  1. @Eggyslav Yup, I got a small squad, decided to use them in this build because their bright orange uniforms look good on jungle green background.
  2. Hello! Check my newest Warhammer inspired build - it's a diorama set in Lustria continent. It's land covered with jungle and populated by Lizardmen. But sometimes, sometimes brave explorers from Old World venture into dense rainforest looking for treasures and glory. Check what they did find this time. :D Hope you enjoy my build. ;)
  3. Fourth scene was added! ;)
  4. Really lovely scene. I like how you created different levels for the river, it looks natural. Usage of windscreen for waterfalls is great.
  5. I have opened two boxes yesterday (ordered them with some fellow LUG members). We have only big QR codes, those than could be scanned to identify minifig inside. In each box two Mushroom Girls had blurred QR code to this extent that scanning didn't work.Don't know if it is relevant but we ordered from Polish online shop (but don't know which LEGO factory they come from). Placement of minifigs in the box was different than the one described in the post so looking for specific characters by the position inside box - even in unopened box - is impossible. Opened my series and got some conclusions: - prints are much better than in MCU series I opened last September, overall quality of the figs is really good; - I really like the fact that there is no space/sf minifigs, they will get separate series and I'm fine with that, I can skip it and I got more Castle/Fantasy minifigs here; - there is a bunch of minifigs that could be simply placed in City sets - gamer girl, dog barber, both sport characters; - number of extra parts is very limited, e.g. I expected extra dino tail and there was none (we got one in T-Rex costume in 2023, if I remember correctly, there was one in Robin Hood in Disney series, there is also extra tail in every regular set - Avatar etc.); - cape of Basil the Batlord is made with strange material, it feels almost like paper, it also has giant LEGO trademark on red side which reduce usefulness a bit; - leg prostheses should been removable, connected with leg by bar, don't get why they didn't do that (but it's older part, wasn't introduced in this CMF series); - dino costume guy doesn't have any accesories (same as in T-Rex costume case), would be nice if he got e.g. recolored bone part; - once again there are two costume characters, not cool, not sure if people really like them that much but maybe they should be put in separate series (as it was done years ago with the Classic Policeman series), also - these big multi-mould parts must be expensive to make and seems that this is one and done - we already got race car, Titanic, plane, space rocket, now train and they are not used in more sets; Referring to OP conclusions: - barbarian has red hair because that's a refference to Red Sonya character; - you are right with not matching colors of wheels in train costume; - same with prints on fitness girl torso (notice also that print on dog barber torso is not connected with legs, there is thin turquise line of unprinted torso visible and tan print on shepherd torso also looks not so good, especially when compared with marketing graphics of the minifig);
  6. @Captain Braunsfeld Hi! If you still interested into these fish-tiles, there are some new available at PaB. I believe there are two new prints. @Feuer Zug Thanks for appreciation. Yes, I have two goats, bought that Mill Raid set when it was available in shops. It costed less than a single goat nowadays. Crazy, isn't it? @Darkdragon Thanks a lot! Alladin and Assasin's Creed both had great impact on my build, I put characters inspired by these movie and games at my part of the collab. ;) @BlackGloveBricks Thank you very much! Glad that you enjoyed my build. ;)
  7. Such a great build! Would work as a massive statue in any Dwarven kingdom.
  8. That's a really great build! The wall technique is not overcomplicated, addition of medium nougat works perfectly.
  9. @Marooned Marin @Pirate_King_1982 Thanks a lot! ;) @Third Navigator I'm much more into minifigure scale too but for that build I had a vision of that brickbuilt character. :D @Mister Phes Sorry for starting topic in wrong place. My next Pirates/Napoleonic build was placed correctly, I learned my lesson. ;) @Legostein Thanks a lot! Tried my best with this one, already had some experience with similar junctions and hinges because I made brickbuilt Ogre before. Glad that you like the details I made here. ;)
  10. @Yperio_Bricks Thanks! For a moment I was afraid that I will be punished for necroposting but I guess that good MOC is a good MOC and even after two years someone may find it for the first time. :D
  11. @Wellesley @Brickwolf Thank you! Tried my best with that ship. ;) @Feuer Zug Thanks! I think that minifigures can bring a lot of life to every MOC. Usually trying to make a good use of them in my builds, crew hanging out and having fun while they have some time to waste sounded like a good idea when I was building this scene. @Redhead1982 Thanks! I checked plenty of head/hair combo and this one is my favourite for this character. In this particular scene decided to go for "no armour" because he wouldn't need it this job. ;)
  12. @Vdog Yup, I really like that inside-out tire technique for cauldrons. Using it every time when I have an opportunity. @ArchitectureFan Thanks a lot! Glad that you like my build. ;)
  13. @MaximB Thanks a lot! Glad that you enjoy my build. I have updated first post with two new scenes! :D
  14. @NOD Thank you! Glad that you like my build. ;) He is an officer, he has to look dangerous. :D
  15. @Maaboo the Witch Thanks a lot! I just felt that I had to express my feelings about modern stage of Disney and their products. Always try my best while building, even if it's emotion driven MOC. :D
  16. Interesting choice for roof colors. Also - great usage of technique connectors for bamboo.
  17. Love that logo over the gate! Simply yet so effective detail.
  18. This is such a cool idea! LEGO used to have "underwater" themes for a long time, wonder why they no longer make them. Blue rocks add a lot. Seen it couple time and it really works in that sf/underwater settings.
  19. @Yperio_Bricks Thanks for the comment! I tried to make some nice building, introducing some interesting techniques but not overthinking it, keeping it relatively simple and as stable as possible. There are also other factions on the battlefield - blue, red and black - the whole diorama is much bigger. ;) @Jack Sassy Thanks a lot! I tried my best with it. ;)
  20. Hello! Check my latest build that is part of Napoleonic Wars battle diorama by Zbudujmy To! LUG from Poland I am member of. I made 2x2 BP with granary and field of grain next to it. To create soldiers of that era, I used torsos from Boutique Hotel (sand green) and Master Wu (white). I think they are accurate depiction of late XVIIIth/early XIXth century uniforms. Filled the diorama with little details so take a moment to check them all. ;) Hope you enjoy my build. ;)
  21. Shaping of the tower walls is great. Nice job!
  22. This is so cool! Great idea!
  23. Shaping of the roof is perfect! Great build!
  24. Nice little scene filled with details. ;)
  25. Spider mech is the best! Cool idea and great builds!
