corner with a cap is funny. The painting with the Colosseum and the Fiat 500 is too modern. If Bishop François sees the forbidden painting, Friar Louis Bertrand goes to prison.- 2 replies

[SR - FB] FTA Heros of Mooreton Bay Memorial, Poppy Port
NOD replied to NOD's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
"It pays for it with the doubloons it found." "It's probably a relative of James Hume the mayor of Mooreton Bay." Respect, to understand the joke you had to look at Settlement, Mooreton Bay, Alicentia, Corrington. Thanks very much, I'm glad you like the park too. You are an attentive reader and observer! Very good, you identified the Sea Rats jokes! -
Very nice and well-built Imperial Guard Camp! A little more wood at the fireplace would be nice. But other than that, I wouldn't change anything. I would buy the set.

Herlock Sholmes - Second Adventure Ch2
NOD replied to Captain Braunsfeld's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
An exciting and mysterious continuation of the story. Elventree probably drew a picture of Hallcroft Py so he could later make a mask of him. Do you have a link to the ball hover story by Alberto da Pontelli & his assistant George?
