  1. Or, the unnamed figures are just that: unnamed characters, like a couple generic henchmen or soldiers or what have you.
  2. Well, if one were to extrapolate a "pattern" from a whopping two data points, one could say that we've gotten an X-Men set every even-numbered year since the Super Heroes theme began.
  3. Hmmm, I suppose we are due for a new Batcave...
  4. Yes it was. Time zones. Anyway the real question is, did it start as a joke that coincidentally turned out to be true, or was just2good just trolling us all along and the "joke" was that it was true but no one would believe it?
  5. Of the colors you've listed, I think Reddish Brown would look the best. But what I'd really love to see is a Medium Lavender take on it; one would have to swap regular 1x2s for the slotted ones, but other than that I'm pretty sure all the necessary parts exist.
  6. Ah dang, looks like the way the feet are molded means the figs probably won't be compatible with super jumpers. That would've been fun.
  7. I'm pretty sure Marvel's presence or absence at SDCC would have no bearing on what LEGO reveals.
  8. It hung around for about two years, which is a pretty standard lifespan. I'm sure it sold fine.
  9. I am certainly a fan of jelly beans myself.
  10. Monster Fighters had the Haunted House...
  11. Isn't that what they did for the Beetle?
  12. The older models are only more expensive because they're retired. There's no real cutoff point other than the division between retired sets and those that are still on the market; the incorporation of narrative elements and more detailed interiors has been a gradual shift.
  13. Winter Soldier is set to play a pretty pivotal role in Civil War. He'll definitely be in the sets.
  14. But does it have to be?
  15. Yep, the windshield is a brand new piece, and it's printed on the sides.
  16. Well, Brickset is wrong. It's a Creator Expert set.
  17. The main issue I've encountered with the Quinjet bay doors is the button on top that opens them - you have to make sure that's up and out of the way when you reseal them or they won't quite lock into place.
  18. There is pretty much no regularity whatsoever to the timing of announcements. I can say that the first vague rumors of the Detective's Office started swirling around this time last year, so just keep your ear to the ground and some scrap of news is sure to come along fairly soon.
  19. I like your thinking. A comic-based Batman set with Deadshot and Harley would be an ideal way to cash in on the movie without making a set directly based on it, kind of like what they've done on the Marvel side with the X-Men sets.
  20. Well, having worked for several years at a pizzeria, I still can't see it without immediately thinking "Garlic Bread with Cheese," but in this context it means "Great Ball Contraption."
  21. Yeesh, that's awful. At least it wasn't in print and could be easily fixed.
