  1. Well, if that's legit 42128, and the pricing linked earlier is right... I know what i'm buying as a tax return gift to myself. :D Looks great!
  2. According to Youtube community, Sariel also applied. He was also unsuccessful.
  3. Hey. Their website is working fine for me. It also states on their product pages that the Buwizz 3.0 brick is shipping sometime in June 2021, wheras the Motor is shipping sometime in July 2021. I unfortunately(?) ordered mine together, in one order, so have to wait probably until July for my Brick, as the motors introduce a delay. Ah well. :)
  4. That's the email that @HectorMB was referring to. Just gotta have patience :)
  5. Damn! This is cool. Pre-ordered 2 now, and a BuWizz 3.0 Pro. About time i stepped into the proper motor arena :D
  6. From the Lego link: $99.95 USD for each set. Must be - or at least they have no spares, as that's more than the sets themselves cost.
  7. These look interesting! Here's the lego site regarding these - https://education.lego.com/en-us/products/bricq-motion#middle-school Not much info really.
  8. Thankyou for this! I would love if there were scaling features and perhaps a way to "lock" the profile so it can't be edited unless a passcode is given, or similar. This might make it all playable though!
  9. Having had this set built now for a few days, i find that the set itself is nice enough - i like the motor whine, and i feel transported back to younger days with slow RC model cars running in the 27MHz band, haha. However, the Control+ profile is absolute crap. A joystick to control this model was a horrible mistake. Even worse - it's on the left thumb... I could've probably handled it on the right thumb. Atrocious. I can't comfortably let my son (4yrs) play with it on the spare Tablet, because he constantly smashes it into walls. Something that was not an issue with the 42099 model, as it at least had two controls - steering + throttle. Guess i need to use the other app to build something a bit more friendly - but then i think i'd lose the sounds that he loves so much? Hmm...
  10. This one was available in Norway just after Christmas - 27th Dec i believe. Is there an unofficial place you could buy from instead perhaps?
  11. No Ferrari - but it was available. I also didn't get the small skid loader - figured i pick that one up whenever really as the book shops around here will certainly have it.
  12. Well, they all arrived yesterday - and the Mrs hasn't killed me yet So, so far so good.
  13. Don't see why not - i was able to order all the new sets that are marked as 1st Jan here in Norway already. Those were: 42117; 42118; 42119; 42122; 42123; 42124 Now, whether they'll arrive or not... hmm.
  14. Looks like it will fit on the Transporter (42098) then? 12cm wide is the same as the ZR1 which fits. Though this is 3cm longer, so maybe too long?
  15. I kept scrolling down, waiting for the lego model to appear... They were the lego model. Wow. Great job on the detail level there!
  16. Thanks, i guess lighting will be key in future :) I shot this at night with just the rooms bulb, which looks okay to the human eye, but yeah... :D
  17. Not sure how - i'm just using an IPhone 11. Any tips?
  18. Yeah, i think the B&W version is much nicer, and a blue one would look amazing i bet. Currently i don't have much blue/azure stuff though, so that would be a pricey endevaour :) When building the model, about halfway through you add the doors - and they're on a really cool mechanism that makes them lift vertically. Unfortunately, the rear part of the model then attaches to the door mechanism and they no longer move. It's really a shame (Though the real car doesn't have gull-wing or similar doors, so... yeah).
  19. I like the Corvette ZR1 model - and have swapped the original's roof and hood to create a stripe, but that wasn't enough - i wanted to build one in white too... So after gathering the pieces in Bricklink, that's what i did! Original(ish): Colour Swapped: And the stud.io file that i used to recolour, then order parts & build it: https://drive.google.com/file/d/17kgtc0MoU9McR8MGgAfzAl5-cfu2WYvT/view?usp=sharing Comments / thoughts?
  20. 6k kroner here in Norway on Finn.no right now. That's about £500. I could only find one store that was trying to sell them before they were recalled - and of course, they never had any stock available for sale that i could see. So this doesn't surprise me at all.
  21. Have we any indication when these sets might hit shelves, other than 2021?
  22. This is what i'm really hoping for too! Can't wait to pick it up if it's the right scale :D
  23. I really like this, well done! I wouldn't worry about articulation causing tires to rub - that happens on the real thing too in some cases! (The guys at 4WD 24/7 have this issue from time to time!) Can't wait for instructions. Might fix it to no-steering and add a pullback motor if that's possible with the space given :)
  24. They are called "Ladda" in IKEA. AA are 2450 MAH, and AAA are 900 MAH. Second this - we need to know more! Where did you get the battery holder? Can we get it somewhere ourselves, etc.
