[MOC] 1: 250 Mini UCS Rebel Transport GR-75 [LDD file]
macaron35 replied to mortesv's topic in LEGO Star Wars
It is nicer in this size than a larger one, the white color and the other colored tiles are more balanced in this size -

I've been looking for a MOC which i found but only in yellow for Anakin's ship and parts in yellow to build it are not available in dark red to make Obi Wan's, should i go for the official set ? (which is a bit bricky compared to MOCs)

Should I list only official LEGO sets or is this topic for MOCs also ? currently waiting for the last parts of Kylo Ren’s Command Shuttle to start building it then StarBricks’ B-project will definitely be my nicest LEGO purchase

2020 is going to be tough for my wallet... my list of MOCs to build is a bit too long... my heart says the contrary but my head says I should have some in 2020 and the rest in 2021 onwards... all TIEs from Jerac will definitely be on my list

[MOC] Imperial Star Destroyer - The Eviscerator

Thanks for your advice. I guess i'd better define my "positioning". I'm not hardcore enough to spend $$$$ or I don't have enough space to display a 10k-piece MOC Hi, Thanks also for the info and advice. As answered to Evergreen, I was hoping to find something in between, like more parts than regular set (1400 pieces) and less than these huge MOCs (10k+), but according to what you say, it probably does not exist. I'll check Onecase's Empire over Jedah City to see the details of his ISD it could be also a good idea to display the ship

nice work ! it would have been more agressive with cannons under the head, but of course less realistic, it would definitely mod it later to get cannons like on older AT-AT that's funny, its head looks like a chamaleon
-
Do you think it is possible to design an ISD with a reasonable size without compromising details, in other words, downsizing large ISDs ? having ISD longer than 1 meter and more than 5-figure brick count is not accessible to everyone
-
Nice but strange it looks like a damaged TIE fighter. One TIE i would love to see built is a TIE Hunter or Phantom

It's not only Lego bricks or MOCs, Chinese frauds can't resist stealing and counterfeiting everything. I recently saw a TV show explaining how some fake Chinese tourists go to most famous museums around the world to make pictures of renowned paintings so that some talented painters living in the chinese countryside could make beautiful copies within a few days. They even make pictures of places such a typical places in Wien, Paris or London to replicate those places in China. Rebrickable and such websites are here for passionates like wanting to share and rebuild our favorite creations. "fake" Lego fan will buy fake lego bricks, but hopefully they are a minority compared to the rest of us. In my opinion, if someone is a real fan, one must better own a real thing that a copy.

SB00301 B-PROJECT (MOC Resistance Bomber UCS)
macaron35 replied to StarBricks's topic in LEGO Star Wars
oh wow, i just the latest pictures of the B-Wing, I just can't wait for the instructions to be released to buy them. I'll pass on the U-wing, it will be a bit too long for me to put it anywhere, but the B-Wing, definitely the most impressive MOC i've seen so far from Mirko in terms of attention to details :) -
OK thanks for the info. I saw the build instructions for the U-Wing but couldn't find the part list :(
