Nae bother. You do you! Send us a link to the MOC when it's complete!

Have a look at the relevant settlement thread and see if they have an architecture guide, or see what other people have built there. There's always space for more, but some places need it more than others. Your first one is free. Everything else costs a small amount of money. You don't have to engage with the economic game system (EGS) if you don't want to. Your nation will probably help you get money to license builds, or will license them for you if you want. It can be a bit of effort to go through all this, but your teammates will appreciate it. Yep, start a new thread. People will have lots of positive feedback for you.

@Bregir Absolutely. I was throwing this out there as a one-time thing to see whether we got any responses. I certainly don't think it needs to be pinned.

This is a platform for all the people out there who are just lurking on the forum, trying to decide whether to join up or not. Are you worried you don't have enough parts? Or do you think you're not a good enough builder? Do you have any questions you'd like to ask? Or suggestions for things we should build, or challenges we should try? What would it take you to get involved? Or are you just happy to lurk? Either way, say Hi, and show some love.

New Year's party. We're very boring and unoriginal. The Scots call it Hogmanay, they're the winners here. -
Welp, it's cannon now. A fantastic build though. Sensible settlements are built on watercourses, but everyone deserves freshwater. I can see those devious Lotii poisoning this if we're not careful...

A lovely little build. Reminds me of the opening scene of The Good, The Bad and The Ugly for some reason... -

A really nice colonial vibe. I could definitely approve of an entire settlement built with this vibe. -

Seconded. We're gonna need to know more about The Labyrinth. Really though, it's a great little scene. I'd love to see you do one with more verticality.- 7 replies

I'll second the big pots. Love them. You need to make an ancient Greek scene. -

Letter from Duchess Celeste Dupré to Guérin Godefry de Tourment dated December 622. My darling Guérin, I hope you are well! Once again you have my utmost thanks for helping find a solution for my eldest brother's predicament. He is, I'm afraid to say, a foolish man in some regards, and only happy to tumble into unfortunate situations the moment they bat their eyelids at him. I appreciate that the price we discussed was the opportunity to legitimise the offspring. Unfortunately, I have a second request, which may impact the first, somewhat. I present it now in a spirit of candour and fellowship. Simply put, we need to legitimise Hercule himself. Our old family title was Vicomte Guemain; in service to the old Comtes du Faro. As you may know, the Faro family died out, and their lands were subsumed by the crown. Ours, however, were not. When the old system of nobility was overhauled, all Vicomtes were upgraded to Comtes. It appears that our father was too ill to make the trip to court in order to confirm his new title. The family has been in a legal grey area ever since. My understanding is that Hercule feared to let anyone know, in case the title was annulled entirely. I bring this to light now because it appears that Hercule is currently out-ranked by some Corrish Count. One who, apparently, attacked and damaged one of our own colonies out there. Such an embarrassment should not be allowed to stand. Would you mind awfully setting the matter straight? To the same point, I feel it is a crime that Jules still only holds the same rank as that cruel brigand Meloche. Is it not time that he deserved a promotion as well? I'm sure you'll put a word in the right ear. Your affectionate, Celeste Dupré -
"Wait, the man who ruined our colony in Fatu Hiva is a Corrish Count?" asked the Général, incredulously. "Oui Hercule," relied Bishop François. "The Count Mesabi is both very powerful and very controversial within Corrington. He needn't concern us." "On the contrary, Jules, I can't be out-ranked by some horse-eater malcontent. Sister will be furious." The Vicomte François would have to do something about that...

[OL - FB - Fort Arltrees] Oleon's Advance
Ross Fisher replied to Ross Fisher's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
Nothing. He dead. Seriously though, if you're not going to talk to your scouts, there's no point having them. And if you're going to insist every message between them and their CIC goes along the whole chain of command, important messages are going to take an age to reach the person who can make important messages. Right now, the Bishop is acting as a Head of intelligence. A mirador, for those who read Sharpe. -

Correct! Yep, that happened here: He fought in the Juniper Wars. Did the Count play a part there? Battle Nuns are good. -
