Via phone? I'm chatting with Lego customer support. They recommend to call the support and also wrote that it might happen that replacements for the hub and the motors will be available after launch of 42100. -
Don't get me wrong. I was just suggesting Amazon to get a replacement. Depending on the laws in your country, Amazon should be responsible. But still... I recently had a chat with Legos customer support and they told me that they guarantee replacement of broken parts for 2 year after release of a set. So I'm of course wondering why the order was cancelled (instead of delayed due to stock shortage). Of course it would be a hassle. I totally understand your position/opinion.

@sirslayer, how many leafs, made out of sugar cane did you weigh? What was the minimum, maximum and the average weight. Do you have detailed statistics about that too? What about the other pieces?

Also... the only one who is acting a bit aggressiv and is insulting, is you. Remember? "Knucklehead"? There was no need for insults. Would you also explain the whole picture?

You are comparing same item with different colours. Did you find weight differences between same items with same colour?

Not sure why you don't see prices without VAT. Conrad.de sells the set for 450€ (including VAT), which I'm not gone pay. I'll wait for decent discounts. Delivery dates for the German Conrad are 28.8 till 30.8.

Lego will release new profiles (via app update), when they release new C+ models.

Since it was send accidentally, I don't know how to get them before the set is released. By the way, according to the delivery note it will be sold for 8€ per actuator. Exactly. EDIT: Typo

Lego accidently send me the new actuator 15-23m. Pretty much the same like the older one. Just longer ;-). The shaft is less loose. The two parts of the housing seem not to be glued together. But i didn't manage to disassemble it.
