    Nice! Can hashtags like #LEGO, #LEGOPirates be added to the Facebook post? Does Facebook allows this thing? In order to increase reach. Also, does Classic Pirates also has a Twitter? Twitter is more favorable for this type of activity (gathering support/activism, complaining, bringing injustice to light, etc), because of the hashtags which are very helpful. They increase reach by a lot (especially if combined with a good photo or two).

    LEGO is going to get us all crazy! How is that even possible? There is no logic to all this! LEGO needs to 100% clarify what's a NO and what's a GO when it comes to Pirates theme submissions in Ideas. By the way, the set is gorgeous!

    I believe LEGO releasing IMPERIAL sets in some months, is what's going on. And I'll make an assumption that your Idea has similarity with a set they plan to release (or at least LEGO believes it has). Nothing else makes a logical explanation for your situation, in my mind.

    True. The only "positive" is that since the hull is brick built, it'll be easier to extend the middle part and make the ship longer.

    "Pirates of the Barracuda Bay" must be selling like crazy! So instead of paying 1% of sales to possible future successful Pirates fan designers... just change the LEGO Ideas rules of submission, do not approve any set, even if it hits 10K votes and it's really good... and problem solved. Pity for all the fan designers who have submitted and want to submit Pirates Theme projects.

    @Piraten and @lomis, both had their submitted Imperial buildings rejected. Perhaps LEGO is planning to release some Pirate sets from the Imperials side in the end of 2020 or in 2021?

    I'd say first remove the curvature from the bow nose and make it straight or more straight. This will change the optical perception of the ship's shape. Do this first and then re-examine and re-evaluate..
