That's not effective so there are 2 obvious options: either sets will be produced just like all other sets on factories or this line is going to be pretty limited and maybe they could hire a bit more staff for this purpose. But the question is - if they're going to produce them on their factories just like all other sets - then what's the point of separate program at all? Can't they just approve it as an Ideas sets? Well a lot of questions but it's really interesting :) UPD: I guess hand picking parts is the only way they can bring more afol sets to life (maybe as a limited addition) because of the lack of production capacities...

The question is how they gonna pick them? What would be the criteria for Bricklink afol sets and are they the same as for actual Lego Ideas sets? Also what branding will they have on boxes - Lego? Well that's interesting and only time will show I guess.

I guess if that would ever happen we can only expect non IP sets... Even if certain idea was declined for different than IP problem reason, licenses cost a lot and to cover those expanses they have to be sure in good sales that might be not as high as official ideas sets. But getting Snow White's house by Hanwasyellowfirst this way would be awesome to me :)

Hi mate! May I ask you if you had a chance to test those 3 wheels on 1 truck turn? Tring to find some info on this question and I wonder how close three wheels of this diameter can be positioned without influence on turning.

Genius automated garbage truck has 3 more votes to go at the moment I'm writing this post. Supported this set a long time ago and was rooting for it. I just love it's simplicity and complexity at the same time. The only problem I see is that review board might think it's too close to something they can do themselves in their city or creator lines...

When I heard that Mike did this model I wasn't surprised! I love the design and all the fun features they managed to incorporate.

Never knew this fact, that's interesting. Sadly there will always be a lot of hate about the judging process after results announcements simply because of the number of fans who's favorite projects didn't pass are much greater in comparison to those 1-2-3 projects that got approved. (1 vs 25 in this particular round). It happens every time. Imagine 30+ upset fan communities next round...

Pretty excited for second 2020 review results as this is the case when my favorites do match ideas that have high chances (in my understanding of the process and Idea's philosophy in general). So fingers crossed for Seasons in Time and Up house!

You never know. If there's no issue with the licensing then it is possible... But I wouldn't bet though :)

There's always a chance! Ideas results are almost always a surprise to me actually!

I bet because we already had an official Crusty Crab set before... And I predict this will be the exact same reason why Avatar won't make it

So we'll get an Earth Globe and Stratocaster from music to our ears contest! Also Sonic is still a possibility and they are still reviewing it.
