Oh for heaven's sake! I LIVE in Australia and don't speak like that, NO NONE does! Although my bias against ridiculous speak may stem from my extreme anti-patriotic attitude. Batbrick Away!

Yes! It's like our internet lives are like the comics we read, so many references to enjoy! And about the prostitute, we can only hope! I disagree, Two-Face is not just about everything being different of you end up with the Batman Forever Two-Face. Plus twin pistols is plain badass, which as we know, looks plain cool in Dark Victory. You do have DV now don't you? I agree, Two-Face was totally underused even if his bomb charges were cool. Nice to see Clayface though, however I'm a bit disappointed at riddler leading one group, as he is a schemer yes, but Two-Face would have none of that nonsense in HIS gang. Maybe he's just gonna usurp him or something......please..... Thanks for that, quite interesting, really goes to show this is going ot be the best of the games with the best backgrounds and gameplay. Sounds cool, hope to see it soon. I too doubt like BB1 that these are new figs, but you never know. Why don;t you borrow a family member's camera then like your mum's or something? Could be fruitful. Can you imagine flipping the car and rolling it upside down? "Missiles activated" I'll use mine for Arkham Asylum when I revamp it, it'd be awesome for a Knightfall set up. That was bit weird in retrospect... Batbrick Away!

 When was that? The Riddler eps take up a large portion of what I've seen from the series, yet I haven't seen him wear it. Reminds me of Knightfall, when in an early issue Nygma is wearing the slick green suit, then next time we see him he's adopted something a bit more...er...form fitting. I find that funny for some reason: "Hey" "Hey" "FLIRTING!" Oh gosh, there is simply too much comedy in here. Actually, I worked with her again today, and in the most fortunate of ironies, she said she will go see it with me. The irony being that since she finished her shift earlier than me, SHe got MY phone number, not the other way round. Now i'll have to put up with that "make the guy wait" cliche. Not saying I'm tiny, just that my friends are huge. Tow of them seriously could stare down Darth Vader! Inspired indeed, I couldn't get that out of my head during work, and I didn't want to! I have to make myself feel better than someone don't I? Besides, you know comics better than me, so I have to be better at something than you! Good idea, I'll let you send first, I want to see those issues if that's okay with you. Though you are wrong about the off topic thing, considering you once quoted (from memory): "We're so off topic that we've come right round the back of it are on topic again!" Did you have enough? Good to see you enjoyed it, since I'm going a third time. I still love ol' Face, even if you show massive disregard for his awesome twin .45 pistols. Aaron Eckhart did him proud, I do love how TDK was more of an ensemble piece too, Maggie did a better job than Katie don't you think? Definitely go for it. Mask of the Phantasm is tied with TDK as my favourite Batman movie. TDK may have a smarter story, and a darker one at that, but MOTP is an a perfect translation of the comics batman with the style and tragedy of Bruce Wayne that even TDK lacks. Btw, how are your Lego projects going? I'm still waiting on Arkham Asylum to be finished. As for me, I plan to unleash Bat Mocs'N'Mods treat 4 soon, but for now I'm trying to keep my Iceberg Lounge topic alive. I tell you, Lego Licenses is the most criminally underrated forum here. I laso am working on the second season of II, which once the first moc is finished, will be taken apart for my Wayne Manor Batbrick Away!

Oh dear! The stereotyping begins! Batbrick Away!

Oh crap! Not the figures, but where this thread is headed to. Soon we'll get a lot of posters saying things like: "Eeew! I'd NEVER eat at Maccas! Food is disgusting and I'm embarrassed to be seen there!" "No, I'm not getting these even if they are good, no way am I buying McDonalds food!" "MCDs is CRAP! I hate it! So no way for me! I'm better than that!" Me? If these are good, I'll happily buy them with a McChicken meal! Sure it is pretty junky, but I like the taste* *See? It's not that hard to admit you like it every so often.

Because it's hilarious! "Make fun of my boner will they? I'll give more boners than they can handle!" Doesn't take away from Frank Gorshin though, such manic energy with him. Plus his riddler suit wasn't as skin tight as Jim Carrey's Ah, I see. no, I've done that, we trained together last November and have been what you may or may not call flirting recently. Me, I wouldn't call it such, we just get along and enjoy each other's humour. Plus, she's shorter than me, and I like that, as I'm not overly tall myself. Just watched the intro, man that tune is great! I can't stop listening to it! On the downside though, it made me truly realise how random a "Green hornet" is Unfortunately, it applies to us. Or, if i get lucky, just you. I like the second part. The first was bit better I felt, but this was good nonetheless. My biggest problem was the parallels between Taylor and Sylar were a bit too strong for me, and I also feel you need to have a couple of panels with two people talking, most have just one character speaking. Do love the unveiling of the powers though, gives a real slick team feeling. And yes please, I'd love to read the 4th and 5th parts. I assume so too, and I hope he gets a second chance in a second sequel so he can get his second appearance. Did you like it more the second time round? I know I'll probably see it a third time if this girl watches it with me. Oh, and by the way, I went into town again to find the Batman 66 film. Still no luck, but on the gas station on the way back my big sister needed fuel so I looked at the DVD rack and spotted Batman: Mystery of the Batwoman BTAS movie. Now, I'll be frank, it's my least favourite of the animated movies, but Penguin is still cool, it has a nice Catwoman short and good for completions sake. Plus it means my Batman DVD collection looks even more cool. Batbrick Away!

Such an inspired idea, I like Xenu's look, quite retro! Plus stealing an apple that is key to humanity's survival is so random it's good. As for the DACTA set, may I see a pic please? You said it was for 350, how much did you get it for? Batbrick Away!

Great to hear you got it! How far are you in the building stages? Love the new strip, all great comedy must make atleast one jab at Scientology Batbrick Away!

Oh Of course! Thanks, I'm glad it works, as I love that function idea. The missiles sound cool too, I had forgotten about those. Does it go "rooooooooor roooooooor" like a air raid siren, or just "rooooooooooooor" in one go? Batbrick Away!

Okay, so I'm really happy right now, as the Joker story edition I ordered is the one with the famous Joker Boner story! You've read bits off Superdickery right? I too miss the riddles a bit. I was talking to my half batfan friend yesterday and him and I are huge riddler fans, and we agred that when writing his dialog a lot of what he says should have some sort of deeper or double meaning. Now love that riddle you posted, but it still doesn't make much sense It is admittingly quite funny, but still quite crushing. You take that route, I take a more direct one (besides I don't know her friends so I'll have to know her first anyway). Still, I share a shift this Saturday so hopefully.... Wikipedia? Anyway, I do recall that they have a sort of noirish style in their stories don't they? I recall several pictures used as inspiration for the movie. I quite liked that one actually... Thanks, it came in this time, am I to give suggestions or is that still void? I'll get round ot reading it today anyhow. Thanks, I'm trying to keep my eye on the ball so far with the early years, but I'm also planning on the classics as well, such as the Killing Joke. The one thing I can't stand though is that almost half the Graphic Novel comics released are Joker stories. Which btw is the stupidest, most moronic, silliest, uneducated, ridiculous and idiotic cop out ever. Period. Dick Grayson IS Nightwing, Tim Drake IS Robin, and Jason Todd IS DEAD! I really, really hope he returns. Contrary to belief that this would ruin TDK's plot and point, it would actually turn the coin and flip it to the other side. Harvey is the hero, Batman the wanted, yet when the public finds out Harvey is still alive (Gordon had him locked in arkham under a different alias and shaved his hair etc. Hey, if Gordon can fake dead, so can Two-Face) and that he is executing his own justice upon Gotham (killing off all gangsters and establishing his own "fair" rule like in Dark Victory), they are lost. Step in Batman, who by the end of the film must realise he has to become Gotham's hero, even if he is no Harvey Dent, because with no hero at all, Gotham falls. And Catwoman and Penguin are in there too. Batbrick Away!

Sounds great! Does that mean world wide though? I remember the old bionicle toys they gave away that I collected, and they were fun, hopefully these contain a figure and a few bits. Batbrick Away!

And orange, orange is a great colour! No, not at all, I think you just see a face in everything, like the volcano base Okay! Okay! I'll drop it..........when you get a job. Thanks for the info on the car, sounds absolutely fantastic, how is the ejector seat? Deino didn't like it, what do you think? Batbrick Away!

That's okay! Love the new comic, great to see DACTA in all its incompetence again. Plus the reports were funny, love the sea cow too. By the way, did you manage to snag that DACTA set? Batbrick Away!

As if! His twin .45 pistols are a comic trademark! Exactly, so sweet and lovable, yet still enjoying Joker's evil plots I agree, Killer Croc is a man with a bizarre skin disorder who filed his teeth into points, not a monster. One of the things I hate in Hush was Lee's dinosaur Croc. I disagree about rarely being in a kids game, but it is looking to have a brilliant balance of dark and light, a great Gotham. Batbrick Away!

, it's true! Very good point, he is good at that. Here is the Joker pic, I love how he is "playing dog" chasing Catwoman. I love that, especially this line concerning his presence in the Batmobile: "Huh, nice car. First time I've been in it conscious." The writers have stated he'll be back to his old ways, but i do hope he takes his time, I quite like this angle. And if he does change back, I hope this agency is part of some briliant scheme. Don't you hate that? Yeah, I just have to get this girl's number, I had the perfect opportunity at after work the other day (she works with me) but then my mum walks in to picl me up! Ah thanks, I do love their simple costumes. I don't know a whole lot about them either but I believe they are somewhat detectives yes? Don't, there is a fine line between geeky and dateless. Can you send it again please? I haven't got it. Plus you really should tell me as I never look at my emails BTW, have you read Gotham Central? I want to know how it is. Batbrick Away!

I recall him on Fairly Off Parents and Kim Possible, the latter had him as a Batman Beyond/60's Batman spoof "The Fearsome Ferret" who had tretired from fighting crime, only to find out later it was only a TV show the whole time. Yeah, I kinda understand. I do like our new vacuum machine, its bubbly! Oh yes, how could I forget? No, literally, how could I? The episode is called Zatanna. He is quite good at writing them though. I just wish he would write a Batman story that isn't a big mystery with a mysterious killer with mysterious motives. But again I say, Hush had a sweet ending, I plan on buying it sometime, but today i'm ordering Catwoman: When In Rome. It has one of my favourite Joker pictures ever in it: Really? My brother understands. I really felt that should've stayed like that, Riddler couldn't tell, which means that their encounters after that would've been very interesting indeed, and given a boost in Riddler stories. But then they put him in a coma, how cheap! Now even you, who loves the newer comic, must admit that's silly. Indeed, you must have someone special right? Who doesn't love Infra Green lights? Do they actually have that car on the 60's show? He's a bit campy, but in a cool way. Yeah, i'll agree with that. That's what'll happen to this 'verse one day too, and they'll start over. Plus it also started up all these crisises and made newer fans to comics almost impossible with people quoting all the 52 earths and their inhabitants. I still plan to get my friend in though, he likes reading and I might try and get him to read TLH. I can't find it either, but apparently my mum's university bookstore can order it, so someday.... ??? No, have oyu sent it to me? I can't find it. Batbrick Away!

Thanks theriddler! I love tohse videos, especially the one featuring Two-Face, what a badass! I love how his special move is to plant demolitions and that he fires twin pistols, what a king! Oh and I love that little Harley clap, it really was adorable. Goes ot show the designers know their stuff. Batbrick Away!

I know! It's actually pretty surprising, they often find as many ways as they can to weasel out, but the Agents have so many new parts, rarer colours and a heap of chrome silver and gold Quite well, but sort of strange. The way the bulge is built you expect the treasure to fit right up into the back, but that area is taken up by the hidden missiles, so the chest only goes in enough and the claw slides back down. Quite effective once you get it, but annoyingly the piece that holds the treasure in sticks below the sub a little so that when you sit it down the claw sticks up a bit. Despite that, the sub really grows on you, and is much funner to play with and look at than the Aquaraiders ones, which were pretty standard. Though Mission 8 is quite well priced. You need a job. Good luck getting it though! Batbrick Away!

Maybe.... , BTAS makes note of this in the Grey Ghost ep, which was a nice touch. I believe he's on Family Guy nowadays, though I wouldn't know, I never cared for that show. Don't you hate that? My mum also does that a lot, you finally think they're done and all they're doing is changing the connection point! Oh well, it seems you still had enough time to watch it The episode isn't brilliant but i quite like it as it reveals a bit more of Bruce's training and Zatanna's personality is pretty spot on. Her magical powers are also left cleverly ambiguous. Ah thanks, no wonder you were going nuts over kryptonite. I like him too, but I think he needs to write a story that doesn't involve every damn villain. Don't get me wrong Hush was a lot of fun and still quite good (Two-Face giving him lead poisoning at the end for the win! ), I just didn't like how predictable Hush's alter ego turned out to be or how rushedly brought in Bruce's child friend was. However, the riddler twist was great, the fact that they made Riddler forget this in a recent Detective Comics run makes my blood boil, it was so cool that e knew the truth but couldn't tell...... Unbelievably so, I love that sub. I'll probably buy it on the weekend. i have to take care of my money however, I plan on seeing TDK again with my soon-to-be girlfriend, who wants to see it I love Green Hornet, they're making a movie of him soon with Seth Rogen in the lead role, heard about it? Oh shutup! I'll take it as a compliment anyway. Oh I forgot, that is the one thing I cannot stand in comics! Can't someone just write a decent story that is far different without it being part of all those flipping earths? Have you read Gotham By Gaslight? It's a very cool read. Oh yes, but I mean a definitive tale of his first appearance and battle with the Batman. We have Year One and then TLH which suddenly has all these rogues. We need a couple of stories jammed in between that tell Batman's first meetings and feelings toward these menaces. Batbrick Away!

Great! I think a fourth wall break is definitely necessary, but not to point where it hazards the story, I'd love to see the 100th comic still be part of the big picture. Maybe a big celebration or some such. I'd love to see some credits in it and a totally different style to indicate it being special too. It could be real long I reckon, the longest one yet ( ) and be its own self contained story. I'll try and come up with more ideas later. Batbrick Away!
-
Very nice! Especially considering you'd expect TLC to cop out and make the only gold tiles visible. Oh the more I have it the more i don't want to trash it. It really grows on you, as you say that retro design is co cool and it will make an awesome set up alongside the agents speedboat and jetski, as well as the Inferno boat, sea rig, sharks and octocpus. The bubble at the front doesn't bother either, it really does look quite cool, and the jettisoning mini propeller sub at the back is fun. I just want to see if I can mod it to fit two people in the cockpit. Great prices? Batbrick Away!

Get a job then! See previous statement. Seriously though, I am meant to be the lazy one remember? Even if you take up a temporary job, it'll help! Exactly, though some of the lines were just plain awful anyway. Not to mention the amount of spoof spoofing it has created, look no further than the Adam West cameo on the Simpsons where he does the Batusi Thank God! I had an argument with a guy the other day woh thought it was "pretentious" for trying to force feed "anti-corporation messages" to the viewers Good to see you liked it, I really like the theme music for that episode, and as you say the ending was very touching, I always liked Leslie too. Yes, I like how they brought him in, Zatanna is in the 2nd season too. Also, a Walt Disney spoof makes it into a Mr.Freeze episode Not understanding the "K?" bit, but the rest doesn't sound that bad actually. Good that you're getting these comics earlier too, I know I need to find a way to get them full stop! Oh well, for what I'm trying to find, the trade paperbacks are fine. Loeb has certainly had some fine runs, though I think Hush was a little under par, what did you think of it? Exactly, the two front covers of the Joker editions are drawn by Brian Bolland and Alex Ross respectfully, and contain neither of their stories. On the other hand though, it contains Neal Adams, who frankly pwns them both!* Wait, disappointing as in not as good or disappointing as in me? Sounds good though, I remember most all of it, but to be honest the two gags that stuck out are the Bomb and Shark ones, as well as that hilarious sub fight. My family is now questioning my sanity in pursuit of the DVD. Oh, and btw, you aren;t going to ignore this little bit, it took me ages to write! You and I am at opposite ends of the scale my friend, but I respect that. I do get very tired of the "Teh Most Craazy thing wit Batman ever11!1" attitude that many writers have. We need more Elseworlds damnit! Maybe one where Bruce isn't a billionare and as such has a much cheaper but just as ingenious way of fighting crime as Batman..... Er, anyway, why don't writers just go back and fill in gaps? Scarecrow, nor Poison Ivy, Mad Hatter and others don't have a definitive origin, give them one! Harvey Dent really needs a graphic novel centering around him before batman, culminating in their partnership establish in Year One. How cool would that be? Batbrick Away!

Thanks for that answer KDog, I have to say it is probably better this way, you've definitely put a lot of work in to it. As for the new comic, this is oner of my favourites of the recent ones. I love Lance and Vance, and the conversation between them and Captain Amarillo was not only hilarious, it really reminded me of all the paranormal bits going on. Plus Shwartz peeking through the window was great too, you should do more sight gags, they really are nice touches. Oh and I should probably mention also the lighting in this one, damn it was good! I mean, pretty much all your recent ones have had excellent lighting, but this one really gave me that "space" feel. Batbrick Away!

Yay, they're back! I'm starting to see how the whole thing is coming together now, did it take longer than you thought to do so? Batbrick Away!
