Er, why did you quote my entire post and then snippets again? Bow before the mighty Bat lamp! I don't think so, I think you have come up with even better myself. Not downgrading this mind you, just saying other things from you are just as good in my opinion. I knew something was missing, you should also mod Two-Face's truck. Hope you don't mind if I borrow that front connection for my revamped Batpod, it is rather fetching. You should make a Batman Go Kart racing championship! Ah, I see. You can't spare one Chase hair? Still good though, seems fitting for him to have a plan if Mr Freeze shows up. Or if it's just winter! This gives me an idea for our BB topic! Batbrick Away!

I've never really cared for her anyhow, the only good one (Kathy Kane) was killed AND reconned! Point. I love that part! That was when Gamorrean Guards became cute Yeah, but you also like Harley, though I guess she's a bit of both... How long has it been in there now anyway? One year? Two? Thanks! It seems the might duo of BB1 and BB2 (not bananas in pyjamas) strayed yet another topic! I'll look for Batgirl, and thanks for the news of Batman dancing, this game is gonna be perfect! Reminds me of Batman's darkest secret: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q-GVG1YLllw Batbrick Away!

There's a cure for that you know Yes, it's really quite funny, have you seen Scrubs much? But he is fantastic as the Atom, almost as cynical too. , I've done that before. Yes, the choreography on the sub fight is horrendous, but so good. The DVD is for sale here, I really must buy it sometime, after I get BTAS vol 3, BTAS vol 4, Justice League: The New Frontier and Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker. Speaking of BTAS, how are oyu going with that? And speaking of animated DC, I give you the trailer for Wonder Woman. What do you think? I reckon it looks quite good, despite the fact she wasn't born but sculpted from clay, how did they choose that line in the trailer! No I haven't, but that Batman figurine does look cool. Good luck getting it, all I have are The Batman toys here... Good idea right back at you, we must begin preparations at once! Shall it be a vig, minivig, creation and etc as the guidelines of what must be built? Exactly right! But I wouldn't have it any other way! Yes, that was the link I was trying to find for you. Thanks, I love that cheesy music, and the fact that Kite-Man is involved is a sure sign of hilarity! Oh, and thanks for commenting on my Iceberg Lounge too. Batbrick Away!

Thanks mate! Someone finally pinned the toilet problem: It's too high! Thanks, I tried it once but gave up, hopefully next I will succeed. Thanks KimT, If only I had the CC and Market Place! I threw out my very yellowed bricks recently, so I'm glad someone noticed this. I don't know how to make a poll once it is already up, but that is okay Thanks again. Oh you have no idea! All my 1x1, 2x1, 3x1 and 4x1 white bricks are gone! Thanks, and I'm not sure why I kept the guns on the penguins, I guess I'm just lazy! Thanks. and yes, especially the deals room has a not nearly as classy look, I wanted to give the impression that this is where the real stuff happens. Thanks, I'm glad you like it As for two Batmen, that is Matches while he is still alive. Thanks BlueBard, glad you like the pond! Batbrick Away!

You do have all the henchmen don't you? Nice job, though I wouldn't consider Gold Tooth gained until you get that hair! Good idea, are they there yet? If not, go the missions! Or should I say, "Missions are go!"? , poor shark so unfairly treated, I'm sure Inferno gives him a light snack or a victim every so often. Batbrick Away!

I doubt any of them, though Huntress would be beautiful! I agree, I just hope he gets that sweet flamethrower of his! Though I'm pretty happy with my firefly design.. Really? That's wonderful then! Hopefully Babs cab do that too then, it could be likely. Maxie Zeus would be nice, though personally I think there are better villains. And also, if Ra's is available Talia is a possiblility. This might've also been Brainbox's inspiration for his Mocs'N'Mods Goody Treat Bag thingy, hmmm I doubt Black Canary depsite her hotness as she is most likely outside the Batman realm which the designers are legally confined to. I third the pinning! Batbrick Away!

Thanks to everyone! I'm glad you like it Thanks Stauder. I'm surprised that there a few gripes at the lack of rooms as the point of the lounge is not the rooms but the open area. And there are three rooms: The toilet counts And yes, I think it will take place in a comic. I just have to find a good program for it. Thanks. Being a Lounge people order fine food and wine, drink, talk to other high social members and engorge in the spectacle Pretty much a very high class restaurant with bonus features. Thanks, you'd be surprised with the toilet, it actually came out pretty good. A little big yes, but not as much as you'd think. , thanks, but you seem to misunderstand. The "ice" is not real, well, most of it anyway, we can't have our guest freezing now can we? As for the iceberg, I disagree as the lake is necessary for much Bat action as you might see one day. Thanks SuvieD, is that a pun? Thanks for commenting on it being filled up, I agree that it really gives it personality. Thanks Johnny5, I did do a little research, watching eps of TNBA with the Iceberg Lounge in it, and seeing some images from the comics. Glad you got the "clubby" feel from it too. Happy to see someone notice the infamous prostitute again! Thanks for your words, they are too kind. Thanks Oky! I got the table pieces from Exo-Force set Hybrid Rescue Tank and other 2008 sets I believe, I'll see if I can find out the other ones for you. Glad to see another fan of BTAS, this lounge is in the sequel series TNBA (The New Batman Adventures) and in many comics. Thankyou! Next up is Wayne Manor as that is essential, but who knows? Mr.Freeze's lab would be great as a small building. As for the Gotham Police station, been there, done that! Here is the link: Thanks Whitefang friend, I hope he comes back Thanks a lot mate, I'm really glad you like the fountain, it was really hard. Oh I agree! It really does look so much better occupied. Ands as you say, it is a great place for an action scene or also a Bruce Wayne visit Ah, I see. Yes, there are some shows which can go on with the fountain like a performer and such. But you may notice that the occupants are close by anyway, so they may chat freely while absorbing the view. Thanks. Batbrick Away!

It's funny, I normally have a very good memory, I guess that's what happens when you step.......Into the Twilight Zone! It is a very strange thing when that hapens, I know I can't take Johnny Depp seriously after Jack Sparrow, and knowing Dr Cox in Scrubs voices the Atom in Justice League is simply hilarious! I remember that! The fight in the mansion with Miss Kitka becoming Catwoman was brilliant too, what a bunch of weaklings! And the final sufight just goes on and on and on, so many "Biffs!" and "Pows!" and "Zapps!" with them climbing out of the water and back up onto the sub again Well there's always the grace of Youtube or you. I like the look of it, I hope they play it humourously and not just for kids, a bit of camp like the 60's. I love the Bag! Great job there, your Batpod makes mine look crap. Good to see me in there to, we influence each other to new heights of thread destroying! The Iceberg Lounge is up too if you want to commnt, tell me what you think. Of course, yellow. I might put it in a Batbrick/Brainbox thread. Perhaps we should co-make it? You know, throw it together to make a true Batbrick and Brainbox thread but don't see the other's creations til we post it? We could then comment on it! (we'd be the only ones ) Batbrick Away!

Wow! I love this! I'll review them in order: Batpod: Damn! I hate this thing! It makes mine look like crap! I love it really, good choice of tyres too. The shoulder pads are nicely made, and the fact that it connects by one side makes it all the much better. Batman looks great riding it, looks like I'm going to have to remake my cruddy one now, good job. The grapple hooks are great too, too bad you couldn't get the third guns on. Well donew on getting a good way for Bats to stick on too. Bat Snowmobile: Holy Snowmobile Batman! This thing is TOO cute! Not much else to say, I like the sleds, are we to expect a, erm, larger snowmobile in the future? Robin Go Kart: Hehe, reminds me of Mario Kart. Good job on the colours, I know they're hard to get right. Whirlybat: I did it wrong? ME? As if! Still, I love this crazy thing, despite its impractibility. The fins at the back like in the pic are nice and simple, but add a lot to it. Honesty though, it only really looks good when Bats is in it, as he fills out it quite a bit. Pogo Umbrella: ? Umbrella Rocket: Wow! He really seems to be enjoying riding that rocket (). It looks quite good, I like how you've made it look actually like a rocket. Now, I don't know if I'm missing anything, but I think the end piece grill should be placed evenly on the cylinders. Matches Malone: FINALLY! Now I can showcase mine! Love him, he looks great in that suit, I like him with brown or black, which are you displaying him as? Divers: Love the colour scheme here for robin, really suits and looks quite practical. Same for Nightwing, I like that you've chosen their base colour first. I might have to start making these "suits". Bat Armour: Pretty cool, i'll have to see the story to comment more though. He looks a bit medieval however. Batvig:  I love the Batusi! This I HAVE seen! Great job rendering this, it succeeds in all levels for a vig, and is very funny. Love the amps. Bat plow: Oooh! A very neat idea! I like this, is it detachable easily? Bat lamp: Er, good? Batbrick: , I laughed in my seat at this, quite fantastic! I love how you've made EB crumble, we really have left a legacy haven't we? Such a good job, and so true! Looking forward to the next one! Batbrick Away!

Hello all! For the last few weeks I've been slowly building up a large Gotham building. It is the Iceberg Lounge, a club Penguin owns which he masquerades as the finest of all Lounges while using it as a front for illegal arms deals and whatnot. It is also a place where the freaks can dine among the normal people, and information is exchanged, with even Batman coming to the Penguin for info. This moc is dedicated to EB member The Penguin, who I haven't seen in some time Here is a partial inspiration pic from the brilliant animated series: And here is the massive creation, build upon a 48x48 baseplate. I am beyond happy at how the lettering at the front came out, do please provide some feedback on this. The colour scheme is based on that of a penguin with an arctic flair of blue inside as you'll see: Right side, I'm also happy how the slopes at the top came out, really gives it style in my opinion: Other side with two open rooms which you'll see later. This section was the hardest but I'm pleased with it: Front Window which you'll see a bit more of later. Front door, and what lies inside: Window Shots I Like. Here is the lower of the two open playable rooms. This is the "Allowed Personnel Only" area where Penguin arranges his illegal arms deals with his customers, and tapes them (as seen by the piece on the table) just in case. There are two stinger missiles in the back for sale. I gave this room a decidedly blander colour scheme to emphasise that this is where the deals are made as opposed to the facade outside: And here is the top room, Penguin's office, complete with mini stairs to see out the window, batarang for inspection, diamonds ("legal" of course ) and a rack for his umbrellas next to the door: Other view. And here is the main attraction, the gorgeous inside: Top view. The lack was incredibly hard as since I have a lack of blue tiles, you can see I built it with normal blue bricks facing sideways: Another view of the lake, I am very proud of how this came out, especially my design of the statue penguin: Cool Views. Here my bar! I love this thing! The chicken and pans were hard to fit on such a small beam, please not that the side door opens to allow staff in and out. also note the bottles aboe, near the little roof: Clock on the wall. Right next to it is the drink refiller and for the less rich, a vending machine under the stairs for lesser wines: The door entrance (surprisingly hard for some reason), which I wanted to make a small corridor: Which in turn is next to the toilet. This is a bot of a bummer, the toilet is one of my favourite parts yes you can barely see it. It has also a small hand washing basin in the wall: The toilet door is in turn next to the locked (note the lock) swing doors that lead to the deals room. These doors are short as specialised for penguins for an air of superiority over his partners: Doors open. Another Lake Shot. Now up the stairs is the "guest section". This is where the elite of the visitors come to sit with the owner: The Penguin himself, be it the mayor, celebrity or an interested buyer of arms. This area as the best part included Penguin's love of umbrella and also his love of black and white colour schemes like a penguin: Bigger shot, there are two storage boxes for all manner of bad stuff behind and the window I was talking about earlier makes an appearance to view out of. The blue door leads to Penguin's office of course: Epic shot, it really is cool to look at, it is my favourite Bat-creation yet: More epic shots. I deliberately left the roof mostly open for play purposes and I think it works: Now we have it filled up, my favourite bit: Corner Prostitute. Gang Violence. Alfred helps on missions sometimes. Battling Firefly. Chasing the Cat. Facing the SWAT, or is that running Nightwing? Gordon and Montoya and Hugo Strange. Henchman, Summer Gleeson,Bane and Sal Maroni entering the deals room. Bullock leaving the toilet. The lovien' couple! Riddler and Scarecrow discuss politics. Chinese gangster, Talia, Mad Hatter and Poison Ivy enjoy a drink. Mr.Freeze disapproves of the ice machine! Gangster, Gangster, Black Mask and Killer Croc like the waitress. Penguin's favourite customer approves of the colour scheme. No wait, this is EPIC: Final shot: More pics here: http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery....334353&n=48 Hope you enjoyed it, I'm very happy with it. Comments appreciated thanks! Batbrick Away!

That's good! I'm predicting Lucius Fox makes an appearance as well. hopefully, who else is there? Ra's, Ventriloquist and Firefly are my predictions, but I'd be happy with just Ra's frankly. I doubt it, she'll probably be like Nightwing and be an unlockable player. That's awesome! I love that they can be upgraded! The smoke pellet idea is very reminiscent of BTAS. Batbrick Away!

Ah, I plan on seeing more of this series right after I finish The Twilight Zone. Have you seen it? I've got my friend hooked! Burgess Meredith is brilliant, and he's also on 4 eps of The Twilight Zone The movie is hysterical too, the "can't get rid of a bomb" and Anti Shark Repellent Bat Spray sequences are famous! It also contains funnily enough some of the very very few people to die in the series I believe. Yes, definitely, all mediums in which Batman appear (except maybe The Batman) should be respected. I'd love to chat on the series. Speaking of mediums though, have you heard of the upcoming Batman: The Brave and the bold animated series coming? It seems like such a funny, 60's (as in the comics at the time) stories in which Bats teams up with another DC hero each episode. Let's just hope it is true, I really want to get it! They're one of the few series you just never get sick of aren't they? Go black and put grey over, gives it a dark and open feel. I've finished the Iceberg Lounge and am now uploading the pics. Hopefully it'll be uploaded soon, and I expect a big evaluation, because it is my biggest moc yet Correction: You must and will do! I'm currently watching my favourite scene (The Batman/Gordon/Two-Face finale) on the 'tube Er, scratch that! Its changed, imagine the Tumbler, but tough Batbrick Away!

Eeeeeeeeeeee! Wrong! KGBeast cut off his own lower arm after Batman left him hanging ( ), and in many comics he is portrayed as having nearly his whole arm replaced by a robot one. Good point, he also has the octopus as well, he must be the one who loves mutant life forms. Okaaaay, I hope to see this feature pop up in more sets though, especially in more Agents ones, wouldn't it be great for the Agents to have a display of more of the Henchmen? And also for Dr Inferno to have profiles of each member of the Agents squad? Spy-Clops also has the best pun-name (maybe tied with Fire-Arm). Which set do you plan on next? It was smart of you to get the biggie early, there's nothing worse than spending the dimes on the little fish and then spending ages to get the money together for the biggest set. That happened to me with Castle 07, luckily i just got the castle for Christmas. Batbrick Away!

Just watched the last part and I am very disappointed. Here's why: Azula's breakdown: Very forced, what made Azula so cool was her calm demeanour and by becoming such a mess it really downplayed her final fight. It seemed like an attempt to go all "Wow! This is psychological!" but failed for me simply because it was rushed in so quick and unbelievably. Final Fight: Man was this staged wrong. Once each character stated or shown what they were doing you spent the next ten minutes waiting for them to succeed. Sokka states his "boomerang" idea and from there on in you know that's one threat out. But worst of all is the most important fight of all: Aang's fight. It's going great until he goes all Avatar state on us, because what should of then been the explosive climax to the fight becomes a game of cat-and-mouse where we spend a further ten minutes waiting for Aang to catch the bugger. And since he is no longer a threat all there is badguy running away for ages The End: Now I like that they left some plotlines open, but some were just WAAY too open. "What happened to my mom?" *cut to what is meant to be leader of the fire nation Zuko to him happy making tea in Bah Sing Sa* We never even see any interaction from Sokka and Suki at the end, infact, we never even got a proper goodbye from Sokka at all! The Gutlessness: Nothing surprising whatsoever happened in the finale at all. Any characters die? Nope. Any good twists? Nope (the Fire Nation plan doesn't count as the threat was destroyed almost immediately). Any surprises for the finish? Nope. All that it ends is the typical "goodguy spares Badguy's life and restores order" ending with a sickly sweet Disney happiness strung on the end. There was one redeeming factor in Mark Hamill voicing Fire Lord Ozai however, that was cool. Thoughts? Batbrick Away!

The three most memorable moments in a video game for you
Batbrick replied to AgentRick's topic in Culture & Multimedia
1. Beating Bowser in Super Mario Bros 2. Beating Wart in Super Mario Bros 2 3. Beating Bowser and his ugly kids in Super Mario Bros 3 And my non-Mario related ones: 1. Finishing space Invaders 2. Beating my brother at Pacman 3. Winning ANYONE at Crash Team Racing Batbrick Away! -
Oh Frank Gorshin is fantastic, I always enjoy that ep where his masterplan culminates in a boxing match with Batman! And the episode where Penguin makes his political campaign and Batman has to oppose him on live television , I must find this Alf-Cycle! I don't know, I've seen more than you seem to be giving me credit for, the first season I hold in highest regard as the quality slipped following that. Plus Ceasar Romero surfing against Batman was brilliance. Oh, and I read an article recently that Adam West was helping make special features for a 60's Bamtan set, have the companies resolved their differences? Time will tell... I wish you good luck, in the words of cliche cinema: You'll need it! Good job, I really need to renovate my Batcave, at the moment it is just the st with a slew of vehicles in front. I plan on modding it after I do Wayne Manor. I plan on backdrops as well, but I'll be getting large black paper/cupboard sheets and drawing cave patterns on them. Glad to know I wasn't the only one shocked there, Nolan really did Dent justice here, despite my love of Two-Face I liked Harbey so much I didn't want it to happen! I honestly think Aaron Eckhart was the best actor is the film, that three way TLH-like finale was amazing: "We thought we could be decent men in an indecent time! But we were wrong. The world is cruel, and the only truth in a cruel world is chance: unbiased, unpredujiced, fair." Are you going to do what I did and see it again? No, not a Lambo, but a cool sleek Mobile that still retains much of the functionality. Like a sleeker tumbler, given the edges on the Lambo it's not a stretch. Good point, it also illustrated that the Freaks were taking over, that the mob was diminishing. It's a sports tumbler, it's open! Batbrick Away!

Wrong, further illustrating MY point: Been there, but we haven't done that! Great to hear it is so good, I can't wait for my Inferno fig to arrive. I'm surprised the projector works well, that's a great plus! Nice that you got a second female torso too, now you can make the Crossdressing Lightning AgentBabe! He's still awesome though right? You should get two of that set to make that KGBeast fig I was talking about! I know I plan to! Thanks a heap! My goodness that looks sexy! too bad the one in Mission 4 isn't as good. You know, I just realised something, Break Jaw has a real thing for boats, every set he appears in is on water (or swamp) and he gets a boat. Batbrick Away!

"We're screwed with a capital F!" , ingenious. Great new job, I love that Mega Core Magnetizer whowitzit, do you plan on getting it someday? Anyway, looking forward to seeing what happens next, seems M:Tron's magnets have a downside afterall! Batbrick Away!

Very good, obviously I like my solution better (I got all three guns on! ) but for more accuracy that is definitely a way to go. Though it seems you are suffering form Batsetcolouritis with all that yellow and neon green, don't bring back Schumacher! Quite you! I go with what's best Batbrick Away!

, best confirmation ever! Oh of course! In fact, I could make a set of wings right now using those Endor glider ones. Not that i would, you know, without the rest of him, but it makes him possible. Agreed! But most important of all is Ra's. It was confirmed I believe that their will be 18 heroes and 18 villains, though I do hope for more, what are we up to now? I believe Arkham Asylum is the hub for the villains. And the character you're thinking of is Lucius Fox. I thought I told you that? The article said something about pouring hot tea on his victims and then offering them a towel to dry up like the good butler he is Batbrick Away!

Wow! I think some of oyu people need to get over the fact that he has his own opinion and accept the humour of it Anyway, great job rupi, I really love these little strips, such a great little humour! Batbrick Away!

Thanks filefolders, I thought you might've been the one. Thanks for your compliments, I suspect the next part (which is still a while off) will only include a little landscaping, but I assure you my focus on it will increase, thanks. Unfortunately I do not have the bricks for a destroyed city, but I am making a run down building as the next bit. Thanks Elif, I agree I probably should make less with each installment. My installments will always take a while, as of now i am still on planning hiatus from Season 1, Season 2 is in the works. Thankyou for reading through them, and for your suggestions too. I am also no longer keeping a separate poll thread given the success of the last two parts which had a poll and new creation. As for leaving you hanging, don't worry, I won't. I love making IA, but at the moment I am just expanding my Batverse. I already have planned the first bit, which takes place roughly a year of two after the cliffhanger battle. I do owe it to the readers, and I assure I will get back to Season 2, but I just wanted a break after such a long haul with all those constructions. Thanks for your comments very much! Batbrick Away!

Eh, no they haven't, Ra's Al Ghul is a majorly huge villain and his appearance as the final reveal would be pure awesome Batbrick Away!

Aladdin disney movie. Quite enjoyable really, though I found that each Disney movie is practically the same on closer inspection: 1) The male hero is always young and has a fairly high voice. 2) the girl is most often trapped in some situation or another which the boy can free up. 3) The most annoying one, the villain is always the most obvious villain ever, with a dark look, snakey eyes, low sophisticated voice and an onslaught of "It'll be a killing your sire" puns. He is also most of the time very close to the leader of blah blah nation leader and no one knows he is evil. Like I said though, rather enjoyable. Batbrick Away!

, that was a weird race! Anyway, I love the look of both sets, but i'll have to go for the Dino Attack Quad for a couple of reasons: It is post-apoc, which I love, features tan and dark red colours which are far more useful than yellow, you get more "bang for your buck" with the Dino set, you get a little dino (sure you can hate it but better than not having one right?), and the fig has much more useful pieces and a better face. Thanks for the face off TheBrickster! Batbrick Away!
