  1. I was referring to you purchasing variants of those figures. I was stating that I would like to do the same eventually. And as far as I am aware, no horse barding for the dragon masters. They did have the horse war helmet, but regular saddles from what I remember. I had almost all of those sets when they first came out, but I haven't looked at those pieces since then. I will in about a month though.
  2. I also consider the "g-string" to be a belt. The only way lego can make a belt without individually painting the codpiece on each figure, which they won't do. I don't mind the g-string so much as others do. I do like the brown arms on the Legolas army and the red arms on the Aslan army. I can't wait to get my old bricks out of storage to see what I have, but after hearing about Ziljin's last purchase with the scale mail figures, I want to do something similar.
  3. I don't have any Batman figures, so I am okay with getting any! Looking back at the older Joker, I like the new one and the old one. I'm just silly like that. But I do like the new Poison Ivy more for sure.
  4. Thank you for listing that site! I think it will come in handy.
  5. Nice big lego room! My wife wants to do mine similarly.
  6. The beauty of those scale mail minifigs, by switching arms/legs you can make them join any faction you want basically. Some have different colored torsos so that limits you a little, but not as much as you'd think.
  7. [quote name='Zeya' date='12 August 2011 - 05:54 PM' timestamp='1313186063' post='1047320' I saw that, and didn't act on it right away. After my lunch break, prices were back up to $49 or so. My loss. :( I was looking at that great deal also, but didn't act on it right away. My wife told me to order it..I should have listened ..Shhh, don't tell her I said that.
  8. You're a lego builder! You don't need instructions, just look at the picture and let your imagination run wild But that one is pretty neat looking.
  9. There is that minifig catalog book on amazon. I haven't looked at it, but it might list every accessory and faction the torsos were apart of. And yeah, the black Knights I believe came before the Dragon Masters, but Lego probably wanted to use the similar design instead of creating a new set up since they were close in production years.
  10. My wife just purchased the remaining sets of the Kingdoms line that I didn't have. That includes the Mill Village Raid, The Chariot, Outpost Attack, and King's Castle. And then for good measure she threw in the Medieval Market Village. I love her :). But I plan on purchasing more individual figures in the near future after I remove my old sets from storage to see how many I have of each faction.
  11. Since I had such a long dark age and still don't have my old legos in hand, I will say I like the new colors. But I am one to like things to match. Granted, the world around us doesn't match everything, so different shades of brown/gray will help with MOCing. It can be a little upsetting trying to buy more bricks for a project and none of the colors match to do so.
  12. I actually thought it was called THE Imperial Flagship without even thinking it is just AN Imperial Flagship. Oh well. It's a beauty either way.
  13. Great find! This was one of my favorites as a kid. Fortunately my mom spoiled me with those castle sets. But I'd love to pick up another if I saw it for that price!
  14. Sweet! I'd love a joisting set. I had set #6060 Knight's Challenge as a kid and loved it. Multiple bardings plus 8 characters! I doubt a new one would have the same quantity, but it'd still be neat.
  15. Great MOC. I haven't seen the movie in a while so I can't remember what it looks like, but I could picture the Malfoy's living there. Great stairway!
  16. I like the overall structure of the building. The yellow does make it pop for sure.
  17. Great castle. I like the red roof the most, it works so well with the rest of it. The landscaping is well done also. I can't wait to see more!
  18. I would have quit following legos just before this theme became available, but it looks really neat! I loved the late 80s space theme a lot, but then I "grew too old" for lego... now I'm right back where I started hah.
  19. I am really getting into these modular style buildings. And this one does not disappoint. I really like the shape of the building with the interior being nicely detailed. My only gripe, there isn't more! Keep up the good work.
  20. Wow, that's coming along nicely. I like seeing these updates. And I agree, as much as I like symmetry, I like the continuation of the design elements without being a direct copy along the side wall.
  21. I love the entire collection! I really like the style of the law office. Keep up the good work!!
  22. I really like the landscaping. It looks like an actual pathway through trees. And I like the added story feature with the experienced gentleman and his proficiency in the art of the sword.
  23. You never have to draw the line anywhere
  24. Actually Justin still can't grow any facial hair...
