  1. Thanks The Penguin! Much appreciated, I plan to give her a better face in time don't worry Thanks, Talia really benefits from her new hair I think. The citizen is just thrown in their really, I need to work on making her look a bit more normal. That darn Speed racer head doesn't look female and doesn't look male the darn thing! Yes, I did change Harley's gloves, the white did look nice though. Summer Gleeson in later episodes does use a small camera when she spots unexpected news though. But what could I use for a microphone? I'm all for oversized hammers, but that thing was TOO big Oh I hate that, and his retconned original death. The one by Dennis O'Neill was much better. Yes! Of course! That Speed Racer head WILL serve a purpose! Thankyou! Thanks, I quite like Jungle Bruce too. Simple, yet it works really well. Batbrick Away!
  2. Just tell me if I'm doing something wrong, but any way, this sounds great VBBN! I'd love to have this picture: http://www.crunchgear.com/wp-content/photos/TwoFace1.jpg Backround: I'm fine with nothing, but if you want a challenge you can try and make half the background grey on his black side and the other light grey to split it up. Foreground: Nothing but the text. Size: Avatar size. Text: At the top: Two-Face. At the bottom: Badass. Worker: Eh, you? Frame(avatars only): 100 by 100, that's avatar size right? Anyway, hope that's right, looks to be fun and a great idea VBBN! Batbrick Away!
  3. Definitely, I really would love to see TLC pull out the stops in the Batman line like Star wars, and go all out on minifig design and sets, including special editions and impulses. Batbrick Away!
  4. Definitely, I think the henchmen would best work for that. By henchmen I mean their game counterparts, with Poison Ivy's groundsmen, Riddler's suit wearing group and Mr Freeze's coat wearing guys. That would be sweet. Batbrick Away!
  5. This is the best news ever. Period. They're making a cartoon based on a game which was based on a Lego series which was based on the comics. Win! Seriously though, I hope this goes well enough to make it to DVD, I'd love to see it as a fun but somewhat respectful series which paid homage to the Batmythos. Batbrick Away!
  6. Agreed, I love this little sets, I can't wait for it to hit shops here. The rodent problem is funny but I lov always getting more animals, so that is a plus. The cart is a nicely formidable machine that I will keep together so I can maximise their fire power. The troll figure is one of my favourite ever too, I love that torso and helmet, and I want that sword in grey, I only have it in bronze. Thanks for the review! Batbrick Away!
  7. I voted for elves but in retrospect I want Townsfolk much more, you can use them for so much better things. That said, Elves are a great substitute, and I hope if we get them as a faction they have great colours and pieces for their buildings and such. Batbrick Away!
  8. Thanks for the review! I love Johnny Thunder, but that car sure is weird Love the grill piece though, and it has a cool mario kart feel. Batbrick Away!
  9. Thanks and welcome to EB! The accessories to me look rather so-so. The crossbow thing is standard, as is the knight and skeleton holders. But that tiny knight arch and treasure chest is downright lame Oh well, you never know, it could be good. There's that picture of the four dwarves again though, could there actually be that many? Batbrick Away!
  10. Well, personally I want to see more Chinese looking faces for the gangsters. For the next s9ix sets I'd still prefer only one KOTCS set, as I'm an OT fanboy and the new film already has five sets. Give Raiders one more set as well, Cruade two more sets and ToD one more as well. Then you have - Raiders: 5 sets Temple of Doom: 2 sets Crusade: 3 sets Kingdom: 6 sets Infact, I'd prefer they scrap the new film altogether this year, we need more old sets! Batbrick Away!
  11. Thanks very much theriddler! I might order it sometime! Though Batman comes first of course. Batbrick Away!
  12. Thanks very much, that gives me some hope! Batbrick Away!
  13. This is the best news ever! iamded will be pleased as a Rock Raiders fanatic, i am as well (pleased that is, I sadly never got Rock Raiders). So I really hope this line ends up good, I'm loving it already!
  14. "Ack" now? What is that? Some kind of sickness? Great! Looking forward to hearing your opinions on it. Have you seen Deep Sea Quest? Also good to see you're not entirely lazy. I agree visually it looks amazing, but I'm still not sure... What list sorry? A Lego list is it? Ah, I see, nice. I guess London would be a little crowded eh? Steve Burke huh? Well Don Bradman lived about 40 minutes away from me once! (Of course this was not at the same time, by the time we were there he was elsewhere) Perhaps. Speaking of which, I also got the 60s film! Oh goodness, I've never laughed so hard in my life. Gotta love Adam West too: "Of course! Of what use is a dream if not a blueprint for courageous action!" And final fight of the sub was ridiculous, half of the crew are just jumping off! Love the brave porpoise too. Nice, I'll definitely check them out, but in chronological order from season one of course. I'm almost finished the Twilight Zone, so I'll be on it shortly. What I liked about Eternal Youth is that it showed that as a person Ivy would much rather have her way entirely by means of revenge than to simply meet in the middle. She had a way to regrow plants and trees but she would not stop until they were no longer cut down, as opposed to just making quick regrowth. Now that's nuts. Perchance to Dream is one of my all time favourites, a brilliant turn with Mad Hatter (one of the few villains done better here than in the comics) and the whole exploration of Bruce Wayne too. Did you notice when he embraced his parents the BTAS tune played, but in a far lighter, happier and somewhat dreamier fashion? It was based off a comic though, I believe it was the "Cape and Cowl Reckoning". I agree it was nothing great but I liked the twist at the end. Great eps those two. That is a strange coincedence, almost as strange as discovering my best friend lives at the house I lived in when I was 1 or 2. Laughing Fish is amazing, I have the comic and the copyright scene is nearly word for word. I liked Night of the Ninja, Dick was less angry probably because this was not right in the middle of a mission. Thank goodness. Definitely, the Neck part will be great as Batman's neck brace against the Hangman in Dark Victory. The guns will be useful for mobs as they don't look too futuristic, and the rest I'll find some use for. I want ot get the Assassin one too simply for that silver Thanks very much! Edits? Anyway, I also picked up Arkham Asylum: Living Hell at Birchalls in town? Have you read it? Btw, I sent tohse edited drafts too. Batbrick Away!
  15. Of course you'd think she's hot I agree with the henchmen though, they look great! What's better, this would be the perfect impulse sets. TLC wouldn't include villains as they are the selling point, but what about special themed villains? I'd buy tons! I just hope I don't have to order it, considering I can't find Indy on PC annywhere. Batbrick Away!
  16. If I had my way I'd take my cue from Mystery of the Batwoman, and have Penguin as the secondary villain who classes himself as high elite of society, but really be amassing the mobs and fighting off the "freaks". He hires Bane to kill Batman, but does not realise that once Bane "breaks" Batman, he will usurp and takeover Penguin's criminal empire to rule Gotham. This would also tie in to the fact that Gotham simply can't escape the freaks. This is all depending of course, if Two-Face is alive or not. Batbrick Away!
  17. Oh be quite! Actually, it'd be pretty cool if Racers made a mf cars line. Batbrick Away!
  18. Wait, which BB? Me or you? I've read that several times tohugh, in my opinion this is the approach that gets good movies, rather than that "back-to-back" sequel garbage. Oh that changes everything! Thanks very much, you are the epitome of awesome right now. Batbrick Away!
  19. I didn't notice this last comment! That's it good sir! I challenge you to a whack off! Batbrick Away!
  20. Because of official reports of Nolan being on holiday! Gosh! I don't want to be rude, but I feel like I'm typing to a brick wall, see above posted article about Nolan's holiday, not ot mention information that his next project planned years ago is most likely an adaptation of "The Prisoner" tv show. Not to mention only half a dozen interviews with producers and WB honchos stating that it is up to Nolan and nothing is set in stone, and that Nolan is as previously mentioned on holiday. Not ot mention again that Nolan himself has stated he takes things one film at a time and has no plans as of now. I'm not saying Nolan won't return, but clearly he hasn't yet and no plans are in. Neither would he cast her anyway because Nolan despite making the characters more realistic always keeps their core, and at her core Catwoman is NOT a 62 year old woman. EDIT: Brainbox! Save me! Batbrick Away!
  21. Thanks, there is, but not for a while! Thanks, glad you like Malone and Gleeson, they are two of my favourites. I do agree the citizen looks a little mad though Oh ha ha Thanks, but Bruce does look a little too much like Belloq with the helmet on. Thanks as always Asuka! Thanks KDog, I used Trixie's head from the Speed Racer set Final Grand Prix Batbrick Away!
  22. Brilliant job! I love the ruined look of it with the grey and bley mixing, as well as those lion head pieces. The forestmen inside are a cool touch. Great work! Batbrick Away!
  23. Thanks for the pics! The maid and the witch look brilliant, loving the prints. The dwarf is also good, now i wanna see the rest! Batbrick Away!
  24. Its funny obvious though, I tried to figure out what the heck was wrong with him and then remembered his name Looking forward to the "reveal" though, its always good to see Blacktron and even better when they're baffled by something they'd be better off not knowing! Batbrick Away!
  25. Thanks everyone! It was bound to happen! Not sure, depends how it turns out. I only expected the whole thing to last one season. I do love doing it though. Thanks mate, I'm glad you recognised the loose ends tied. I assure you some more loose bits will finish and other old bits will resurface, so thanks. Thanks, I'm glad you like the church setting. The tall windows in particular I thought came out well. Terrain? Dammit! I knew there was something I had missed! I really am annoyed I forgot that, rest assured the next part will include more terrain, thanks very much for that advice. Thanks again again again Dragonator, I hope you enjoy the next episodes. Thanks iamded, truth be told I examined some of your own post-apoc designs for ideas, so thanks for that. Once again I'm glad people appreciate the irony of a church prison. That Agents barbed wire is very cool to use. Maybe dead......maybe alive! Wow! Thanks a lot The Bricksmith, its always good to hear when someone enjoys my creations to that extent. I won't say much, but I like your decisions. Thanks Sandy, I have streamlined this season a lot more, and plan to keep character reveals to their specific mocs, not as "unrealised possibilities". Keep in mind this is only the first part though, many loose ends are still to be tied. Thanks again. Thanks as always Asuka, I'm glad you commented Thanks again Luxor V, glad oyu like the new format. I plan to go deeper yes, I'm glad you like my sort of realism. I'll keep the polls a while yet folks, so keep voting for what you think needs to be done, then I'll post the results! Batbrick Away!
