The whole thing is modular, right? :) You could have the base / all parts, to a 2 to +5 story modular hospital :D Have you built an Audiology room?

Well, seems Trixbrix will not be a wheel option for me, due to they not having the sizes I'll need.

This sounds sort of as material for a HP Series 3 minifig collection. Except for the adult sizes of some of those patronus.
