While it's a great build I can't say I'm interested in IP either. Regarding whether it will be picked or not - nowadays it's even harder to guess than before. Recently Hasan commented on my question under one of their blog publication where I was asking whether or not ideas are going to compete with each other given a huge amount of ideas in one review. And the answer was: "When it comes down to it there may be a need to compare projects between each other. i.e. realistically we can't produce 35 new LEGO Ideas submissions, so even if we determine that 20 of them are all technically OK based on our review criteria (licensing, feasibility, etc) we will still need to unfortunately go on to determine which might make most commercial or strategic sense." So today it really depends on not only your submission but how strong your competitors are. (previously they only evaluated your idea separately according to their rules). Also I'm 100% sure they evaluate how well known the IP is throughout the world. So if Gravity Falls is well known all over the world - it is definitely a benefit.

So the re-release is now official! And I'm like: "Honey, remember that huge white thing you were happy I was too late to purchase?" xD The two sets are being re-launched due to popular demand, and as they had already left the market, we could not keep the original numbers. The agreements with the Fan Designers remain unchanged. Also: one of the new set numbers matches a fan designer’s birthday. I will consider buying Apollo in that case even not being a big fan of space sets. (love space in general)

I do love the Adidas and Lego shoes! I wouldn't wear them everyday for sure but they are pretty cool for certain moods/styles.

I wish all of them were maid, but my personal opinion is that this round is less likely for Futurama than the previous one :(

I like the set and I like the new reindeer mold BUT I'm sad since I have no idea what to do with reindeer from Santa's Workshop now... Obviously you have to chose whether you want to keep all brick built or swap to this new mold? Swapping will probably cost a lot. Probably won't getting this set this year maybe just some fun accessories and lil' builds from here since I anyway wanted to expand the Workshop dramatically. As I said beautiful design though! Probably the first one I like since the year of Santa's Workshop.
