  1. Correct; GWPs are only added to Bestseller orders that exceed the required threshold.
  2. You jonkle, but this could actually be a really cool and creative set (I can see features like a tongue-slide and spring-shooter eyes)! Also, this would not be the first villain headquarters! Looking at the (now-removed) leaked images (both the desaturated and oversaturated ones), I can see: - Wolverine on the motorcycle in the bottom left corner; seems to be a reuse of the X-Jet version, as he has solid blue legs. - Rogue in the front steps of the mansion (also seems to be a reuse). - Xavier on the mansion’s balcony. - Gambit in the top left, attacking the roof. - Storm (with ‘92 hair) in the top right corner. - Cyclops on the bottom, in front of the mansion to the right of Rogue; I cannot tell if he has printed legs or not, though they are sadly not dual-moulded. I am not seeing Jean, Iceman, or Bishop anywhere, and what looks like classic Magneto is floating directly below Storm; also, I feel like there should be an enemy above the mansion, in order to give Gambit something to fight. Overall, Iceman instead of Morph is a surprise, since Morph can reuse Scott’s printed legs, and the lack of Beast is very strange (as his lab is an essential part of the interior!). I am also not sure why LEGO did not include the X-Jet Magneto if they were not making his classic costume; nine Minifigs in a $300+ set is disappointingly low (especially since many are already reuses!), and this version is not even popular enough to be an X-Jet exclusive (Rogue would have been a better choice for that). Hopefully we have another Sanctum situation on our hands, and there are a few characters missing from the front box art. Hot take, but I actually am not a fan of this design for her. The issue for me is specifically her hair (torso, arm, and dual-moulded leg printing are obviously a must), as her sunglasses are really oversized and look more like goggles! I would prefer to see them printed on her head, especially since that would allow her to wear them - Maybe one side has her sunglasses down and a small smirk, while the other has them up with a large smile?
  3. Counterpoint: Lockheed (though the new Ninjago baby dragon mould would also work for him). My guesses: - Double-bladed axe head: Decent chance; it is very reusable for Castle/Vikings sets and CMFs, but also not something that will start showing up in every other City set. I would not expect to see it again until late 2025 at the earliest. - Gith dagger: 50/50; this really depends on the future of the DnD theme. If we get more sets, I can see it returning, but it feels less likely to appear in a normal Castle set. I do also think that it could reappear as NPU in an Icons or Speed Champions set, though. - Tiefling hair: 50/50; entirely dependent on the future of the DnD license. - Baby Dragon: Less likely than some of the other parts, but I can see it appearing in a DnD set or a normal CMF series (maybe as a companion to a wizard or a Dragon Masters knight?). - Magic bolts: Unlikely, unless we get more DnD sets. Gambit does not appear to use it in the X-Mansion, which is the main reuse opportunity for the piece IMO. - Mace head: Very likely; the part is not so specific as to have limited reuse potential (as was the case with the CMF Frightening Knight’s mace head), so I can see it coming back in light grey as part of an airplane engine in a City set! - Dragonborn armour: Very likely; while it is more fantasy-looking than the classic breastplate, we already have gotten Castle knights with the Ninjago MotM armour (Medieval Blacksmith), so this piece reappearing in a future Castle set or CMF feels inevitable (especially since the reception to this piece has been overwhelmingly positive). - Hood with antlers: Low chance; this part is extremely specific to the Druid ‘fig, and it seems unlikely to reappear even in a future DnD set. - Aarakocra head: 50/50; entirely dependent on the future of the DnD theme. - Aarakocra wings: Very likely; this piece can be reused for winged mythical creatures in future CMF lines, as well as for comic characters (Hawkman, Hawkgirl, Golden Eagle Armour Wonder Woman, etc). - Mindflayer head: 50/50; entirely dependent on the future of the DnD license. - Intellect Devourer: 50/50; entirely dependent on the future of the DnD license. - Elf hairpiece: Likely; this hair, like the Gith hairpiece, can be reused in any future DnD set. - Lady of Pain mask: Unlikely, as it is incredibly specific to this particular character. - Tasha’s hair-hat combo: Very likely - It is already a reuse!
  4. I wonder if LEGO is testing to see what products types sell under the new license. We are getting a well-priced playset of the most iconic Fortnite vehicle/location with a bunch of Minifigs, a large buildable object, a medium-sized buildable object, and a small buildable object; the sets that sell the best would be the template for future (2HY 2025 and onward) waves.
  5. The Burrow includes two regular pink pigs and a spread-wing owl in (light?) grey.
  6. Rock Raiders and Aquazone exist in an odd space of not technically being Space themes as they lack spaceships, but either taking place in space (Rock Raiders) or being very sci-fi without an explicit location (Aquazone); I personally consider them to be sci-fi themes (alongside Power Miners and Atlantis) rather Space themes.
  7. I hope not! The time of 4-wide cars has passed; that F1 car looks more like a go-kart by modern standards than a race car!
  8. I actually like that the Rebel speeder is scaled-down, as the original one is too long; this version is more compact and looks like an actual vehicle (despite being entirely non-Canon/non-Legends!). Ah, I was remembering the N-1 and I just assumed that they kept the increased price.
  9. Depending on the design of the front of the torso, it could also work as a Fright Knights knight (so our armies are not just a bunch of Basil clones). 👍
  10. Futuron, Blacktron 1 (a true remake similar to SP1 or M:Tron), Space Police 2, Blacktron 2* (non-mutated), Spyrius, Unitron, Exploriens, UFO, Insectoids, RoboForce (not happening, as the original theme barely happened!). I would love some updated Zotaxians - Modern design standards and moulding techniques would really make them stand out!
  11. I am genuinely surprised that we got a Rebels vs. Stormies ultra battle pack, but it looks great! I am not sold on the Imperial dropship's design, but the remade Rebel Scout Speeder looks excellent - Like a vehicle from an old Legends video game, and I love it! My only qualms with this set are the lack of a fourth Minifig for each side (as the original sets had four each) - we could (and should!) have gotten a Shadow Trooper and Rebel Friend instead of QT-KT (Rebel Friend could even have doubled as an anniversary figure if necessary) - and the seeming lack of new Rebel head prints (it looks like they reuse the two Yavin heads). The $45 price feels a bit steep, though $15 (the price of Rex with a Microfighter accessory) more than the Clones vs. Droids pack for two extra Minifigs, an astromech, and more substantial builds, is probably fair (though I would still feel better if it were $40). I hope that this set sells well, since it would be great to see another tier of battle packs ($20 - 4 Minifigs, $30 - 4 Minifigs and 4-5 droids, $45 - 6 Minifigs, a droid, and some substantial builds). I am not really drawing on a pattern as much as I just think that LEGO will give us the bare minimum of Minifigs; any more than three and an astromech would be a surprise to be sure, but a welcome one!
  12. It would, since the rabbit is already moulded in white, but I think that it would end up looking a bit demonic in LEGO form! Now where did I put that Holy Hand Grenade?. . . 🤔
  13. I really hope that we get 1-2 new Pirates figures, and I especially hope that we get a new soldier Minifig (Bluecoat variant, Redcoat, Armada (not very likely), a new coat colour, something). Fair points - I could see us getting a medieval tradesperson, a noble, an armoured knight, maybe a variant Wolfpack/Forestman, or something else that does not directly repeat one of the DnD ‘figs.
  14. Three Minifigs and an astromech is the limit, IMO - The $65 TIR Bomber has three Minifigs and a gonk, for instance. Ahsoka’s has white stripes on the wings, and would presumably include Ahsoka in the Minifig lineup (provided that has been seen by the source of this leak).
  15. A classic 1999 arrangement of Luke, Leia, Han, Artoo, Vader, a Stormtrooper, and Boba Fett on the top of the logo would actually be cool without needing any new ‘figs.
  16. What if Turtle is Waller, and all of their posts are to try to convince us that superpowered beings do not exist and are just a shared delusion?! All part of her plans, it would seem. . . 🤔 A what face??
  17. Recoloured rat has red eyes, FYI, which limits its usefulness.
  18. I am expecting no more than four figures (three Minifigs and an astromech); Ambush on Ferrix was $70 a few years ago, and that only included three Minifigs (despite the fact that a second Pre-Mor Security officer would have fit the scene and improved playability!). Astromechs and other droids do not seem to count as full Minifigs, so I can see three plus an astromech in the ARC-170.
  19. Unlikely. They omitted a Space/sci-fi Minifig in Series 25 since the next series was going to be all Space, but the January series (if it is even unlicensed) should be back to normal. If anything, I would expect Castle to be omitted, since Series 27 (if it does release in January) would be coming right after DnD.
  20. I mean that LEGO would not go out of their way to make a character with a realistic tactical vest, not that they never would; Winter Soldier, HYDRA goons, S.H.I.E.L.D. agents, etc, all need tactical gear to look accurate, but Lex does not. In fact, a search for "Lex Luthor tactical vest" just returns images of his powersuit! The only real exception to this is the TLBM GCPD officers, but as established, TLBM is a lot of LEGO making things that they never could in normal sets (Hawaiian shirt Joker, Tarantula, etc). Only three, but hopefully this version will be bright green or olive green; past versions were mostly dark green or purple. The best use I have found for this head is on generic/background Imperial officers and crew, since it looks remarkably like the Rebels asset for background officers!
  21. Turt-El, the long-lost brother of Jor-El who sided with Zod during the fall of Krypton; presumed dead until his armada appeared above Earth? I doubt that we will get azure Supes, simply because that is the best colour for the Superman movie version (per set images, at least), and I suspect that LEGO will want to differentiate comics Superman from movie Superman. That said, if LEGO wants to make the most of their budget, they might go with azure just so that they can reuse dual-moulded and printed legs for movie Supes. Thor cape is not happening for the mech Superman, since it would not fit in the cockpit, though a logo print on a starched cape would be nice (however doubtful). Lex will almost certainly have power armour (maybe even with the Dark Trooper armour piece for added bulk), since a business suit is boring (and makes him look like a rando civilian) and a real-world tactical vest is not something LEGO would make if they can avoid it (and Lex's most well-known armour is his powersuit, anyway).
  22. LEGO should offer full boxes, at least just for this series!
  23. That is a $140 set, so Fox and two Shock Troopers make sense; we are not getting that in a $70 starfighter. Also, some gunships (though not the Coruscant Guard one) have been flown by generic Clones, so it is not 100% inaccurate (though I would have much preferred one shock and one pilot!). That would be a good choice for a fourth figure (counting the inevitable astromech), but I think that a more likely way to get one is in a Plo Koon's JSF. A very good argument can be made for the 104th getting a gunship, as long as all of the dark blue pieces can be swapped for dark red (and no dark blue detailing with stickers!).
  24. And a new animal mould of some sort.
